Sunrise Alex Avenue Hotel

Very good, good service and excellent environment, it is convenient to see the sea.
Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza
4.2/563 Reviews
I don’t know if it’s the hotel’s location or some other reason, but the taxi driver can’t find me. The hotel itself is quite old, and it cannot be compared to that of a Hilton hotel in China. The security check at the door is very strange. I stayed for two days and didn't use it at first. Then one time I suddenly asked for security check. I felt that the standards were inconsistent. The room was okay and the bath water was quite comfortable. The hotel itself seems to be in a business district, and shopping and eating nearby are relatively convenient.
Hilton Alexandria Corniche

We came to Hilton Corniche for one night before continue our trip to the North Coast but after the very kind welcoming and professional way of communication by the reception team, the very organised and clean beach , the excellent housekeeping and very good executive lounge We decided to continue and complete our trip in Hilton corniche. Special thanks to Sara (HHONER guest relationship supervisor).

Al Mamurah
I would like to thank Mrs Joumana from guest relations. We faced some challenges when we arrived on the first days but she managed to turn our experience completely. The cleaning became perfect and all our requests were addressed in a timely manner. I also appreciate the complimentary gesture offered by the hotel. I am leaving the hotel as a happy satisfied guest.
Sheraton Montazah Hotel
3.6/5100 Reviews
The service in the lobby is great, and it is far from the city center. The hotel beach needs to cross a road to get there. The parking lot charges 150 Egyptian pounds, and there are doormen who are responsible for parking and picking up the car. The sanitary products in the room are not complete, such as towels, and there is no hair dryer. The service attitude of the waiters is good.
Helnan Royal Palestine Hotel - Montazah Gardens
4/553 Reviews
Located in the Summer Palace Garden - on the edge of the Mediterranean - there is a train station on the street, you can buy a lot of food on the opposite street ~ and the fruits sold by the locals, cheap and delicious. Hotel service is very good, breakfast is rich ~ do not want to go out in the hotel can sit by the sea, or the summer palace garden is a good choice
Tolip Hotel Alexandria
3.8/547 Reviews
I feel the level of a five-star guest house, the quilt is broken, the bathroom has stains, unknown hairs, the floor is tiled, and the bare feet walk over it with gray. The so-called city view room is facing a Syrian-style building that has been in disrepair. The breakfast is crowded, there are many breads and desserts, and the choices are limited. I will complain about the sound insulation of the hotel. There is no sound insulation at all. The sound of cars and motorcycles passing by in the middle of the night, the sound of honking the horn, is simply drunk, and I can hardly sleep all night.
Helnan Palace Hotel - Adults Only
4.2/513 Reviews
This boutique hotel enjoys a great location within the Royal Montazah Gardens. Rooms are spacious and include most amenities, and although there are no hair dryers in the rooms, the hotel can supply one on demand. The TV satellite channels do not include the major news networks alike Al Jazeera, CNN, BBC etc thus the hotel definitely need to add such channels. The breakfast was great and the service wonderful. The hot/cold water pressure in the showers made it extremely difficult and uncomfortable as you either get very cold or boiling hot water while showering, so they urgently need to fix this problem. We hope to come back. Ashraf El-Khadem EGYPTIAN EXPRESS

Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Center, Alexandria
4.3/551 Reviews
I had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Alexandria, and the experience was exceptional! From the warm welcome at reception to the amazing service provided by every team member, the hospitality here is truly outstanding. We stayed in room 301, which came with direct access to the 16+ pool. This was one of our favorite parts of the stay—so peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The hotel has two main pools: one for guests of all ages and one for 16+. After enjoying the pool, I visited the steam room and jacuzzi, and both were excellent, adding to the overall relaxation. The staff ensured complete privacy and comfort and made sure I never felt uncomfortable for a moment. The early birthday celebration was another thoughtful touch. Since my birthday falls after my visit and I couldn’t return due to work commitments, the hotel went out of their way to celebrate it early with a delicious cake and beautiful room decorations. It was such a kind gesture that made my stay even more special. The breakfast on the ground floor was fantastic, with staff always helpful and ready to go out of their way if I needed something specific. They offered a wide variety of fresh, tasty options. Angy from housekeeping also deserves a special mention for keeping our room spotless and ensuring we had everything we needed—her attention to detail was amazing! The gym, open 24 hours, was excellent and well-equipped, making it easy to stay active throughout my stay. We also made use of the business lounge, which was cozy and well-stocked with refreshments throughout the day. The hotel salon was a great addition too, with high-quality service that added to the convenience. Radisson Blu Alexandria exceeded all our expectations. The peaceful pool access, excellent amenities, and attentive service made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alexandria—whether for business or leisure—and I look forward to coming back soon!
