The location is fantastic, and the hotel offers a pick-up and drop-off service from the train station, which made our transition to climbing Huangshan seamless. The service was absolutely wonderful! They even prepared a generous packed breakfast for us in the morning, which I carried with me the whole time – so thoughtful! I could just grab a bite whenever I wanted, and I was really touched by that. If any of my friends go to Huangshan, I'll definitely recommend this place. Also, this hotel was super helpful in reminding me to buy tickets in advance; otherwise, I definitely wouldn't have been able to get them this time. 🥹🥹

You can truly feel that this isn't just a perfunctory business operation; they've truly dedicated themselves to creating an exceptional product and service.
The furnishings and daily amenities in the rooms are of high quality, and everything is meticulously maintained, clean, and elegant. Fresh flowers adorn every corner, both indoors and out in the courtyard. Nestled against the mountain, enveloped by mist and clouds, the entire hotel exudes a unique tranquility found only in the mountains and forests—peaceful and restorative.
Every staff member here looks relaxed and treats guests with warmth and enthusiasm. There's no forced politeness, just perfectly attentive service. My personal butler was especially thoughtful, always anticipating my minor needs in advance, making me feel completely at ease and well cared for.
I wasn't feeling well and casually mentioned wanting some millet porridge. They went out of their way to arrange it. These small acts of kindness are what truly touch the heart.
They say Shilin Cliffs is the best hotel in Huangshan, and experiencing it firsthand, I now understand that this reputation is well-deserved. The price is indeed on the higher side, but all the wonderful experiences complement each other perfectly. The excellent environment, thoughtful details, and attentive service all justify the cost.
It’s rare to find such a comfortable and soothing haven in the mountains, a place to slow down and find peace. It was a comfortable and truly healing stay, and when I return to Huangshan in the future, I will choose this place again.

Guest UserMy stay at Luming Valley this time was incredibly comfortable, especially the room – I was very satisfied! The hotel is nestled in a natural environment, with fresh air and away from the hustle and bustle, making it perfect for travelers looking to relax.
The room I stayed in had a fantastic view, overlooking the mountains and forest. Waking up to the sunshine and birdsong in the morning was incredibly healing. The room's interior design was simple and clean, the facilities were new, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a sound sleep. The bathroom was also spacious, with plenty of hot water and good quality toiletries. You could feel the attention to detail, like the cozy lighting, ample power outlets, and a small tea table for enjoying tea and the view.
The hotel staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. There are walking trails within the complex, which are lovely for an evening stroll. If you come by car, parking is convenient. While the breakfast selection at the restaurant wasn't vast, the food was light and refreshing, and the combinations were well-balanced.
Overall, Luming Valley offers great value for money, especially for those who appreciate quiet and want a brief escape from the city. If I visit this area again, I'll definitely prioritize staying here. Highly recommend it to friends who enjoy nature-focused getaways.

Xiaoliyaoshoudao90jinFirst of all, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to the ticket gate, and across the street from the core temple complex of Jiuhua Mountain. The temples are just steps away, making worshipping Buddha incredibly convenient! There's a direct bus to Huatai right outside the hotel, and the shuttle bus stop is just a minute or two's walk uphill, making it perfect for families with children and elderly members—no walking required.
I must commend the hotel front desk staff on the morning of May 4th. When I checked out that morning, I left my jacket with my car keys in my room. I had already boarded the shuttle bus to Huatai, so I immediately called the front desk. The staff promptly went to my room, found my jacket and car keys, and placed them on the next shuttle bus to Huatai. I'm so grateful!!!

Guest UserAs a loyal guest of The Langham Hefei, it's always my first choice when I visit the city. Jane remembered I was returning and thoughtfully reserved my preferred room type, which made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. The service throughout was meticulous and attentive, with all my needs promptly addressed – the attention to detail truly shines. The Langham's chocolates are outstanding, and I always buy some to take home. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall ambiance and service quality are consistently excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Hefei.

BuhuifeidebaoThe hotel environment is excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable. They provided 3 complimentary breakfasts, which were also very rich. For dinner, we ordered à la carte noodles and fried rice; I highly recommend the noodles, a large bowl and delicious. There was also a performance in the evening, which created a great atmosphere.
For families with children visiting Huangshan, I recommend a two-day trip staying on the mountain. It's less crowded and less tiring. On the first day, we entered via the Yungu cable car around 10 AM, explored the back mountain, and rested at the Xihai Hotel at noon. In the afternoon, we hiked the first loop of the West Sea Grand Canyon, then returned for dinner, and later went to Danxia Peak to watch the sunset.
On the second day, we watched the sunrise, had a good breakfast, and then went to Bright Summit and Greeting Pine before descending via the Yuping cable car. There weren't many people along the way, and the intensity was moderate.

My stay at Banyan Tree Huangshan was fantastic! I booked two packages for the Luyuan King Room and stayed for six days, and every day was a joy. All the staff here were excellent. First, I was assigned a butler named Amy, who provided warm and thoughtful service. She sent me WeChat updates on all the hotel's activities and told me to let her know if I needed anything at any time. It felt very considerate. The environment is also beyond praise; it's very close to Lucun Village, and the views from the balcony and the hotel lobby are simply stunning. It felt like I didn't even need to leave the hotel to experience the beauty of Huizhou. The hotel offers a rich variety of activities, like the fish lantern parade and the close-up experience of iron flower making, which were brilliant. My child also participated in various pastry-making sessions. The chefs were wonderful; we joined three times, and each time the师傅 (master/chef) was great with both kids and adults. The pastries we made were truly delicious. The only downside was the room where we made pastries; it might be too close to the outside, as it was a bit warm. I hope they can improve that. The housekeeping and valet staff were also exceptionally courteous and provided thorough service. All in all, my trip to Banyan Tree Huangshan was absolutely delightful!

Guest UserThis was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

Guest UserThe hotel environment is superb, perfect for a vacation, and it's located right within the Chengkan scenic area.
Service: All the staff were very patient and provided great service. I even chatted with the owner for a long time; they were really nice.
Atmosphere: I especially loved it after 9 PM when the tourists had left. Sitting under the trees, it was so easy to find inner peace. I'd definitely stay again if I get the chance.
If you want to take photos in the scenic area, make sure to do it before 8:30 AM.
