"The hotel's overall design is both spectacular and thoughtfully decorated, creating a very cozy atmosphere. The rooms have ceiling heights exceeding 3 meters and are incredibly spacious. The bathroom, shower, bathtub, and sink are all independently separated, and the facilities are modern. The hotel staff are very patient, professional, and attentive to guests. A special thanks to Mandy Liu for patiently coordinating the venue, allowing us to celebrate a travel companion's birthday in a foreign country! This experience left a deep impression not just of the hotel, but of China as well! We've decided to change our travel plans this year to visit China again! "A very unique and memorable stay in Zhangjiajie! We stayed 2 nights in the Morning Glow King Suite Bedroom. The highlight of this homestay is its cave concept. The reception area is huge, impressive, and beautifully designed, creating a real wow factor upon arrival. The property also features a cave restaurant where breakfast is served, and dinner can be arranged with advance booking. There is also a cosy cave lounge for guests to relax. Our room was large, comfortable, and very clean. The facilities were well maintained and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Location is excellent. The homestay is hidden behind the famous theatre performance venue but only a short walk to the main street, making it convenient while remaining quiet. Highly recommended for travellers looking for a unique accommodation experience in Zhangjiajie. The cave setting alone makes it worth staying here."

A special shout-out to the team: when I had trouble placing a food delivery order with my Alipay account, one of the staff members even paid for it upfront on my behalf. Talk about exceptional service! The rooms are spotless, the breakfast was delicious, and the location is absolute perfection. I would definitely stay here again."

"My stay at Niccolo Changsha was incredibly pleasant. The room was elegantly minimalist, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking city views of Changsha. A special thanks to Camille from Guest Experience for proactively coordinating my itinerary, being attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay, and promptly responding to all my needs with just the right touch of professionalism. The hotel has direct access to IFS, making travel and sightseeing extremely convenient – it's definitely my top choice for a trip to Changsha. The N3 room type offers unbeatable views, and the breakfast on the 93rd floor is extensive with an à la carte menu. There were complimentary welcome fruits and soft drinks daily, and IFS mall is right downstairs. I also managed to get a late check-out, service was absolutely top-notch!"

"This is my third consecutive year staying at this hotel in Changsha. The location is absolutely fantastic, within walking distance to Wuyi Square, Pozi Street, Taiping Old Street, Du Fu River Pavilion, and right downstairs is the famous Wenheyou. The service is incredibly warm, from the greeters, front desk, and restaurant staff to housekeeping, especially Penny at the Executive Lounge. The first time we met, I only gave her my room number, and she immediately knew my surname, which made me feel right at home. The facilities are excellent; the rooms are very spacious. As a landmark building by the river, the views are expansive. Soaking in the tub or enjoying some tea while overlooking Orange Isle and the distant Yuelu Mountain is truly delightful. The room decor is cozy, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is great. I had a wonderful weekend in Changsha."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location on Changfeng Avenue in the High-Tech Zone, making it very convenient to get to Bubugao Plaza and Nanhua University. The room facilities are incredibly smart; the lighting and air conditioning are easily controlled. I particularly enjoyed their breakfast buffet, which offered a rich variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, and the freshly prepared Hengyang rice noodles were authentic and delicious. The 24-hour gym and free laundry room are a huge plus for business travelers. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money and comes highly recommended!"

For this trip to Zhangjiajie, we spent the first two nights enjoying a slow pace on the west side, then moved to the Guanzhi S B&B near the East Gate for the next two nights. This B&B positions itself as a boutique hotel, not just a regular guesthouse. From the moment you step in, you know it's something special – an artist's entrance, with an artistic atmosphere permeating every corner. The details are meticulously crafted. Many guests here are international tourists and discerning travelers who appreciate quality. Plus, the hotel offers a 7-seater shuttle service, so transportation is a breeze for families. It's also easy to find restaurants after leaving the park, as the area around the East Gate is full of eateries. 🛏️Bathtub King Room: Refined Down to the Details We stayed in a bathtub king room. The room isn't huge but is exquisite in every detail. The bedding is comfortable, and a relaxing soak in the tub at night washes away all the day's fatigue. If you need anything, just scan the QR code by the bed, and it'll be delivered in minutes – a godsend for busy parents! 👶Parents with Kids Rejoice! All These are Free! Forgot kids' toothbrushes, slippers, or shower gel? The B&B has it all; just ask the front desk, and they'll bring it to your room. There's also a 5 sqm kids' play area with a slide, building blocks, and a small rocking horse. "The room was spacious and clean, located right at the confluence of the Liuyang and Xiang Rivers, offering unbeatable views. Huge thanks to Sera for the thoughtful arrangements, I was super satisfied! The surrounding area is part of the vast Beichen development, with plenty of shops and restaurants, giving it a lively, local vibe. The hotel's location is ideal, just a 1-2 minute walk from Changsha Museum, the Concert Hall, and the Library, and a 5-minute walk to the Three Halls and One Theater pier. Excellent location. The river view room offered first-class scenery, and breakfast was incredibly rich. Plus, there's a strong 'old money' feel to the place, making it perfect for travel photography. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Changsha."

Breakfast was incredibly lavish, featuring local specialties like Hengyang rice noodles and fish noodles alongside Western options. The freshly ground coffee was delicious – every bite and sip was a pleasant surprise. The amenities are comprehensive, including a 24-hour gym and free laundry service, making it suitable for both business and leisure. I forgot to take photos of some areas, but if you're visiting Hengyang, you must stay here. Highly recommended!"
