The hotel’s location is simply fantastic. Nestled right by Central Park, it features a vast courtyard extending to a picturesque riverfront, surrounded by lush hills and greenery. This serene environment is perfect for unwinding and feeling refreshed.
The food selection was impressive, with a diverse menu that never disappointed. Although the spa went unexplored this time, it’s definitely a reason to return.
Overall, Crowne Plaza Borjomi offers a wonderful mix of relaxation and natural beauty, making it a place worth revisiting."

Also, body lotion and some toiletries are not provided unless you ask the cleaning staff directly.
Overall, we were disappointed with the service and quality for a 5-star hotel."

We booked this hotel for the first time through Trip.com. The booking clearly said that a 7-year-old child stays for free, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed the reservation was for two adults only and asked for an extra payment for the child. It took about 30 minutes to sort this out while our tired child was waiting in the lobby.
Check-in is only after 3 p.m., and even though we arrived early and asked to use the pool, we were told to buy a day pass. This has never happened to us in other 5-star hotels.
