"This was my first time in Qiqihar, and I ended up staying at the Wanda Realm Hotel for a total of four days. The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the service was warm and attentive. They even assigned a personal butler for WeChat communication. For instance, whenever I encountered issues like a slow drain, a window that wouldn't close, or needing a toilet seat cover, they promptly arranged for staff to resolve them.
I booked the hotel through Ctrip, and there was a seasonal package deal that was very good value. The hotel butler also provided a complimentary upgrade and free breakfast, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the Chinese restaurant offered great value and exquisite dishes.
The hotel is right next to Wanda Plaza, making shopping very convenient. Taking a taxi is the easiest and quickest way to get to local attractions. Especially when I went to Zhalong Nature Reserve, I asked the butler if I could return to my original room, and my request was granted.
I hope the hotel continues to strive for excellence and becomes a top-tier domestic brand in Qiqihar."

2. [Room experience] Spacious space, smart whole house, good sound insulation, rest without interruption.
3. [Breakfast] There are many choices in the breakfast room on the second floor, and there are hot dishes. Breakfast is very satisfying.
4. [Convenient package] The self-service laundry room is fully functional, can be dried and ironed, and you don't have to worry about taking care of your clothes when you travel; the gym and charging piles are also equipped.

1. The yellow noodles were sticky and chewy after cooking.
2. The dried tofu had a strange odor.
3. The egg rolls were filled with a bunch of ingredients, making the taste odd and complex.
Everything else is good, but the kitchen really needs to upgrade the quality of its ingredients."

The rooms are clean, warm, and offer expansive views; you can enjoy the snow scenery right from your window. The facilities are comprehensive, with ski rental and dining all available in one spot. The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. Guest UserThe breakfast was plentiful! It's rare to find a hotel where breakfast goes until 12 PM, which is perfect for young travelers. There's also afternoon tea. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, and it's convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The service was excellent; the parking attendant and the restaurant staff were all incredibly friendly. Harbin truly lives up to its reputation for hospitality. The hotel is located right by the Songhua River, with the cable car to cross the river directly across the street, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Central Street. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Miwa627Among the 5-star hotels in Harbin, I chose this one, which is the newest, and I wasn't disappointed upon arrival. The facilities are new and very clean, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room. It's quite close to the airport, only a 30-minute ride. The only thing to consider is that the location is a bit out of the way, a little further from the main tourist attractions.

Guest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location, right by the Songhua River. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, carrying our luggage to the room. They even upgraded us to a family room, which was much more spacious. We also received a complimentary afternoon tea and were allowed a late check-out. After checking out, we could still relax in the lobby lounge, which was a nice touch. The service here is truly thoughtful and human-centric. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, with Central Street to its right and Zhaolin Park to its left. It's just a 15-minute walk to the Flood Control Memorial Tower by the Songhua River and 17 minutes to Saint Sophia Cathedral. The prime location allows you to wake up early, beat the crowds, and stroll along Central Street, admiring the old buildings – it's definitely worth it. Right next door is the original restaurant famous for Guo Bao Rou (sweet and sour pork). They don't use pre-made dishes; everything is cooked fresh, which means a wait of at least 40 minutes, but people queue up every day.
The room itself was a bit small. I booked a twin room, but there weren't any available even at 2 PM, so they upgraded me to a king room. It was about 2 square meters larger and had a bathtub in the bathroom, which was generally satisfying.
The owner has put a lot of thought into the hotel, using antique furniture to create a great atmosphere perfect for photos. Their service is genuinely good; they helped with luggage and even offered afternoon tea. The laundry room on the top floor is a bit basic, but the hotel offers laundry service, which is a nice touch.

Guest UserThis hotel, over a century old, boasts a rich historical ambiance with its Tsarist Russian court design. The lobby is resplendent and dazzling, featuring crystal chandeliers, oil paintings, wine cabinets, and an ornate wrought-iron garden, all showcasing the luxury of the Russian aristocracy. I even donned a 19th-century outfit to experience what it felt like to be a Countess.
The hotel service was impeccable. Upon check-in, someone immediately guided us on a tour and provided explanations, including a ride in the century-old elevator. Our luggage was delivered directly to our room, and they were incredibly accommodating, helping us take photos in the court costumes without any hesitation. When we checked out, they even brought our bags to the car – truly doorstep service, highly commendable!
This is a highly recommended hotel that is well worth experiencing.

Guest UserThis is the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff are always genuinely warm and smiling, not just superficially. They insist on helping with luggage and promptly fulfill any requests. The room itself is also excellent, with a smart toilet and a spacious shower that doesn't feel cramped. While the breakfast buffet selection isn't vast, there's an à la carte menu with daily Chinese and Western options, all delicious. Combined with the buffet, it's quite good. Crucially, it's very convenient. I initially worried about not being near Central Street, but the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from the entrance. In reality, unless you're traveling solo, a ride-hailing car to Harbin Pharmaceutical Group General Factory is only 9 RMB, to Zhonghua Baroque it's 9 RMB, and to Central Street, it's just over ten RMB. I took taxis every day during my stay and found it cheap and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again on my next visit.

MC5060Once again in Harbin, my first choice is still the Aoluguya Hotel. I heard this hotel is owned by the head of the Oroqen tribe from the Greater Khingan Mountains. The environment here is beautiful, and the culture is rich and profound. Waking up in the morning and opening the curtains, the first thing I saw was Harbin's famous Songhua River, as well as views of the Ice and Snow World. Plus, the hotel is located on Century Avenue, and the late-night snacks here are unforgettable. There's an old saying in Northeast China: ”There's nothing a good BBQ can't fix.” After eating, I felt lingering enjoyment – it truly lives up to its reputation. If I come to Harbin again, Aoluguya will definitely be my top choice!

Guest UserAs the only hotel in Harbin that can truly be called a bit luxurious, it generally lives up to its reputation. The location, rooms, service, and amenities are all quite good. Bottled water is provided upon request, and the lotus decoration at the entrance is also very unique.
The decor style is more simple and bright, a stark contrast to the Ritz-Carlton Tianjin where I stayed a few days ago – both are good in their own way.
However, getting in and out of the hotel isn't very convenient, especially if you want to cross the road to the Songhua River. You have to navigate a really awkward traffic light intersection; the red light is very long, and even when it's green, there are cars turning right at high speed, which makes you quite nervous.
The city view rooms have a poor outlook, filled with crowded, matchbox-like buildings with hardly any greenery.
There's only one stool and one armchair in the room, which isn't very convenient.
There's also a heating vent on the windowsill, so I was hesitant to put my phone there for fear of it falling off.
