No complaints throughout my stay. Room was clean, complete amenities and even provided non slip mat and extra slippers as requested. Queued for a while to check in tho. Fully quipped gym. Breakfast at semeja had good variety. Took a while for jamu to be fully refilled though. Had dinner at monomono, yummy and value for money dinner set and wonderful attentive service by Ramdan who made the visit extra special. Would love to return someday.
The only downside was the breakfast; there were too many Indonesian food options compared to international ones. Even for Indonesian food, they didn't have Indomie, which is something I found at Swiss-Bel Solo, along with pasta. Also, the egg counter here isn't easily accessible to guests; it's tucked away behind the main counter.
The bathroom mat was also too thin. After one guest showers, it gets completely soaked, making it useless for the next guest.
Overall, though, it's pretty good! 👍👍👍👍👍
This hotel is incredibly kid-friendly. Despite the beautiful and clean pool, there's also a new and great playground right next to it. The room was clean, and the welcome snack included treats and fruit. Plus, they have a bubble party every weekend and a ton of kids' activities. After the bubble foam party, the hotel staff even knocked on our door to give our kids decorated cookies that said ”Happy Staycation.” So thoughtful. We will definitely be back :)
The only inconvenient is the road access to and fro the hotel. Very bumpy rocky dangerous and not smooth road. Dont know if theres access to grabcar because we rent car.
Its an hour away from city, need to stock up food and drinks before going to the hotel.
But the hotel served food and drinks as well. And utensils for cooking.
The room is clean and the scenery view is amazing
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Will come back again but if the road is repair is much more better
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. The hotel itself is very cozy, with a pleasant scent that made the atmosphere even more relaxing and enjoyable.
The food was also excellent—every meal we had was delicious and well-prepared. It definitely added to the overall great experience.
We would especially like to commend one staff member ALDI RUSTANDI who stood out during our stay. He was exceptionally helpful, polite, and went above and beyond to assist us. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference and made our stay even more memorable.
Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
Please take note : extra ticket needs to be paid to enter this forest reserved area which has not mentioned during booking. Payment has to be made when driver enter this area. But it’s only a one time payment on first entry.
This area is serene but not on raining day.
They should have install a lamp on its outdoor resting area because there is the only place for food, and chill at night. Without lamp installation, it’s real dark. Kinda like dining in the dark. Else, please prepare your own portable lamp.
Please bring an umbrella along as the weather is unexpected.
The customer service is slow and I got stuck when I needed customer service. They only available on trip.com chat box and bobobox chat box.
Food ordering takes around an hour to arrive after ordered and paid.
2 nights was just enough to explore this whole place and places nearby.
A place to actually keep phones away and be with nature.

This hotel in the Dago area has a bathtub in every room. The view from the Grand Deluxe room type is excellent, and the staff are friendly. The swimming pool is warm, but only lukewarm. For breakfast, there aren't enough varieties for a 4-star hotel, and the taste still needs a lot of improvement. The donuts, though, are delicious! Hopefully, next time I return, the breakfast will have more variety and better flavor.
It was pretty decent, but because it's new, the service isn't quite up to par yet. I got a room at the very end of the hall, and there was still construction going on, so it was noisy with the workers. Also, the bathroom door in my room was hard to close, so I had to call maintenance and waited 1.5 hours for them to fix the door. There was no offer to move me to another room, so a lot of our time was wasted. Other than that, it was okay. The staff was so-so, not very proactive. The bellboy wouldn't grab our luggage unless we asked. Maybe it's because it's new, hopefully, they can improve.
