"After a disappointing experience at our first hotel in Xi'an, we were incredibly relieved to find the Elegant Hotel at the last minute. It completely changed our trip and gave us the perfect ending to our stay in this beautiful city. As a family of five, we booked two double rooms with king-size beds. Both rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. From the moment we walked into the hotel until the moment we checked out, everything felt thoughtfully planned and professionally managed. Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and polite. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the complimentary afternoon tea and snacks on the hotel's terrace while overlooking the ancient Xi'an City Wall. The atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, making it one of our favorite memories from Xi'an. The location is excellent, with many attractions easily accessible, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a generous selection of delicious Chinese dishes as well as several Western options, so everyone in our family found something they enjoyed. Our only regret is that we didn't discover this hotel from the beginning of our trip. If we had, we would have spent two wonderful days in Xi'an instead of just one. We wholeheartedly recommend the Elegant Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and memorable stay in Xi'an. If we ever return to Xi'an, there is no doubt where we will stay. We will definitely choose the Elegant Hotel again!"

"Great hotel. Nice, modern and clean. The room was good too. Comfy bed with medium firmness. Great shower and toilet with auto wash. Aircon worked very well. The tv was a projector onto a big projector screen but we had no idea how to use it as it was in Chinese. The lights had some variations but none that let us control the lights we actually wanted on. This could be improved. Location was excellent to the Bell Tower area. Metro stop on the doorstep but a bit of a walk to the actual train line. Muslim Quarter a 10 min walk. Breakfast catered for the Chinese palette. My husband loved it.  There was a free laundry room which was very handy and we got all our dirty clothes washed and dried in about an hour. Check out going well when they gave us a bag of sweets which we thought was really lovely until we realised it was effectively a bribe when the staff (very politely) insisted we do a 5 star review there and then. That request ironically was the one thing I did not like at all. Do not ask try to force your customers to review what you want them to. Reviews are personal and should reflect their experience plus it’s rude!"

"My top choice for business trips! The location is super convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk service was efficient; check-in and check-out were quick, so my schedule wasn't delayed at all. The high-speed Wi-Fi was stable and met all my work needs. It's really good value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time."

"I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Xi'an, Bell Tower from July 29th to August 2nd, and the overall experience was superb. The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of the Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter, making it very convenient for getting around. The room facilities were brand new and clean, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very comfortable stay. A special thank you to Jennifer at the front desk, who provided warm and attentive service throughout our stay. Upon learning that one of the children in our group was celebrating a birthday, she thoughtfully arranged a surprise birthday cake for the child. Any requests we had during our stay were responded to very promptly, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options, including local specialties. The service was meticulous and heartwarming, making it highly recommended for family trips. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Xi'an!"

As a professional tea ceremony artist in Russia dedicated to spreading oriental tea culture, seeing the exquisitely prepared tea set in the room immediately filled my heart with warmth. While I typically use traditional wooden tea trays, I was genuinely amazed to find that your room was equipped with a remarkably beautiful and incredibly rare metal (iron) miniature tea tray! I have never seen such an ingeniously crafted material in Russia. This metal tea tray is perfect for brewing tea; there's no need to worry about it cracking or deforming from prolonged tea soaking, as wooden trays often do. The user experience is incredibly comfortable and elegant. Moreover, its size is designed with exceptional precision, perfectly accommodating two precious pairs of tea cups (including tasting cups and aroma-sniffing cups). To be able to personally brew a pot of fragrant tea with such a sophisticated tea set, which combines modern practicality with classical grandeur, after a tiring journey, truly touched the soul of an international tea connoisseur with your utmost respect for the details of tea ceremony and your impeccable taste. What moved our entire family even more deeply and will remain unforgettable are the unparalleled human touches and care you all provided in every small detail: 1. What truly astonished and delighted us was that your hotel meticulously selected and reserved prime, central VIP seats for us to watch 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' live Tang Dynasty dance drama! Our seats were perfectly aligned with the central axis of the stage, offering a grand and unobstructed view. Tonight, we were able to fully appreciate the awe and romance of this magnificent spectacle from the most perfect and esteemed vantage point. Our hearts were stirred for a long time afterward; it was an unparalleled artistic enjoyment! 2. Upon hearing that my son's sunglasses were accidentally damaged, your team not only showed no hesitation but proactively and incredibly patiently helped him repair them with glue. The summer sun in Xi'an is scorching, and my son is extremely sensitive to light. What you repaired with your own hands was not just a pair of glasses, but you saved his most beautiful, clear memories of this ancient city! 3. Whether it was my request for ice or any other small request, all the staff members responded perfectly every single time with the quickest speed and the most gentle, respectful smiles. 4. When we returned to our room, a little tired after a fulfilling day of intangible cultural heritage experiences, we were greeted by a steaming hot, incredibly delicious bowl of white mushroom imperial porridge. At that moment, a warmth transcending borders struck our hearts, and the fatigue of the journey instantly vanished, replaced by a heart full of warmth. Today, we had the privilege of experiencing two flowing and profoundly rich intangible cultural heritage master classes, truly fulfilling my son's and my dream of experiencing Tang Dynasty culture. The hotel's location is convenient, and it's one of the best hotels I've stayed at in the Xi'an market so far. Transportation to any scenic spot is very easy. "Entering July, most of the southern Shaanxi and Guanzhong areas are extremely hot and difficult to bear. I came to the long-awaited Daqin Mountain to visit the summer heat. All the way, the clear water and green water are very eye-catching. I stayed at the Yunjian Kangyang Holiday Homestay in Foping Panda Valley. Although it is called a ”homestay”, the management is a star hotel, and the services are thoughtful and enthusiastic. The hotel has an elegant environment, a cool and pleasant climate, clean and tidy rooms, clear water quality in the swimming pool, rich breakfast, good service in the front desk room restaurant, warm and unrestrained lawn concert, especially the hotel is close to the Chinese scorpion breeding base, steamed salmon for dinner, fish pond is fished, Although waiting for more than an hour, it was very fresh and delicious, and it was a very satisfying summer experience."

"Staying at Dongshe Hotel is a must when visiting Xi'an! The location is superb, close to the Bell and Drum Tower and the subway, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and enjoying local cuisine. The rooms are spotless, offering a great stay experience. Breakfast is rich and varied, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes, with plenty of local specialties available; there's even a complimentary afternoon tea. The hotel also provides free laundry facilities, which is a huge plus for long trips. Excellent value for money – I highly recommend it to all travelers."

"I think this hotel offers excellent value for money, and its location is quite reasonable. It's convenient for going out to eat fish or shopping. The standard facilities are perfectly adequate for the price, and even during the holidays, paying just over 500 RMB is still a good deal. I want to especially commend them for not only offering breakfast but also a late-night snack service. This isn't just some perfunctory offering; it's a real spread of various Hanzhong specialties. You could easily skip dinner and just wait for the late-night snack – highly recommended! Also, their beef hotpot is incredibly reasonably priced; you could honestly just eat that hotpot right here at the hotel. The only minor drawback is that they don't have their own parking lot, so every time you want to drive out, you have to inform the front desk, which is a bit of a hassle. Additionally, there aren't many activities for kids; there's a small golf area upstairs, but no swimming pool."
