"I've stayed at this hotel before, and everything—location, transport, price, facilities, and service—was excellent. But this time, it wasn't good. 1. The staff weren't as enthusiastic as before. 2. The front desk guy said they no longer provide bottled water; you have to get it from a dispenser near the elevator. 3. The cleaning staff just tossed my pajamas on top of my suitcase. 4. There were some stains on the duvet cover... I stored my luggage, and I recall being charged for it previously. This time, when I asked how much to pay, the young lady seemed surprised and told me it's free. Mostly, having my pajamas thrown on my suitcase really annoyed me."

"The facilities are complete, and the room is clean; it's clear they put effort into cleaning. The only minor drawback is that the trash can is a bit too small. Honestly, I don't need daily cleaning, but the trash can filled up with just a few tissues, which made me feel a bit awkward. 😂 All the staff I encountered spoke fluent English, making communication smooth. I was especially surprised and delighted to find out that the woman who delivered my room service on the evening of May 23rd was also a fellow fan! 😭 She couldn't attend the fan meeting due to work, so hats off to her dedication! 👏🏻👏🏻 Let's meet again next time in Osaka!"

"My favorite hotel in Osaka, mainly because both times I've visited, I've stayed here. **Location:** It's a major transportation hub, making it super convenient to get to Universal Studios, Umeda, or the airport in any direction. Everything is roughly within a 30-minute reach. **Hotel Environment:** Clean, tidy, and excellent service. The night view is absolutely stunning. **Surroundings:** There's a mall and plenty of restaurants downstairs, all within walking distance. There are tons of choices, and it's less crowded than the city center. Those popular shoe stores that always have lines in the city? Here, they're spacious and empty. Both times I've stayed, my room faced different directions, and both views were amazing. At night, after the little one was asleep, just sitting by the window and zoning out was incredibly relaxing. Alright, there's nothing left to praise!"

"The room itself is decent, though it might feel a bit cramped for two people. The location is quite good, right by what I'd call Osaka's 'Suzhou Creek.' There are many art museums nearby. However, if you're a woman walking alone at night, it can feel a bit deserted. If you plan on staying out late, a more central location might be better. I told the front desk I'm a light sleeper, but they still put me right across from the cleaning room, which was really annoying. I was woken up early in the morning by the noise. I've attached the shuttle schedule. I actually found it more convenient to take the bus to the art museum."

Also directly connected to the train and metro stations. Sweet! Rooms are well maintained; and the aircon is quiet. Service Excellence: A big THANK YOU to Wang Lu - a frontline service staff. Super helpful in tracking down my iPad from JR West Rail ‘Lost & Found’ after I had left it on a train a day earlier. Domo Arigato! Very fond memories of my stay here 😄"

The hotel location is very convenient, near Rinku premium outlet and Trial supermarket. It is also walkable to Rinku Pleasure Town Seacle. It has free shuttle bus to KIX airport from 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM and round-trip departures begin in the afternoon to AEON MALL Rinku Sennan. Their onsen has outdoor and 21st floor breakfast view is amazing. Excellent customer service at the front desk too! But they do not provide water bottles for hotel guests and there is no phone in the rooms. We were told by staff if need to call for anything, have to use the phone which is just outside our room near the lift. I will stay in this hotel again when I travel to Osaka next time👍

Waldorf set the tone for the entire luxury hotel in Osaka, it deserves the highest praise. From the moment you step out of the car upon entering the hotel, the emotional experience is flawless. Upon reaching the reception area, the hot towels and tea are a first thing you'll find that sets it apart from other luxury hotels. This attention to detail is so thoughtful; it shows how much they understand that after transportation, travelers can perform a handwashing ritual, representing not only physical cleanliness but also a reminder of mental well-being. It's fantastic. The only suggestion I could make is that having someone sit down during check-in would be better than standing at the reception desk. Other staff members who left a deep impression included Yui and another girl who showed us to our room (I don't remember her name, but I do remember she taught me that Yui's name is Y and I; she was all smiles, in high spirits, and explained the hotel facilities very well, greatly reducing any sense of unfamiliarity as a new guest). Since we returned to the hotel quite late that night, we mainly went to the bar near the back entrance for drinks. The bartenders were very attentive, and the welcome drink was delicious. When leaving the hotel, the staff throughout the journey were attentive. Because our next destination was relatively close to the hotel, the staff at the entrance (I forgot his name, but I remember he was short and had braces; his performance that day was perfect) arranged for a hotel car to escort us there. The driver was Italian, very professional, and had an excellent attitude. Words of gratitude are insufficient to praise this outstanding driver. If a hotel's maximum score is 5, I would give it a 6. It truly embodies the image of a luxury hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I will definitely return on my next trip. I am grateful for everyone's efforts throughout the journey.

Fantastic location! Right on the Midosuji Line, and across from Daimaru Department Store. Super convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. It's an older hotel, so the decor is a bit dated, but the service is excellent! This time, the price was amazing, only around 600 (currency not specified, assuming JPY or CNY) on a weekday.

The hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path, but transportation is still convenient. It's a 10-minute walk to Tenmabashi. The complimentary cookies at check-in were delicious! The room layout is well-designed; we could fit a stroller and open two large suitcases comfortably. Plus, the baby cot was free, though it needed to be reserved in advance.

Excellent hotel for the price. We stayed in a corner room with a city view, and it was really beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. It was very nice that they fulfilled our request to stay on a higher floor. The room was very clean and beautiful, and the bathroom was great too. The room was cleaned every day, although it was the so-called “eco cleaning.” Overall everything was great, and the hotel has this very distinct aroma. Also, the inner garde is super cool!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. A direct train from the airport gets you there in 45 minutes, and then it's just a short walk through the Namba Parks shopping street to reach the hotel. Having only been open for two or three years, all the facilities are still quite new. The lobby is incredibly high-ceilinged and has a distinct Thai feel, instantly giving you a relaxing, vacation vibe the moment you step in. We booked two rooms this time. One faced the commercial area and was very quiet. The other faced the railway, so we could hear some train sounds at night, but it wasn't a major issue. The rooms themselves are very bright, well-laid out, and equipped with modern facilities, featuring a clean, contemporary style. There are tons of dining options around the hotel. If you don't want to venture far, exploring the nearby malls or Takashimaya, which is just a 5-minute walk away, is a pleasant experience.

The location is extremely convenient. If you're looking for an old-school hotel vibe, you might find it here, but the facilities are really outdated – I couldn't stand them. The showerhead was in the bathtub and there was no separate shower, which was a real deal-breaker for me. I'll definitely stick to newer hotels from now on. The Japanese restaurant on the fifth floor was pretty good; I had sushi for a reasonable price, with 16k and 26k options available.

For this trip to Osaka, I still chose to stay in Umeda. The hotel's location is excellent, right inside KITTE. After taking the JR from Kyoto to Osaka JR Station, it's about a 200-meter walk. (If the underground path is too confusing, you can take the second floor directly, then go back down to the first floor once you're inside KITTE; one of the hotel entrances is diagonally opposite the information desk.) The shuttle bus to Kansai Airport is located downstairs from the Hilton next to KITTE; it's just across a pedestrian crossing, and there are self-service ticket machines next to the bus stop. If you need a taxi, you can go to the hotel's main entrance (the two entrances are interconnected). Regarding hotel service, I'm personally quite satisfied. Both the front desk and room service are standard five-star quality, and I even received a thank-you email after checking out. On the first day of my stay, the minibar was complimentary, and toiletries were replenished daily with three sets per room. The slippers and combs were quite good. Additionally, the Rui restaurant on the 29th floor of the hotel is excellent, and I recommend checking it out if you have time. For shopping in Osaka, Umeda pretty much has it all. Hankyu, Daimaru, Lucua, Lucua 1100, Yodobashi, Grand Front... they're all in that labyrinthine area.
