"Traveling to Wuyishan with my child this time, I specifically chose the Chunbo Hotel. Its location is super convenient, very close to both the South Gate scenic area and Sangu Old Street. The hotel's green environment is also incredibly beautiful. It was just me and my child, so we picked the Quiet Twin Room. The room was spacious, but if you have a larger group, you could opt for a villa, which offers an even more comfortable setting. The hotel restaurant's food was absolutely delicious; I tried breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even the late-night barbecue – perfect for someone like me who doesn't want to venture out for meals! To get to Sangu Old Street, you can go through Gate No. 5 of the hotel, and their shuttle service is available on demand, which is extremely convenient! The swimming pool at the hotel has crystal-clear water, suitable for both adults and children. My stay at Chunbo this time was truly excellent!"

"When traveling, I always dread choosing a bad hotel, but I wholeheartedly give this one a five-star recommendation: 1. **Room**: It was very spacious and bright. We stayed in a family kid's room, and it's rare to find one this big. The moment I opened the door, I was incredibly pleased. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the bathroom itself was also very spacious and bright, featuring a large floor-to-ceiling window that offered absolutely stunning night views. 2. **Details**: The hotel's attention to detail was exceptional. They provided branded children's toiletries – toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, and lotion were all available. The same meticulous care was evident in the adult toiletries as well, which really showed their thoughtful approach. 3. **Breakfast**: It was incredibly, incredibly abundant! I was extremely satisfied. The first thing I thought about every morning was going down for breakfast. 4. **Service**: From the parking attendant at the entrance to the front desk and the room service, the service was superb. They even installed a child safety barrier for us, so I didn't have to worry about my baby sleeping at night. 5. **Other**: I absolutely loved the hotel environment. Next time I bring my child to Fuzhou, I will definitely be staying here again."

"I've always had a good impression of Conrad, but the service at Conrad Xiamen this time was really disappointing. I checked in on August 5th and 7th. On the 6th, I pressed the 'do not disturb' button. In the afternoon, I received a call asking when I'd like my room cleaned. I gave them a time, and then shortly after, I got another call asking the same thing. I don't understand the point of the 'do not disturb' sign or the first call. Around 8 PM, a staff member brought me a complimentary sweet soup, and when I asked why I hadn't received it the night before, she said they were too busy. That evening, I complained to the front desk. The next day, when I checked out, the lobby manager, Ms. Shen (2459), told me that as a resolution, they would refund a small portion of my room fee and waive the dining expenses during my stay. I then left the hotel. On the way, I received a call from Trip.com, saying that for the hotel to refund a small part of the room fee, I would need to cancel my order, which meant I wouldn't be able to leave a review. I disagreed. Afterwards, as shown in picture two, Ms. Shen called me three more times. There was no apology or intention to improve service; she just wanted me to compromise. In the last call, she even started by saying that my 2000 deposit hadn't been refunded, trying to threaten me into compromising and canceling the order. She also constantly interrupted me. I told her I would complain about her as well and hoped someone else would respond to my two complaints. On the evening of August 8th, as shown in picture three, a woman claiming to be from customer relations called. I was unable to take the call at the time, and she promised to call me back the next day. Now it's the third day, and I still haven't received a call. I feel that the hotel has no sincerity or intention to resolve the issue, which is why I'm writing this negative review. Separately, the Hainanese chicken rice from room service was also very bad. The chicken was dry and fishy, and even the rice tasted like it was from yesterday. At the hotel's Michelin-recommended Chinese restaurant, Luchenxuan (2026), I ordered a Boston lobster mapo tofu. It wasn't spicy, numbing, fresh, or fragrant; it was bland and had a beany taste. When the waiter asked for my feedback at checkout, they immediately waived the charge for that dish. At least the restaurant service was acceptable, but the service from the front desk and customer relations department is completely unworthy of a five-star hotel."

"The hotel boasts a great environment and an excellent location. Peri facilitated a quick check-in, and Annie promptly arranged for our extended stay and housekeeping. All the staff members were very professional. Kelly noted our itinerary and granted a late check-out, which was much appreciated. As soon as I opened the door, I was captivated by the night view – the city lights outside were beautiful, layer upon layer. "Extremely satisfied with my stay, excellent value for money! Amber, Max, Viki, and Rowan at the front desk were incredibly welcoming during check-in! They were attentive, thoughtful, and patiently answered all my questions about travel and breakfast. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making me feel very comfortable. The location is superb, within walking distance of Hangcheng Metro Station and a commercial area. Changle High-Speed Rail is just 2 km away. Upon entering the lobby, I was offered welcome tea. The front desk was efficient with check-in and even proactively arranged a high-floor lake view room for me. Room: Spacious (standard room 40㎡+), with floor-to-ceiling windows offering great city/lake views. The branded mattress was just right, offering excellent support, and the bedding from a well-known brand was very comfortable. Soundproofing was excellent. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toilet room was independent and odor-free. The toiletries had a pleasant fragrance. Breakfast: The buffet offered both Chinese and Western options. There was a Fuzhou specialty station for 'lao mian'/'lao fen', freshly cooked eggs, and a rich selection of fresh fruits and desserts. Replenishments were prompt. Service: Staff members proactively smiled and greeted guests, and their response time was quick. Overall, it's standard five-star quality. I would definitely choose this hotel again for both business trips and vacations!"

"Facilities: The hotel's concierge desk is on the ground floor, while the lobby is on the 47th floor. To get to your room, you first take an elevator from the ground floor to the 47th floor, then use your key card to transfer to another elevator that goes to the rooms. The toilet in the room was quite old-fashioned but thankfully clean! The curtains are electric, and the TV is pretty big, though I didn't try to cast anything to it. The sofa area is well-designed with a large round table and a sofa that has power outlets nearby, making it convenient for charging phones and laptops while relaxing. The bedside tables are also spacious, great for placing items. The air conditioning was powerful and effective. The mini-bar fridge was empty, and only two bottles of mineral water were provided. The washbasin was small. They only provided two toothbrushes, a comb, and some cotton swabs. No razor, which is fine, but not even a shower cap – I wonder if it was just overlooked! Service: When I first arrived, it was a bit frustrating; there was no service at all, and I had to ask about everything myself! At the front desk for check-in, the staff said my name wasn't on any order. They asked to see my Ctrip order on my phone, which was a first for me! I didn't encounter a single staff member who greeted me; they just acted like guests were invisible! I even bumped into a young staff member outside my room who just glanced at me twice and acted like she didn't see me. This is supposed to be a five-star hotel, but their service training in this regard is clearly lacking, especially for young employees who should have this basic awareness! Later that evening, when I went to the concierge to pick up a delivery, Xiao Jie was very helpful. He assisted me with my packages, gave me a tote bag for my items, and even offered to dispose of my trash. Environment: Getting food delivered is easy, pretty much anything is available, and there are also restaurants downstairs, which is convenient! Deliveries are brought by robots, but you have to call the concierge separately to request the robot delivery, likely for security reasons. The critical part was that my delivery arrived at 7:27 PM, and after two follow-up calls, it finally reached my room at 7:50 PM – unbelievable! Parking: I pre-arranged and reserved a ground-level parking spot. It was very crowded, so if you have a large car, it will test your driving skills!"

The hotel boasts a gym, outdoor pool, Nanyang-themed craft activities, photo spots, a lobby bar, happy hour, and more – quite a rich selection of amenities. MixC is right next door, perfect for shopping, catching a movie, or letting the kids burn off some energy, making it a great option for a staycation. If your budget allows, I’d generally recommend it. 【Service】The service remains excellent overall. 1. The front desk staff was very kind and upgraded us to a higher floor room with a better view. 2. Whether it was the front desk, lobby bar, lounge, 101 restaurant, gym (24-hour access with room card), or the pool (perfect temperature, though it's outdoors)… everyone we encountered was incredibly observant – they’d press the elevator for you in advance, offer directions, or ask if you needed help if you had a lot of things in your hands. It’s impressive that the entire team maintained this quality during the busy summer period. 3. What surprised me most was that when I booked, the Nanyang craft class was fully booked. I was a bit disappointed, but the staff provided us with the materials so we could do it ourselves in the room, even though we couldn't do it on-site. Their problem-solving attitude and approach really impressed me. 4. They promptly refilled items that ran out at breakfast, which was a vast improvement compared to some previous experiences where things felt a bit stingy. 【Ambiance】1. It's very photogenic and well-designed; you could spend a long time taking photos without even leaving the hotel. So, individuality and unique design are quite important. 2. Once the curtains in the room are drawn, it gets perfectly dark, which is great for sleeping. 【Dining】1. Perhaps due to cost control, the items in the room's minibar have changed (it used to have Basao tea, was that a limited-time offering?). The offerings at the lobby bar and happy hour have also become fewer and simpler, but the quality is still decent… 2. The breakfast at 101 restaurant felt less appealing than before… The Shacha noodle soup base tasted like laksa, and the noodle texture was off. What was clearly mini wontons was called 'bianshi', and the peanut soup only had the raw ingredients but the taste and texture weren't quite right. The mianxian糊 (vermicelli paste) texture was also off, which made me not even want to try the salty rice. And while the oyster omelet and 'manjian gao' (pancakes) tasted okay, they weren't actually what they were supposed to be… (Fortunately, there are alternatives like Shacha noodle shops, snack bars, and street food stalls nearby)… If I hadn't eaten out before, these 'specialty snacks' at breakfast would have been very misleading… 3. My friend arrived at breakfast first, and I joined later. I was questioned a bit upon entry, and then followed to my friend’s table before they left, which made me feel untrusted… Had someone tried to sneak in for free breakfast before? 4. On Ctrip, a 5 is 'exceeded expectations,' 4.5 is 'satisfied,' and 4 is 'quite satisfied.' I feel that anything 4.25 or above is pretty good… Unfortunately, everyone is so competitive these days, and I understand the difficulties faced by those in the industry. I gave a score I thought was quite good before, only to find out it caused trouble for others… Now, if there are no major issues, I just give a supportive 5 stars…"
