"I absolutely love this hotel! I first discovered it ten years ago during my initial visit to Cangzhou, and ever since, whenever I pass through, I always choose to stay here. After all these years, the hotel is still so well-maintained, which really shows their high standards. The lobby is grand, bright, and features cultural elements, offering complimentary drinks and snacks to guests. The front desk staff are warm, professional, and patient, and the lobby manager is very friendly, proactively engaging with guests and introducing local attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with windows for ventilation and humidifiers. The facilities are meticulously maintained, especially the bathroom and shower, which have grab bars for safety – a thoughtful touch. The toiletries are also high-quality. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and plentiful, with good quality. They deliver drinks, yogurt, and fruit to the room, and phone requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The parking lot is large enough, and the attendants are polite and courteous. The hotel's location is convenient, right off the Beijing-Taiwan Expressway, with beautiful surroundings and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The attention to detail in their service truly reflects how much they value the customer experience. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent service! We stayed with our child and they were incredibly accommodating. We were given a room with the best sea and beach view. The hotel has an excellent, clean pool with fantastic service. The breakfast is delicious, and on weekends they have a magnificent dinner buffet with steaks, kebabs, lamb, wine, beer, and much more! Before check-out, during breakfast, they even gave us a container to pack some food for our train journey. The staff deserves 100 points! Highly recommend!"

"Every time I've been to Handan before, I've stayed near Congtai New Century, but this time I chose the Wyndham Hotel near Meile City. It was a pleasant surprise! It's a 10-minute walk to Meile City and the Handan Museum, making it convenient for getting around without traffic. The hotel facilities are also excellent and tasteful. The service is attentive without being overbearing, which is great. I especially want to mention their security department. I forgot to lock my car, and they promptly reminded me and even took the initiative to wipe my car clean, which was very heartwarming. Thumbs up, I'll definitely stay at Wyndham again next time!"

"An absolutely fantastic experience! Not only was the service excellent, but the room was also spotless, tidy, and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed a relaxing hot bath in the in-room bathtub. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, so there was plenty to choose from. The executive lounge on the 53rd floor was also great, with attentive service. The evening food selection there exceeded my expectations – I didn't even need to go elsewhere for dinner. The red wine I had was also very good, smooth and not at all astringent."

"This time, I booked the Moosen Travel Photography service through the platform before checking into the hotel. Initially, I didn't have high hopes when booking, fearing a bad experience, awkward communication, or feeling uncomfortable during the shoot.
However, right from the initial consultation, the staff were very friendly and laid-back, with no pushy sales tactics – truly excellent service that made me feel at ease. On the day of the shoot, the photographer was incredibly patient, gently guiding my poses and expressions throughout. We chatted while taking photos, which helped me relax. The whole atmosphere was light and comfortable.
The shots were mainly taken around the Marriott grounds. The candid photos were very natural, and the original images already had great quality. The post-editing kept the colors natural and sophisticated, without over-smoothing or distorting the images.
Overall, the service was meticulous and thoughtful, making for a fantastic experience. If you're vacationing at the Blue Coast Marriott and want some atmospheric beach photos, I honestly recommend Moosen Travel Photography. They are reliable and won't disappoint. I'll definitely book them again!"

"My stay at Hualuxe Handan was an absolutely fantastic experience! The hotel room completely exceeded my expectations – it was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust in sight, with a well-designed and spacious layout. The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress offered the perfect balance of firmness. Combined with the excellent blackout curtains, I enjoyed a truly restful and rejuvenating night's sleep. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design was thoughtful, the hot water supply was ample and consistent, and the toiletries were of high quality. Every detail showed great care.

"Arrived on the afternoon of Chinese New Year's Day. Both counters were busy during check-in, but Cathy proactively directed us to the third one. Since we were two adults with two young children, it was a bit of a struggle. Cathy thoughtfully gave the kids small horses to comfort them, which was very sweet. For the rest of our stay, everything perfectly matched our booking requests: a bed rail was installed, and child-friendly toiletries and a toilet seat were provided.
The housekeeping staff never slacked off, even though the kids made quite a mess. Our room was always spotless when we returned.

"I was in Tangshan for a business trip and decided to bring my parents to Hetou Old Street to celebrate my mom's birthday. The last time I stayed here, Iris Yao Jiajing was my DM, and she made my stay so wonderful that I chose InterContinental again for my parents' visit. This time, we encountered a few minor issues with the room facilities, which is understandable given the hotel's age. However, every single problem was promptly and effectively resolved by Manager Yao Jiajing. She also proactively checked the room availability and upgraded my parents' room for free, which was a lovely surprise. When she learned it was my mother's birthday, she thoughtfully arranged a tea break with a cake for us. Throughout our stay, she also checked in to see if we needed anything else. I am incredibly grateful for Manager Yao's professionalism and attentiveness; she has truly left me with a positive impression of this hotel, and her service made our family trip exceptionally smooth."

Whenever I visit Gu'an, I always choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the surrounding area is fantastic with plenty of dining and shopping options. Central Park is just across the street, perfect for a leisurely stroll after dinner – it's incredibly relaxing. The only downside this time of year is the abundance of poplar catkins, which can be quite annoying.

TangyuxiaonazhaThe service here was a bit of a letdown. While the facilities were actually better than the InterContinental I stayed at a couple of days ago, the service didn't quite measure up. I booked connecting rooms with king beds, just like before, but when I called ahead, they made all sorts of excuses about not being able to arrange adjoining rooms. The staff's communication skills definitely need improvement. Then, at check-in, they started talking about whether our room was facing the street or not, even though our suite clearly was. High-floor rooms facing the street are bound to be noisy at night, so I'm not sure what the staff was getting at.
The biggest rip-off was the breakfast. For such an average buffet, they still charged extra for children, and rooms including breakfast were hundreds more – definitely not worth it. I strongly advise against booking a room with breakfast. I thought the InterContinental's breakfast was bad, but at least they had a wider selection of pastries. Here, the breakfast was barely on par with a budget hotel; it was so bad I almost wanted to complain. The score reflects the facilities, not the breakfast – what a scam!
On a positive note, I want to specifically commend the housekeeping department. The housekeeping staff were all incredibly dedicated and conscientious. We only stayed one night and left early the next morning, but the housekeeping attendant patiently kept asking if we needed anything. Thumbs up to them!

ConghuachchI chose to stay here for a professional photography trip, and all the amenities and services perfectly met my shooting needs. Upon arrival, the front desk swiftly and efficiently handled my check-in, proactively informing me about luggage storage and dedicated storage for large photographic equipment, which saved me a lot of preparation time. The room hygiene was impeccable; the large panoramic window was crystal clear and spotless, with no dust on the floor or surfaces, and the storage area was clean and dry, allowing me to safely store precise cameras, lenses, and other valuable equipment without worrying about dust damage. My butler, Sherry, was very familiar with the best local photography spots. She precisely tailored a full-day photography excursion plan based on sunrise, sunset, and tidal changes, guiding me through different shooting routes for coastal scenery, cultural architecture, wave close-ups, and night lights at various times. She provided exclusive services such as temporary equipment storage, early morning wake-up calls, borrowing simple blackout props, and leading the way to lesser-known wild spots, immediately adjusting the shooting schedule if the weather changed. Thanks to the efficient front desk reception, the clean and dust-free room, and Sherry's professional photography tour planning and dedicated equipment services, I successfully captured many satisfying works. I highly recommend it to photography enthusiasts.

This was my fourth ski season staying at Summit Hotel, and it's definitely the best hotel in Genting and Wanlong. The rooms are fully equipped, the service is excellent, and the price is reasonable. Even during Chinese New Year, the price increase was minimal, making it the best value for money in Chongli. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and proactively offered to help with luggage. The Jinghuan Family Suite is an amazing value; not only is the room spacious, offering 270° mountain and snow views, but the tatami mat by the window was also incredibly convenient and a big hit with the kids. The hotel breakfast was rich and delicious, and the Hunan cuisine on the ground floor and the Yunnan cuisine on the ninth floor were both very authentic, with a top-notch dining environment. The hotel offers ski-in/ski-out access, which is super convenient. With the Yunlong Pass, you can ski to Wanlong and back, making for a fantastic experience. Fennie, the Assistant Manager in the hotel lobby, was beautiful, kind, warm, and attentive. She proactively upgraded our room and checked in with us every day afterward to ensure we were comfortable and if we needed any further assistance. Her thoughtfulness made us feel incredibly warm, and we'll definitely choose Summit Hotel again because of her. Having stayed at Courtyard, InterContinental, Fulong, Wanlong Longgong, and Crowne Plaza Cuishanshan during previous ski trips to Chongli, considering overall hotel facilities, service, cleanliness, and ski resort convenience, Summit Hotel is undoubtedly the best choice.

There are welcome fruits and drinks every day, and you can interact with cute pets downstairs. The children are super happy. The breakfast is rich and amazing. It's conveniently located close to the highway and tourist attractions, making travel hassle-free. The hotel itself offers beautiful scenery and plenty of spaces to relax and unwind. The mountain air is wonderfully cool; after dinner, we enjoyed a refreshing stroll through the woods, without needing to rush out to see specific sights. Marli Jiao was consistently available and incredibly responsive to all our needs. The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. It's very close to tourist attractions, and a taxi to Nanchuan Old Street is only about 10 yuan. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. Nearby attractions include the museum, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, Nanchuan Old Street, and boat tours, all of which are great. There's also a snack street in the residential complex opposite the hotel. It's a really good hotel with excellent parking and great value for money.
The front office manager is truly available on call, even replying to WeChat messages at midnight. The next day, when Cangzhou's temperature dropped, they proactively contacted me to inform me about the cold weather and advised me to add more layers. This is truly personalized service. Thumbs up! Pros: I booked a 3-day, 2-night package that included either a hot spring experience or a golf experience (60 balls). The individual charges for these weren't expensive. If the weather is bad, you can still enjoy the indoor hot springs. The large lawn is perfect for relaxing, and the sand is fine, which my child loved at the beach.
Suggestions for improvement: My 7-year-old child, just over 1.2 meters tall, was charged an additional 59 RMB at the restaurant. I suggest this policy be improved. Even if the meal fee were just included in the package price upfront, it would be better. I've stayed at many family-friendly hotels where meals for children are either complimentary or not charged extra. An additional charge feels unpleasant. The food quality was also mediocre.
It seems the shuttle bus service within the park is no longer running, even though there are signs indicating departure times. I recommend calling ahead to confirm before waiting.
