"I booked a king-sized room for my business trip, and at check-in, the front desk upgraded me to a suite. As soon as I opened the door, I was captivated by the night view – the city lights outside were beautiful, layer upon layer. The room facilities were in good condition, the shower had plenty of hot water, and the cleanliness was meticulous, with even the corners being spotless. The environment was quiet and peaceful. The service was also thoughtful; they helped me carry my luggage into the room. I stayed here for two nights and had a very good rest. I'll definitely choose this hotel again! 🌟"

"Baixiang Hotel is one of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed at recently. It seems to be the tallest building in Longyan, and the lobby is very grand. The rooms are spacious, and the front desk staff are incredibly welcoming. I especially want to commend a lady with a somewhat complex surname and glasses; she was very professional and deserves high praise. There's a claw machine on the first floor, and the staff member there even gave my two children a few extra game tokens, which they loved. All the other staff also provided excellent service. In the evening, when the technician came to fix the TV, he rang the doorbell and, after I opened the door, repeatedly confirmed if it was convenient for him to enter before coming in, which was very professional. The breakfast was quite good; the Fuding meat slices and noodles were exceptional. The coffee was a bit subpar, and there weren't many drink options, but there was enough to eat. The prices are usually very affordable, and they didn't raise them much during the ***** New Year. The suite was large, which I really liked. I'll definitely be back."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly facing Gulangyu Island and offering panoramic views of the entire island. You can even spot warships docked in the military harbor. Step out, turn left, and it's just over 400 meters to Zhenhai Road Station on Line 1. Zhongshan Road and the Eight Cities market are also only about a ten-minute walk away. We stayed in a 9th-floor room with a great view and a very spacious room, more than enough for a family of three. A special feature is the small kitchenette in the room, complete with an induction hob, sink, and microwave oven – a big plus! 👍 The 5th floor has a swimming pool, and the 2nd floor hosts the buffet restaurant. While there's a decent variety of food, the quality could definitely use some improvement."

"This is an old-established five-star hotel in Fuzhou. Opened in 2005, it's still well-maintained. The overall environment is comfortable, clean, and tidy. Everything was great, except for the slow check-in process. We received a welcome fruit platter and complimentary desserts. Although we checked in at 4 PM and our room wasn't ready, they kindly upgraded us to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The suite was on a lower floor, but it was still decent, offering views of Wuyi Square and the White Pagoda. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall, making it suitable for families with children. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Fuzhou."

"The moment I stepped into this hotel, a good portion of my travel fatigue just melted away. The front desk staff greeted me with warm, polite smiles, and the check-in process was quick and smooth, without any unnecessary delays. I had only mentioned a preference for floral scents, and a small sprig of fresh jasmine was discreetly added next to the welcome tea and snacks."

"Facilities: The hotel's concierge desk is on the ground floor, while the lobby is on the 47th floor. To get to your room, you first take an elevator from the ground floor to the 47th floor, then use your key card to transfer to another elevator that goes to the rooms. The toilet in the room was quite old-fashioned but thankfully clean! The curtains are electric, and the TV is pretty big, though I didn't try to cast anything to it. The sofa area is well-designed with a large round table and a sofa that has power outlets nearby, making it convenient for charging phones and laptops while relaxing. The bedside tables are also spacious, great for placing items. The air conditioning was powerful and effective. The mini-bar fridge was empty, and only two bottles of mineral water were provided. The washbasin was small. They only provided two toothbrushes, a comb, and some cotton swabs. No razor, which is fine, but not even a shower cap – I wonder if it was just overlooked! Service: When I first arrived, it was a bit frustrating; there was no service at all, and I had to ask about everything myself! At the front desk for check-in, the staff said my name wasn't on any order. They asked to see my Ctrip order on my phone, which was a first for me! I didn't encounter a single staff member who greeted me; they just acted like guests were invisible! I even bumped into a young staff member outside my room who just glanced at me twice and acted like she didn't see me. This is supposed to be a five-star hotel, but their service training in this regard is clearly lacking, especially for young employees who should have this basic awareness! Later that evening, when I went to the concierge to pick up a delivery, Xiao Jie was very helpful. He assisted me with my packages, gave me a tote bag for my items, and even offered to dispose of my trash. Environment: Getting food delivered is easy, pretty much anything is available, and there are also restaurants downstairs, which is convenient! Deliveries are brought by robots, but you have to call the concierge separately to request the robot delivery, likely for security reasons. The critical part was that my delivery arrived at 7:27 PM, and after two follow-up calls, it finally reached my room at 7:50 PM – unbelievable! Parking: I pre-arranged and reserved a ground-level parking spot. It was very crowded, so if you have a large car, it will test your driving skills!"

"As an international five-star hotel, the hardware is, of course, impeccable. What I value most are the details, as they truly make all the difference. My three-day stay was, in a word, absolutely perfect and satisfying. From the moment I checked in at the front desk on the first day, every staff member across all departments was incredibly polite, always greeting me with a smile. Whether it was in the room corridor in the morning, at the breakfast restaurant, or even the housekeepers, dining staff, and even the chef preparing breakfast – their first words were always a cheerful 'Good morning,' delivered with a constant, engaging smile. It felt very friendly and professional. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, including Xiamen specialties like Shacha noodles, Mianxian paste, and beef soup. There were also three to four choices of freshly squeezed juices, and they could even prepare Eggs Benedict. The swimming pool and gym were also of a considerable size, and the environment was very clean. In terms of the room, the wet and dry areas were well-separated. What impressed me the most was the housekeeping staff. They truly embodied the concept of 'anticipatory service.' They noticed my preference for tea and thoughtfully provided extra bottles of mineral water for me to brew tea. Even simple things, like tissues, were pre-folded before being given to guests. These little details speak volumes and demonstrate how thorough and professional their staff training is. Finally, a special thanks to Amber from guest services. She contacted me before my arrival to inquire about my estimated arrival time and any room preferences. Her assistance throughout my stay was invaluable. My heartfelt gratitude."

Max was enthusiastic and friendly throughout, patiently verifying my reservation details, proactively explaining breakfast hours and the gym's location, and thoughtfully providing information on local transportation. When I asked about parking and room types, her answers were detailed and professional, without any perfunctory responses. The hotel lobby is spacious and tidy, the guest rooms are clean and odor-free, the bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is good. The amenities are new and complete, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options. It’s excellent value for money. The entire service team is highly professional, and Max's attentive service made my trip particularly comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip or vacation to Changle. Highly recommended!"

"I've stayed at a Marco Polo hotel before in Beijing and had a great experience, so I chose to stay at this one in Xiamen. It's an established five-star hotel with an excellent location. The room, although a little dated, was very clean and comfortable. The front desk, greeters, and housekeeping staff were all incredibly polite. Overall, the environment and service were superb. While a few individual staff members could use some improvement (I won't name names, it's not important and didn't affect the overall stay), I'm still giving it a five-star rating. This place is definitely worth considering when visiting Xiamen!"

"The room was clean and spacious, and the service was excellent. They delivered on their promise of complimentary welcome fruits and mini-bar drinks, making for a great stay. Waking up to the lake view of West Lake Park outside was fantastic. There's a market nearby, just a short walk away, and Sanfang Qixiang is also within easy walking distance."
