"We recently stayed at the hotel to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday and Father’s Day, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the facilities were well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. I would also like to commend Ms. Mari from the Front Office for her excellent service during check-in. She was professional, warm, and accommodating. There were a couple of areas that could be improved. Upon check-in, only one of our rooms was available, so we had to wait for the other room to be prepared. In addition, the birthday cake amenity that I had requested in the special notes during booking took quite some time to arrive. Despite these minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and had a memorable celebration with our family. Thank you to the team for helping make our special occasion enjoyable."

"I had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and nicely designed, making it a great place to relax after a long day. Ps. I got upgraded to bigger room at the residence side as my previous room having an issue from the noise of the maintenance. The breakfast also offered a wide variety of options, with something to suit different preferences. What impressed me most, however, was the staff. Their attitude and hospitality were exceptional across every area. Everyone was warm, attentive, genuinely helpful, and always welcoming. The level of service really made the stay feel special. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely be happy to stay here again in my next visit during October."

"We've been staying in Quest (Crimson) every time there's an occasion but this is the first time we had some concerns. First, 1 out of 4 rooms we booked became available around 5pm. It was a hassle because 5 people were stuck in a room waiting for the availability, we wanted to rest but we couldn't because there was only 1 bed. Second, there are guests who play roughly in the pool and the life guards will just look at them. There are occasional whistles they do but it didn't work. A lot of kids just opt to swim in the adult part because the other guests were uncontrollable. Third, towels and bathrobes took hours before being delivered. One of our family members even slipped in the bathroom because there are no floor mats available after calling them numerous times."

"Our stay at Nobu Hotel was enjoyable overall, and we really appreciated the convenient location next to several shopping malls. That said, there are a few points worth noting. The lobby and elevator areas had a noticeable cigarette smell, which wasn't ideal for us as we were traveling with young children. We also found the no-outside-food policy a bit inconvenient, especially since the hotel's dining options were limited later in the evening. The signage to the pool and shopping mall could be clearer. We accidentally tried to use a nearby pool that turned out to be for another hotel, which caused some confusion. The staff eventually allowed us access after checking our room number, but the interaction felt a bit tense, and our children were repeatedly watched closely even with my husband supervising. Breakfast offered good variety, with both buffet and à la carte choices available. We opted for the buffet, which is served at the Hyatt Hotel and requires a short shuttle ride. On our first morning, we paid 155 HKD for one buffet access. The next day, reception staff offered promotions—30% off for new members or buy-one-get-one for BDO cardholders. We took the buy-one-get-one offer, but when we tried to use it again, we were told it could only be redeemed once per day. This restriction hadn't been mentioned earlier, and it was disappointing that the staff didn't offer any flexibility or attempt to void the transaction. Overall, it was a decent stay, but given the price point, we would likely explore other options next time."

"The Manila Hotel has an old but elegant and luxurious style. Marble and stone finishing, tall ceilings and a grand piano at the back with a musician playing pleasant music greets you as you walk through the entrance. Lacking points from my personal experience: 1. The carpet floors need to be replaced. I had to change rooms because the first room I got had an unpleasant smell to it (they quickly changed my room after I went to the reception, so it wasn't terrible) and although I didn't notice until the end of my stay, the new room's carpet was frayed at the edges. 2. The night mode of the lights (many switches) completely cuts power to the power outlets. I didn't know and ended up waking up to a phone and power bank with a dying battery and needing to stay in the hotel a couple of hours until they finished charging. Maybe just a warning in the future? The good parts: 1. The service! People are SO accommodating, pleasant and efficient. Reception staff, waiters, bell boys and basically everyone greets you with a smile and tries to solve any problems with utmost focus and cordiality. 2. Traditional pride. Traditional fashion exhibition at the front was a great touch to my visit. The whole place (restaurants, pools, spa, rooms, etc) add to the experience. I could have stayed in the hotel and felt like I hadn't missed Manila's charm. 3. Excellent location. I realised early on that I could literally see every single thing from my ”1 day tour of Manila” from my hotel room. Nothing says great location like this."

Every day, I returned to a fresh and pleasant environment, which made my stay feel very secure and comfortable. 📍 Location The hotel boasts an excellent location, with convenience stores, restaurants, and a subway station nearby. It was incredibly convenient for both visiting city attractions and business errands. Throughout my four-day stay, transportation was never an issue, saving me a lot of commute time. 👩💼 Service Quality From check-in to check-out, every staff member was friendly and eager to help. A special thanks to the front desk staff who patiently answered our questions and even proactively recommended a few local eateries popular with residents – truly thoughtful service. 🛋 Facilities & Room Despite being a standard room, the space was very well laid out. The king-size bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep, and amenities like a desk, luggage rack, and safe were all provided. The air conditioning and hot water were consistent, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong enough for both work and relaxation. I was very satisfied. Overall, my four-night stay completely exceeded expectations and offered exceptional value for money! The next time I visit this city, I will definitely return without hesitation and sincerely recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation 👍"
