The hotel provide good facilities and services. The location is superb to watch sunrise. The night show is enjoyable and it's a wonderful activity and entertainment for guests. But be prepared to climb and walk the distance to reach the hotel. Suggest the hotel to provide the easiest or the hard but scenic routes (with time duration) to reach the hotel from the different cable car arrival station to their guests prior to their check-in. Overall a good stay!

This is a really great hotel for Wuhu. The executive king room has a fantastic view, with the Yangtze River visible right outside the window. It's also very comfortable; the wooden floors feel soft underfoot. It's very convenient for tourists, making it easy to get around.

Honestly, for a hotel on a mountaintop, there's absolutely nothing to complain about! Northern Sea Hotel has been recently renovated, so all the facilities are brand new, and the service is top-notch. There's no dampness in the room at all, the provided down jackets are very thick, there's underfloor heating throughout, and the bedding is super comfortable. The room isn't huge, but the layout is incredibly clever, and I love the design style. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet style. While not cheap, the variety of dishes for both meals is quite extensive. The taste is just average, but considering we're on a mountaintop, everything is forgivable. For watching the sunset and sunrise, there's a butler who leads guests. They send daily updates via WeChat about the sunrise and sunset times and meeting points, which is very convenient. The closest spot for sunrise from here is 'Monkey Watching the Sea,' and honestly, trudging there at 4 AM was a bit tiring 😝😝😝. The only minor thing was when I asked the front desk for three bottles of water on my second day, they said they could only provide two for free and the third would be charged. I thought about it and understood, as getting supplies up the mountain isn't easy. All in all, the experience was fantastic, and if I ever come back, I'd definitely choose this place again! 🥰🥰🥰

The room had thoughtful touches like cotton pads and disposable face towels, and the hairdryer was powerful and convenient to use. The bathroom towels were fluffy and soft, and the toiletries were from a well-known brand. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had a very satisfying stay.

My stay at Grand Hyatt Hefei exceeded all expectations! The location is absolutely fantastic, right above MixC Shopping Mall, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. My high-floor room offered breathtaking views, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Swan Lake – the nightscape was truly dazzling and so calming. The room itself had a lovely Chinese Zen aesthetic, clean and elegant, with comfortable bedding and top-notch facilities (Dyson hairdryer, smart toilet). The service was attentive and thoughtful, warm yet discreet, with great attention to detail. Breakfast was lavish, featuring a great mix of local specialties and international dishes. The high-altitude pool and gym were first-rate, giving a real resort feel. Overall, it was perfect; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hefei!

Hands down, this is the best five-star hotel in Hefei! Especially the food quality, it's top-notch! 1. **Service**: They contacted me via WeChat a day in advance to confirm my needs. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged, and my room was upgraded. I also received welcome fruits and drinks. From the moment I stepped out of the car to the lobby and then to the front desk, multiple staff members proactively offered to help with my luggage. Every staff member I encountered, from the entrance to my room, greeted me with a smile. When checking out, the doorman actively assisted with my luggage. 2. **Facilities**: The room facilities were all standard and complete, including an air purifier. The AC had low noise, and hot water was instant (within 3 seconds). I didn't find any damaged facilities or noticeable hygiene issues. The toiletries were InterContinental's standard, and they were decent. The toilet paper and tissue paper were comfortable to use. The toothbrush quality was acceptable, but the brush head was small and a bit hard on the gums; I suggest the hotel consider changing them. 3. **Dining (see pictures)**: The variety and taste of the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel – truly excellent value for money! The breakfast quality was also remarkably high, rarely seen even in standard five-star hotels; it was simply stunning. 4. **Location**: It's in the government district, with all amenities nearby and convenient transportation. It's also right next to Swan Lake, offering excellent views. I rarely bother to write reviews, but this time, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and had to give it a thumbs-up! I hope to visit again.

The breakfast options were beyond imagination, featuring both Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly made fried eggs and special snacks were superb! The gym equipment was brand new, the pool water was clear, and there were professional coaches for guidance. When I was leaving, the staff member, Tomoko, even helped me mail my wallet. This feeling of being valued was truly heartwarming! I highly recommend it to everyone. I will definitely choose this place again next time!

The room facilities are simple and the bedding is comfortable. The indoor sanitation is cleaned, but the balcony is slightly insufficient. Under the natural ecological environment, pay attention to the balcony spider web. The hotel garden design is nice, the hotel is facing the Qiupu River Bailu Bay, the bay view is invincible, the rainy season, the river water presents different colors with the upstream rain. Hotel service, efficient and welcoming front desk, restaurant responsive. During the stay, 2 nights of dinner were solved in the Bailu restaurant. Compared with the surrounding local restaurants, there are more oil and high salt, that is, the characteristics of Anhui cuisine and the flavor of Shitai are retained, which is relatively light and delicious.

This is probably the best hotel within the Jiuhuashan scenic area. We stayed in an Executive Twin Room in Zone B, which was one of the few rooms facing the sun. The hotel facilities are top-notch, the lobby is grand and uniquely decorated, and the small garden is charming. The room is quite spacious for a hotel within a scenic area, with everything you need, very well-arranged and comfortable. Breakfast is also very rich, with a good mix of Chinese and Western options, which is quite impressive for a hotel on a mountain. The dinner menu also features excellent dishes with a strong local flavor. The hotel service is even better; the staff picked us up from the transfer station, and a young lady helped me carry my suitcase, lifting it the entire way to prevent damage to the wheels from the stone path. When we checked out, Zheng, a front office staff member, introduced us to various aspects of the scenic area and invited us to come back. The cleaning aunties were also very kind and meticulous. This is a fantastic hotel, and I highly recommend it! 👍👍

This hotel must be the best in Wuhu for viewing the Yangtze River. Since I was traveling alone this time, they even upgraded my room to a larger one with city views and a glimpse of the Yangtze River. Wuhu is my second hometown, and this trip I could only stay in a hotel! The hotel is also quite close to Xiaoma Duck Restaurant and Shuangtong Alley, so I could walk to eat Lao Diao Beef Noodles and Erjie Red Bean Soup.
