Hotel near Xunpu Village/Donghai Taihe Plaza,Quanzhou
As an international hotel brand, InterContinental Quanzhou has become a highly anticipated core building in the city with its transcendent style and excellent quality. The hotel is located in the Donghai Taihe Plaza, which is known as a commercial aircraft carrier. It is built along the Jinjiang River and enjoys the beautiful city scenery. It is close to the Taikoo Plaza in the East Bay and the Xiapu Folk Culture Village. It is only a 20-minute drive from Jinjiang International Airport, a 30-minute drive from Quanzhou Railway Station, and a 5-minute drive to Jinjiang Bridge. InterContinental Quanzhou is happy to share more excitement with you, allowing you to enjoy the "InterContinental Life" while experiencing the comfort of "Knowing and Traveling in Quanzhou".

"Booked for 5 nights, and the InterContinental brand certainly delivers. The hotel is quite close to the airport, very convenient for getting around, and has excellent amenities nearby. We were able to check in immediately upon arrival in the morning, no waiting for a room. The front desk staff patiently answered all our questions and even thoughtfully provided their personal list of recommended local eateries. Upon entering our room, we discovered it was InterContinental Quanzhou's 8th anniversary, and we received a voucher for the 5th-floor Chinese restaurant and a discounted rate for the Western restaurant, which was a pleasant surprise. The room's layout was great, it was quiet, and the soundproofing was effective. Toiletries were well-stocked, the bedding was very comfortable, and they had even arranged for buckwheat pillows as per our prior request – the service was truly attentive. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room every day; it was always spotless and tidy when we returned from our outings. Now for a couple of minor drawbacks. Given it's an InterContinental, I would have hoped for more tech integration, like smart toilets or automated curtains. Also, while the breakfast had a good variety and Fujianese specialties, the taste of the Chinese dishes could be improved, and perhaps a wider selection would be nice. We might have felt this more since we stayed for 5 days, and it started to feel a bit repetitive. The food at the 5th-floor Chinese restaurant wasn't as good as expected; the beef was too sinewy to chew, and when we mentioned it to the waiter, they just smiled, which wasn't ideal. Overall, though, we were quite satisfied and would recommend it."

Hotel near Longyan Railway Station/Wanbao Plaza,Longyan
The Longyan Jinghua Fliport Hotel provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Longyan will find that the Longyan Jinghua Fliport Hotel is a fantastic accommodation choice. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 4km from Longyan Railway Station and 71km from Liancheng Guanzhaishan Airport. This hotel is located near many of Longyan's attractions including Liuyi Square, Zhongyang Suqu (Minxi) Lishi Museum and Lianhuashan Park (south of Tianma Mountain Villa). In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This Longyan hotel features parking on site. Germaphobes can rest easy - the level of cleanliness is highly rated at this hotel. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

"Baixiang Hotel is one of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed at recently. It seems to be the tallest building in Longyan, and the lobby is very grand. The rooms are spacious, and the front desk staff are incredibly welcoming. I especially want to commend a lady with a somewhat complex surname and glasses; she was very professional and deserves high praise. There's a claw machine on the first floor, and the staff member there even gave my two children a few extra game tokens, which they loved. All the other staff also provided excellent service. In the evening, when the technician came to fix the TV, he rang the doorbell and, after I opened the door, repeatedly confirmed if it was convenient for him to enter before coming in, which was very professional. The breakfast was quite good; the Fuding meat slices and noodles were exceptional. The coffee was a bit subpar, and there weren't many drink options, but there was enough to eat. The prices are usually very affordable, and they didn't raise them much during the ***** New Year. The suite was large, which I really liked. I'll definitely be back."

Hotel near Zhongshan Road Area,Xiamen
Swiss Grand Xiamen is under Swiss Management. Located on the sea promenade along the Lujiang road overlooking the Gulangyu Island. It is the sole hotel with swimming pool, large fitness facilities with Pilate. 10 min. walk to the Gulangyu Island ferry, the historically popular Zhongshan Road and the No. 8 fresh market where seafood can be enjoyed throughout the day in the different restaurants. Free parking during stay is available and the final terminal station of No. 1 Metro station is just 5 min. walk from the hotel. (For your kind reminder: For free parking, provide your license plate upon check-in. Check-out is at noon; late check-out fees available upon request.)

"Before coming to Xiamen, I saw many online recommendations for this hotel, so I decided to give it a try. The hotel's exterior is generally good, though the rooms are a bit dated. However, the sea view is excellent, with Gulangyu Island directly outside the window. The location is superb, very close to the ferry and Zhongshan Road, making it convenient for getting around. The room hygiene was fine, and the breakfast was also decent, though children are charged extra."

The rooms are spacious and elegant, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic city views, and the bedding is wonderfully comfortable. If cleanliness is important to you, this hotel makes an excellent choice, as our guests consider this to be one of the cleanest hotels in the city. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

"I do not recommend this hotel for families traveling with young children or for non-smoking guests. Although we booked a non-smoking room, the room was filled with a strong cigarette smell. We have a history of asthma, so we specifically explained our health concerns and requested a room change. After several complaints, the hotel eventually moved us to another room late at night, but unfortunately, it was mistakenly an actual smoking room, making the situation even worse. We had to contact Trip.com on the second morning to seek assistance. The hotel manager eventually offered complimentary breakfast as compensation, but overall, this was a very disappointing experience."

Hotel near Wanda Plaza/Minnan Water Town,Zhangzhou
DoubleTree by Hilton Zhangzhou is located in the center of Longwen District, Zhangzhou, with convenient transportation. It is nearby T·ONE street mall and Greenlake Ecology Park. It can enjoy the panoramic views of river, lake and city in sky lobby on 47th floor. 203 warm and comfortable rooms and suites with 3 restaurants and bar, as well as fitness center and swimming pool. Over 716 sqm meeting and conference space, which could be for all kinds of banquets, conferences and events. We strive to create an rewarding experience for you, leaving unforgettable memories here.

"Facilities: The hotel's concierge desk is on the ground floor, while the lobby is on the 47th floor. To get to your room, you first take an elevator from the ground floor to the 47th floor, then use your key card to transfer to another elevator that goes to the rooms. The toilet in the room was quite old-fashioned but thankfully clean! The curtains are electric, and the TV is pretty big, though I didn't try to cast anything to it. The sofa area is well-designed with a large round table and a sofa that has power outlets nearby, making it convenient for charging phones and laptops while relaxing. The bedside tables are also spacious, great for placing items. The air conditioning was powerful and effective. The mini-bar fridge was empty, and only two bottles of mineral water were provided. The washbasin was small. They only provided two toothbrushes, a comb, and some cotton swabs. No razor, which is fine, but not even a shower cap – I wonder if it was just overlooked! Service: When I first arrived, it was a bit frustrating; there was no service at all, and I had to ask about everything myself! At the front desk for check-in, the staff said my name wasn't on any order. They asked to see my Ctrip order on my phone, which was a first for me! I didn't encounter a single staff member who greeted me; they just acted like guests were invisible! I even bumped into a young staff member outside my room who just glanced at me twice and acted like she didn't see me. This is supposed to be a five-star hotel, but their service training in this regard is clearly lacking, especially for young employees who should have this basic awareness! Later that evening, when I went to the concierge to pick up a delivery, Xiao Jie was very helpful. He assisted me with my packages, gave me a tote bag for my items, and even offered to dispose of my trash. Environment: Getting food delivered is easy, pretty much anything is available, and there are also restaurants downstairs, which is convenient! Deliveries are brought by robots, but you have to call the concierge separately to request the robot delivery, likely for security reasons. The critical part was that my delivery arrived at 7:27 PM, and after two follow-up calls, it finally reached my room at 7:50 PM – unbelievable! Parking: I pre-arranged and reserved a ground-level parking spot. It was very crowded, so if you have a large car, it will test your driving skills!"

Xiamen Air, together with Accor, meets in Xiamen to build Fairmont Xiamen, the first Fairmont flagship hotel in Fujian Province. Fairmont, the legend reborn in Minnan, Fairmont Xiamen, the A MIN MUSUEM linking the WORLD. The hotel is designed and presented by a number of top quality design teams. The architecture is designed by FOSTER + PARTNERS, a group formed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Norman Foster, with interior design by Hong Kong's Cheng & Chung Design (CCD) and SWA is famous for its concept of creating a harmonious natural system to create the outdoor landscape programme.Fairmont Xiamen as part of Xiamen Air's new headquarters complex, which inspired by Wuyi Mountain, the original icon of Fujian's Min Tea. Fairmont Xiamen is a 33-floors of "mountain-shaped" building nestled in the heart of Xiamen's urban.

"As a Xiamen local, Xiamen Airlines has always been my top choice for travel since childhood. I heard this hotel was a joint venture between Xiamen Airlines and Accor, and I've been wanting to stay since it opened. Every day, I drive past the new Xiamen Airlines headquarters and see the little Egret logo, and the exterior always looks so inviting. 🤍 Room Type: The service attitude was excellent, with smiling staff from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant. A special thank you to Minnie, the Front Office Director, for her attention. I originally booked the most basic room, but the hotel kindly upgraded me to a high-floor bay view room for free, where I could see the Xiamen-Kinmen Bridge in the distance. The package I booked included a mascot, Mengmeng, which is super cute and cuddly with a nice texture and a detachable hat. I even slept with it that night~ (I looked it up, and it costs 98 RMB…) 🩵 Room: The bedside speaker was a Tivoli Audio, the hairdryer looked like a Cetis, and the toiletries were Le Labo (I heard a store is opening at MixC soon). Now for the highlight!!! This is by far the most comfortable pillow I've ever encountered in a hotel! Period! (For the other three luxury brands in the city, I've brought my own pillow on my second stay). I'm pregnant and need a super soft pillow to support my back and belly when sleeping on my side. The head pillow was slightly firmer in comparison but still contoured perfectly to my neck and traps. In short, I slept soundly all night!!! And my stomach felt fine!!! 💜 Breakfast: The breakfast was a bit disappointing. To be honest, the variety wasn't much. What I photographed is what I ate, just these three items. The restaurant is circular with each side being a different area. Since I don't like desserts, I might have missed what everyone says are the best desserts. However, compared to the Waldorf Astoria and Andaz, the breakfast selection really isn't extensive. I'm not sure if the plates were too cold or if they didn't use plate warmers, plus with the air conditioning, the mushrooms, which were originally delicious, were already cold by the time I got them from the buffet to my seat... Blah blah blah, anyway, for the pillows and the service, I'd go back a second time~~"

Located near the famous Coffee Street, it is close to the Xiamen International Airport in 20 minutes driving and the city business district. "This hotel is nearly 30 years old, and while it has been renovated and upgraded, many rooms still have issues. For example, the rooms are small, and you can only bathe in a bathtub; there's no separate shower. The old hairdryer is very difficult to use, noisy, and has weak airflow. The mattress sags slightly in the middle. However, the air conditioning works wonderfully! The service is warm and friendly; both the housekeeping staff and front desk greet you. Check-in is done seated, and the front desk staff genuinely greeted my child, not in a robotic way. This level of service easily surpasses many newer hotels. The charm of an older hotel with experienced staff really makes you feel at home."

"This hotel is probably one of the older five-star establishments in the area. Its location by West Lake is fantastic, and it's also a short walk to Sanfang Qixiang, which makes it very convenient. The hotel facilities are as expected – clean and comfortable. We booked a lake-view room and the scenery outside the window was absolutely beautiful and delightful. The next morning, I even took my family for a walk in the park, all very convenient. I also want to commend the hotel's additional services, which I think deserve a special shout-out. First, the mini-bar: arriving at the hotel hot and tired, grabbing a cold drink from the room was pure bliss! Second, the '活力早餐包' (vibrant breakfast bag) in the morning: it's easy to carry and perfectly satisfied our basic breakfast needs. Third, the airport transfer service: booking was easy, the driver arrived early, and the vehicle was a brand-new, comfortable business van. The overall experience was top-notch! Details like these really build a brand, and I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Fuzhou."

Had a fantastic stay! The location is super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. The room was spotless, spacious, and didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was great – it was very quiet. The front desk staff were lovely and very responsive to any requests, paying attention to all the little details. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Fuzhou!

The room had a large bed and a small bed, which was enough for our family of five (2 adults and 3 children). The environment was elegant and the soundproofing was good. There was also a mini-fridge in the room, perfect for storing fruits and drinks. The kids loved the pool downstairs. The only downside was the TV; it wasn't connected to the internet, so we couldn't choose what we wanted to watch. The hotel's location is excellent, with many attractions nearby, making it convenient for shopping and dining!

This isn't my first time staying here, and I really love it; the experience is consistently great. The breakfast selection changes a bit daily, always featuring authentic Southern Fujian specialties. There's a wide variety and the food tastes excellent. The room is also very dorm-like, quiet, and the bed is fantastic, leading to naturally high-quality sleep. The only minor downside is that the pool isn't very big, but the water quality is excellent. Also, our butler, Merry, took great care of us. For example, she'd ask what we wanted refilled in the minibar and prepared turn-down service nightly before we came back (which included a pre-sleep dessert, a floor mat next to the bed, and indoor slippers).

Grand Honor Hotel is definitely the best hotel in Shishi, but it’s not quite the same level as a luxury hotel in a bigger city. Generally the hotel is clean, but it’s the little things that I noticed, ie when I checked in, there were some sweet wrappers next to the bowl of sweets that weren’t cleared away. That said, the sense of space is evident in the hotel lobby, lifts, corridors and most importantly, the hotel rooms. Rooms are very spacious and well-designed, although the closet area can definitely do with brighter lights. Most amenities are provided but what put me off is that many items that would have been free in other hotels at this price-range aren’t free at Grand Honor. There is a Chinese tea set on the table and usually the loose leaf tea is provided for free but it cost ¥15 per packet. Honestly it’s not a lot of money for us, but on the flip side, surely the hotel can provide a bag of tea leaves for their guests. There are the standard free single-use packet tea in the drawer so at least there’s that. In-room slippers are not to be taken out; they’d charge you if you do - and that’s fine, but the slippers are actually really uncomfortable to wear. The small plate of fruits (banana, plum and mandarin) given at 5pm every day is a nice touch. The hotel breakfast is probably the highlight. Set on the 22nd floor with panoramic views of the city, breakfast is very enjoyable. The food quality is pretty good, but a real surprise here is the sheer diversity of food. The bread selection alone has 5-6 choices (pastries, brioche, baguette, square toast, etc), the cooked food section is almost endless (and there’s cooked Chinese vegetables! 👏🏾) and then there’s the fruit selection at the end too. My only gripe is that the coffee machine is a bit slow, and there’s only one machine so there can be a wait for coffee. Location of the hotel is a little odd; good restaurants and the main mall is about 15 mins’ walk away. There aren’t many good shops to wander around nearby. Generally, this is a solid hotel for this price point. Excellent service with very fast food delivery (using the ubiquitous delivery robots) and friendly front desk staff.

Initially, I thought it was just an average hotel, nothing spectacular. However, the service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. Check-in was fast and efficient. When they heard we were tourists, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. After completing the check-in process, the front desk manager personally escorted us to the guest room elevators, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Upon entering the room, there was a plate of welcome fruit on the table. Taking a bite, it was sweet to the taste and warmed my heart. When I requested a few extra bottles of water, a robot promptly delivered them. Throughout the hallways, lobby, and restaurant, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. Before check-out, Ms. He at the front desk kindly asked if our stay was satisfactory and offered us several bottles of mineral water, suggesting we take them for our journey due to the hot weather. You could truly feel their genuine care. From check-in to check-out, I consistently experienced the warmth of the staff. Although I hadn't heard of this hotel before, after staying here, I genuinely felt that staying at a Junlan Hotel gives you a wonderful sense of home!

【Overall Impression】This hotel has a 'Nanyang' (Southeast Asian) flair with local snacks and drinks. The toiletries are Byredo and include lotion (there's a store on the first basement floor of MixC). I remember them being La Bottega previously? The hotel boasts a gym, outdoor pool, Nanyang-themed craft activities, photo spots, a lobby bar, happy hour, and more – quite a rich selection of amenities. MixC is right next door, perfect for shopping, catching a movie, or letting the kids burn off some energy, making it a great option for a staycation. If your budget allows, I’d generally recommend it. 【Service】The service remains excellent overall. 1. The front desk staff was very kind and upgraded us to a higher floor room with a better view. 2. Whether it was the front desk, lobby bar, lounge, 101 restaurant, gym (24-hour access with room card), or the pool (perfect temperature, though it's outdoors)… everyone we encountered was incredibly observant – they’d press the elevator for you in advance, offer directions, or ask if you needed help if you had a lot of things in your hands. It’s impressive that the entire team maintained this quality during the busy summer period. 3. What surprised me most was that when I booked, the Nanyang craft class was fully booked. I was a bit disappointed, but the staff provided us with the materials so we could do it ourselves in the room, even though we couldn't do it on-site. Their problem-solving attitude and approach really impressed me. 4. They promptly refilled items that ran out at breakfast, which was a vast improvement compared to some previous experiences where things felt a bit stingy. 【Ambiance】1. It's very photogenic and well-designed; you could spend a long time taking photos without even leaving the hotel. So, individuality and unique design are quite important. 2. Once the curtains in the room are drawn, it gets perfectly dark, which is great for sleeping. 【Dining】1. Perhaps due to cost control, the items in the room's minibar have changed (it used to have Basao tea, was that a limited-time offering?). The offerings at the lobby bar and happy hour have also become fewer and simpler, but the quality is still decent… 2. The breakfast at 101 restaurant felt less appealing than before… The Shacha noodle soup base tasted like laksa, and the noodle texture was off. What was clearly mini wontons was called 'bianshi', and the peanut soup only had the raw ingredients but the taste and texture weren't quite right. The mianxian糊 (vermicelli paste) texture was also off, which made me not even want to try the salty rice. And while the oyster omelet and 'manjian gao' (pancakes) tasted okay, they weren't actually what they were supposed to be… (Fortunately, there are alternatives like Shacha noodle shops, snack bars, and street food stalls nearby)… If I hadn't eaten out before, these 'specialty snacks' at breakfast would have been very misleading… 3. To be fair, the Western-style offerings were all good – bread, desserts, etc. 4. There were small bugs in the restaurant; I encountered one right after sitting down, and then another flew into my mini wontons when I went to get them later… 【Other】1. I hope the breakfast specialty snacks can be improved. 2. I wish the dishes and their names would match (some dish names on the labels lagged behind after changes. It felt a bit awkward seeing someone holding 'curry puffs' and telling their child it was 'wuxiang' (five-spice fritters); the chicken popcorn at happy hour was labeled as something else, though it was corrected later). 3. My friend arrived at breakfast first, and I joined later. I was questioned a bit upon entry, and then followed to my friend’s table before they left, which made me feel untrusted… Had someone tried to sneak in for free breakfast before? 4. On Ctrip, a 5 is 'exceeded expectations,' 4.5 is 'satisfied,' and 4 is 'quite satisfied.' I feel that anything 4.25 or above is pretty good… Unfortunately, everyone is so competitive these days, and I understand the difficulties faced by those in the industry. I gave a score I thought was quite good before, only to find out it caused trouble for others… Now, if there are no major issues, I just give a supportive 5 stars…

I'm reviewing this after getting back from overseas. If you need a hotel near the airport, this is absolutely the best choice. For an early flight requiring me to be there by 6 AM, the hotel informed me there's a shuttle bus at 5:50 AM. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. I've stayed in many airport hotels worldwide, and this one is definitely among the top. I forgot to take photos, so I'll just end this review with a picture of me wearing the hotel slippers on the plane. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have another early flight. Wishing them continued success!

The hotel service was excellent, always responsive to our needs and going above and beyond to satisfy guests. No matter the time, they were always quick to assist. The service even started before we arrived on the island; hotel staff contacted us days in advance to confirm our needs during our stay, reminded us about the ferry tickets required for the island, and even helped us book them. After adding the concierge on WeChat, they sent us information about hotel and island activities, and could assist with advance bookings and ticket reservations. Upon arrival, the concierge met us at the pier and helped with our luggage. Any questions we had during our stay were answered instantly via WeChat. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and helped transport our luggage back to the pier. Considering we had a lot of luggage, a staff member specifically accompanied us on the ferry, helping with our bags the entire way. The whole stay felt very warm and reassuring; it’s a hotel full of human touch. The hotel environment is very quiet, with an ecological park next to it. Walking through the park leads to the beach, and the coastline is beautiful and great for walks. A truly excellent stay!

The hotel has a simple yet cozy decor. The hot water supply is ample with good pressure, making for a very comfortable shower. The soundproofing is excellent, so it's very quiet at night. It's conveniently located near Baolong Yicheng and Wanda Plaza, making daily life easy. Highly recommended.
