"The hotel's overall design is both spectacular and thoughtfully decorated, creating a very cozy atmosphere. The rooms have ceiling heights exceeding 3 meters and are incredibly spacious. The bathroom, shower, bathtub, and sink are all independently separated, and the facilities are modern. The hotel staff are very patient, professional, and attentive to guests. A special thanks to Mandy Liu for patiently coordinating the venue, allowing us to celebrate a travel companion's birthday in a foreign country! This experience left a deep impression not just of the hotel, but of China as well! We've decided to change our travel plans this year to visit China again! "A very unique and memorable stay in Zhangjiajie! We stayed 2 nights in the Morning Glow King Suite Bedroom. The highlight of this homestay is its cave concept. The reception area is huge, impressive, and beautifully designed, creating a real wow factor upon arrival. The property also features a cave restaurant where breakfast is served, and dinner can be arranged with advance booking. There is also a cosy cave lounge for guests to relax. Our room was large, comfortable, and very clean. The facilities were well maintained and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Location is excellent. The homestay is hidden behind the famous theatre performance venue but only a short walk to the main street, making it convenient while remaining quiet. Highly recommended for travellers looking for a unique accommodation experience in Zhangjiajie. The cave setting alone makes it worth staying here."

A special shout-out to the team: when I had trouble placing a food delivery order with my Alipay account, one of the staff members even paid for it upfront on my behalf. "My stay at Niccolo Changsha was incredibly pleasant. The room was elegantly minimalist, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking city views of Changsha. A special thanks to Camille from Guest Experience for proactively coordinating my itinerary, being attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay, and promptly responding to all my needs with just the right touch of professionalism. The hotel has direct access to IFS, making travel and sightseeing extremely convenient – it's definitely my top choice for a trip to Changsha. The N3 room type offers unbeatable views, and the breakfast on the 93rd floor is extensive with an à la carte menu. There were complimentary welcome fruits and soft drinks daily, and IFS mall is right downstairs. I also managed to get a late check-out, service was absolutely top-notch!"

"Coming to Changsha to visit the cultural sites, the Grand Hyatt Changsha's location was perfect. It's within walking distance of Du Fu River Pavilion and just a stone's throw from the Xiang River Scenic Belt. The hotel has a quiet and elegant atmosphere overall, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room facilities are well-maintained, with no signs of age or damage. The high-floor river view is charming both during the day and at night. Breakfast offers local flavors, so you can taste authentic Changsha rice noodles. The service was excellent, and they even allowed for a late check-out."

"Traveling to Hengyang with my family, and our stay was fantastic. The room was spacious and airy, and the bathroom was large with a great wet/dry separation. The toiletries were high quality. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the freshly prepared Hengyang rice noodles were authentic and delicious. The gym and self-service laundry room on the first floor were well-equipped, and the 24-hour free parking was a huge plus for those traveling by car."

This B&B positions itself as a boutique hotel, not just a regular guesthouse. Many guests here are international tourists and discerning travelers who appreciate quality. Plus, the hotel offers a 7-seater shuttle service, so transportation is a breeze for families. The room isn't huge but is exquisite in every detail. The bedding is comfortable, and a relaxing soak in the tub at night washes away all the day's fatigue. Forgot kids' toothbrushes, slippers, or shower gel? The B&B has it all; just ask the front desk, and they'll bring it to your room. There's also a 5 sqm kids' play area with a slide, building blocks, and a small rocking horse. "Before checking in, I saw reviews saying the hotel was old and run-down, which made me nervous. I originally booked three nights but changed it to one. Even though it was a non-changeable reservation, the hotel quickly approved my request for a refund. However, after checking in, I found it wasn't as dilapidated or dirty as the reviews claimed. It was very tidy and clean, and not nearly as old as I expected. The river view from the 27th-floor bar is absolutely stunning! When I checked in, the front desk attendant was really enthusiastic and upgraded us to a river-view room. We could relax on the sofa in our room and take in the entire river scenery – super enjoyable! So, we extended our stay for another night, and they even gave us Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings). Five-star rating! I'll definitely be back to stay here again!"

Breakfast was incredibly lavish, featuring local specialties like Hengyang rice noodles and fish noodles alongside Western options. The freshly ground coffee was delicious – every bite and sip was a pleasant surprise. The amenities are comprehensive, including a 24-hour gym and free laundry service, making it suitable for both business and leisure. I forgot to take photos of some areas, but if you're visiting Hengyang, you must stay here. Highly recommended!"
