"Functional for a Layover, But Bare-Bones in
If you just need a place to crash during a long layover, this hotel serves its purpose, but don't expect any ”extras.” It is a functional choice for proximity to the airport, and that is about where the perks end.
The Downsides:
Missing Amenities: The room is strictly ”no-frills.” There is no kettle, no coffee-making facilities, and absolutely no toiletries provided.
Basic Bathroom: The bathroom setup is incredibly sparse. There wasn't even a floor mat, which made the space feel unfinished and led to a slippery floor after showering.
Mediocre Breakfast: The morning spread was underwhelming. It’s edible, but certainly not a highlight of the stay.

It’s a fine spot if you are arriving late and leaving early, but the lack of basic comforts makes it hard to recommend for anything longer than a quick night's sleep."

There's hot water available downstairs, and luggage storage is free, though it's in a basement without an elevator. Carrying heavy bags up and down is quite a hassle, especially since it's unattended. I guess that's understandable for a youth hostel."

"The hotel is about an 18-minute walk from the airport; just follow your navigation. The next morning, it was raining, so I asked the front desk to book a taxi to the airport, which cost 95 DKK. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and even had the driver come inside to pick us up, saving us from getting into the wrong car outside. Both check-in and check-out were seamless, and the staff's English was very clear."

"I stayed here on a solo trip! The room was adorable with a sloped ceiling and a window that felt like an attic room, and I had such a wonderful time. I could see seagulls and the morning sun from the window, making it so cozy that I just wanted to relax at the hotel. The wooden floorboards were also lovely, and it felt like I had my own little room, allowing me to travel as if I were living there, which made me very happy. Above all, the reception staff were incredibly kind, and I really felt the warmth of Danish people. It's about a 10-minute walk from the central station, but it's in the opposite direction from Strøget and Nyhavn, so be aware that you'll have a bit of a walk to get to the tourist spots!"

"This is an older hotel, but all the common areas, including the lobby, restaurant, and corridors, are beautifully decorated. There's even a small garden next to the restaurant, which makes having breakfast there quite pleasant. The room itself is a bit small, and there's no kettle, but the lobby offers free hot water. It's clear they've made efforts to update and improve things to keep up with the times. The breakfast, however, was just okay – the simplest of all the hotel breakfasts I had on this trip, though the bread and cheese quality was decent. So, based on the common areas, it could easily be a 3-star, but the room itself is probably more like 2-star at best."

"The room was quite small, just a few square meters, but fully equipped. It had a large bed, a small TV by the bedside, several lamps, and a table with chairs. The bathroom was small but had a shower with a curtain. I stayed for six days and the room was cleaned once during that time. Slippers, soap, and a dental kit were provided. "The hotel was really lovely and there was lots of hotel staff on hand ready to help if needed. Which i did on 1 occasion when my key card wasnt working the lift and i got stuck, they called out an engineer that day. Nust make sure that both you key cards work the lift. Also in the rooms just be awear that there is a small step up to the bathroom to stop room flooding, this is a design feature but east to stub toe (needs to be a sticker with a waring sign about small step). Mini bar in rooms are well stocked."
