We were very pleased by the stay in this hotel, the location couldn’t be any more perfect than it is, you can see a central wall entrance right in front of your window, but yet it’s very quite inside the room. All services you need are included, free laundry also. Hotel also provides unique cultural experiences : Chinese costumes with photo and art classes. Breakfasts are amazing and very tasty, suit both the European and Asian style. We were very lucky and our room got an upgrade so we are happier than ever. Thank you Elegant Hotel for being our best friend this trip!

I have to give the W Hotel Xi'an a full five-star rating! The absolute highlight of my entire stay was the incredibly thoughtful and top-notch service across the board. Upon arrival, the concierge proactively helped with my luggage, and their attitude was warm and friendly. Check-in at the front desk was seamless, and the staff explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I called the hotel's main line several times during my stay, and the phone was answered almost instantly every time. The operators had soft, sweet voices and were patient and meticulous in their responses. Whether I was asking about facilities, requesting amenities, or inquiring about local sightseeing routes, they provided clear and quick solutions, demonstrating incredibly high responsiveness with no delays or waiting throughout. The hotel's decor is trendy and upscale, and the guest room facilities are smart and comprehensive, offering expansive views and an excellent landscape. Service staff I encountered everywhere would proactively smile and greet me, and all my requests were handled promptly and efficiently. It wasn't about forced small talk, but rather perfectly executed professional service that made the experience absolutely fantastic. This is my top choice for a staycation in Xi'an, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Bell Tower Xi’an. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional service from the staff, who were always warm, friendly, and helpful. A special mention goes to the concierge (we didn’t get his name)who went above and beyond by waiting with us until our Didi arrived to make sure we got into the correct car. That thoughtful gesture made us feel safe and well taken care of. The family room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing plenty of room for our family. We also appreciated the complimentary self-service washer and dryer, which was incredibly convenient during our trip. Another lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea, which was a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and thoughtful amenities in a great location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an.

We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Baoji. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the city and the river . The hotel's location is excellent for both sightseeing and business . A special thank you to Jessica, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making us feel very welcome. In fact, all the staff were remarkably attentive and professional throughout our stay . The facilities, including the indoor pool and the sky bar on the 40th floor, were top-notch . A truly wonderful experience and probably the best hotel in the city!

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's super close to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, and Xi'an City Wall, all within walking distance. You can even check out the Bell Tower view from the Kaiyuan Plaza observation deck. Plus, there's a sightseeing bus right downstairs that takes you on a city loop, making it really convenient to get to places like Datang Everbright City, Xi'an City Wall, and the Shaanxi History Museum. The rooms are also very quiet, and the front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The cleaning ladies are just as friendly too. All in all, a really great hotel, highly recommend!

I absolutely have to give this hotel a five-star review! Beyond the facilities and ambiance, what truly touched me was the warmth of the people. The service team was incredibly responsive to every request. I was worried about mosquitoes, and the staff patiently brought mosquito repellents multiple times. The biggest surprise was being showered with treats from morning till night: snacks and drinks in the lobby during the day, and Tremella soup before bed. Breakfast was not only abundant but also delicious. A special shout-out to the hotel's photography service; it was a fantastic experience with a high success rate for great photos, and the photographer was excellent at directing. The hotel's souvenir gifts are also incredibly chic—I loved them! The service strikes a perfect balance, being warm yet unobtrusive. This is, without a doubt, the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in recently.

Any request we had was met with an immediate response, and they truly went above and beyond, making our experience absolutely fantastic. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and incredibly complete – the laundry room, gym, and parking are all free to use, making everything super convenient whether you're out and about or just relaxing. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea offer a wide variety of choices, and the food itself is delicious and doesn't disappoint. Our room was spacious, tidy, and spotless, making our stay extra comfortable. I'll definitely be looking for Star again on my next visit!

The location of the homestay is very good, very close to the Panda Valley by car, not far from the Golden Monkey Breeding Base in Shawo Village, there is a place to play in the water behind the hotel, remember to bring your own water gun and quick dry clothes! Can barbecue, can play billiards, golf, coffee with latte and mocha, outdoor balcony can blow the mountain wind, the weather is cool, very comfortable! Hotel staff service is warm, holiday near Xi'an is relaxing, recommended! Suggestion: Add a small table to the balcony

Although the room facilities are a bit dated, the cleanliness is excellent, and the service attitude is great, which compensates for the older amenities. The afternoon tea in the executive lounge is good, and the light meals during happy hour are decent. The hotel's location is superb, right by the entrance to Metro Line 2, making it very convenient to get to tourist attractions. It's also close to a commercial area, so dining and shopping are very easy.

I think this hotel offers excellent value for money, and its location is quite reasonable. It's convenient for going out to eat fish or shopping. The standard facilities are perfectly adequate for the price, and even during the holidays, paying just over 500 RMB is still a good deal. I want to especially commend them for not only offering breakfast but also a late-night snack service. This isn't just some perfunctory offering; it's a real spread of various Hanzhong specialties. You could easily skip dinner and just wait for the late-night snack – highly recommended! Also, their beef hotpot is incredibly reasonably priced; you could honestly just eat that hotpot right here at the hotel. The only minor drawback is that they don't have their own parking lot, so every time you want to drive out, you have to inform the front desk, which is a bit of a hassle. Additionally, there aren't many activities for kids; there's a small golf area upstairs, but no swimming pool.
