"The bed was large, soft, and very comfortable. The hotel also provided complimentary water, and the bathroom was spacious. There's an S-Bahn station nearby, where you can take the S8 or S9 directly to the airport in just 2-4 minutes, which is incredibly convenient. Even with planes taking off nearby, you barely hear the engine noise – the soundproofing is excellent. I'll definitely be back."

"Great location, clean place, and friendly staff! The place was clean and the location is excellent. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, or about a 2-minute tram ride, which makes it very convenient for getting around. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The only downside for me was the stairs at the entrance, which can be difficult when you have a stroller. However, the staff were very helpful with this, so it wasn’t a major problem. The price is also superb considering the location. Overall, I had a very good experience and would definitely consider staying here again!"

"Good price, good breakfast, room is good, checking in via kiosk, staff is there to guide even i arrive on almost 12am. Location is good and bad, no convenient store nearby, but it's safe and quiet, shuttle bus intervals is 1 hour and there's a break from 10.30 am until 4pm. Overall a good experience."

"The front desk offered candy and complimentary lemonade. The triple room was spacious with good lighting and excellent amenities. The only minor drawback was the bathroom lighting, which was just okay."

"Nude hotel without any individual and personal note. Steril relatively small and uncomfortable entrance area. The large, light and decorated terrace to the curtain park is very beautifully located, the dining and breakfast room does not take advantage of the opportunities it offers and has the charm of a waiting room. The rooms are relatively small. There is no comfortable seating. The rooms to the Kurpark have a beautiful view, while the rooms to the much-beached road and railway line offer a sad view. After our experience during the 5-tday stay, the staff at the reception manages more than to care for the guests.Partly also arrogant, unlike very friendly and helpful staff in the breakfast room. The breakfast itself is at least average, not a comparison, e.g. to the much wider offer at the Dorint Hotel in Hamburg Eppendorf and that at the same price. Although the hotel has direct access to a deep garage, which is not part of the hotel, but must be used in this way in all interests, and therefore in any interim leave, The hotel is located in the garage, and the hotel is located in the nearby garage. It is unforståeligt, at this new hotel, at least little to try to make an older or physically restrained person. The toilets in the rooms are too deeply placed ( here you could at least keep a simple seat elevation), there are no stops and also in the showers. The hotel may be in conformity with the formal requirements of a 4-star hotel, but in general it does not."

"While others mention the hotel location as a weak point due to the surrounding area (homeless people etc), we feel that the proximity to the Frankfurt train station and historical sites means that it is very accessible. On the other hand, the aircon does not seem to work even though it was set at lowest temperature possible. With the extra bed set further away from the AC in the room, the person sleeping there gets warmer faster. While the hotel is listed as a four star hotel, it does not have any amenities that justifies the rating"

"Great location with convenient transportation. The breakfast was just okay, but the 3rd-floor viewing deck is a nice touch. It's well-suited for business travelers. It's next to a shopping mall, and while parking isn't abundant at the hotel, you can park at the adjacent mall."

"I stayed in a 2-person female dorm, and it was actually great that they assigned me with another Korean. It could have been awkward, but it wasn't a problem. The single bed was comfortable. The only downsides were that the bed was a bit narrow and the room was small, making it difficult to open my suitcase, but it was still okay. The bathroom cleanliness was good too, and the location was quiet and nice. One thing to note is that there's a charge to store luggage in the lockers."
