There are multiple exits from Zhonglou station. I tried exit B，exit 9 and exit 1. All of them are similar walking distance towards the hotel. The hotel is located on the “ground” level, underground level are made up of souvenir/drinks/snacks stores which you can easily access via a short staircase. The hotel is in between a row of little local shops. The easiest way to navigate is download Baidu maps and enter 宜必思尚品酒店(西安钟鼓楼回民街店) 西安市莲湖区. A public square right under the hotel comes to life from morning to evening with people setting up little stalls with a mat/stools selling little souvenirs. There are also multiple message therapists providing their service for just 20yuan. Super convenient to reach the Drum tower just by 1mjns of walking, it is right there when you step out. Muslim quarter is 2mins away, while convenient avoid the main street like plaque. If you see roujiamo stalls with oddly long queue when everyone else is nonexistent, those are fake queuers engaged to fool tourists

I am absolutely delighted with the hotel. The room I booked is large and spacious, and although there are no windows in my room, it doesn't affect me at all. There is daily cleaning, and the smell in the hotel and hallways is very pleasant. The staff is friendly and responsive. The breakfasts are excellent. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Muslim Quarter, where there are many diverse cafes. The metro is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The price is very affordable for December. I highly recommend this hotel!

He spoke in Chinese, which we couldn’t understand, and repeatedly mentioned the app Trip.com. When I showed him my Trip.com booking, he took my phone without permission and went straight to the hotel review section, clicking “all excellent” ratings on my behalf. We were shocked by this behavior and immediately told him that as a receptionist, it is inappropriate and unethical to fill out a guest’s review. This incident ruined an otherwise enjoyable stay, and we hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their staff’s professionalism.

Our stay at Hesu Designer Hotel was absolutely lovely! The hotel is beautiful, with a great location near the center, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and friendly, going out of their way to help us despite the language barrier, as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to the front desk team and to Xiao Wang, who assisted us throughout our stay. The team made us feel so welcome, always offering us coffee and making sure we were comfortable. At the end of our stay, they even surprised us with a lovely gift (picture). The hotel also provided fantastic recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi’an!

The hotel should describe that it is next to Xi'an Air Traffic Tower. Another thing is the main gate is closed so i need to the back side. All other is fine. Good for arriving at night

Our trip to Xian and stay at Ramada Bell tower hotel was very comfortable as its location and service was just perfect the rooms were nice and clean and it is located centrally with walking distance to most of the attractions and Subways which can take you to Terra Cotta too. Our lovely host Mary Wong also made us feel very comfortable and went extra mile to make our stay comfortable and suggested good places to visit too.

Late checkout by 2pm. And there is a direct bus service to XIY airport at RMB30 per pax. After 10pm, direct taxi service to XIY costs RMB120 per trip. Plus, the power socket takes 2 pin flat, 2 pin round and 3 pin slanted. Plenty of sockets around the room.

The front desk staff, Renee is also very warm and welcoming—highly recommended! The staff is very helpful, and I really like this place. The breakfast is delicious, the view is beautiful, and everything is great! I want to express my thanks to the awesome staff of the hotel. They are extremely friendly and helpfull. The hotel is clean . You can imagine that the rooms condition is a little bit older than the pictures. Nevertheless the cleanliness is ok. You can expect a Chinese style breakfast but enough also for eastern demands on low level. There is coffee egg and toast together with some tomato. On the other hand they are a variety of Chinese dishes like rice sausage pastries . You are extremely near to the drum tower and Muslim quarters and can reach also easily the bell tower and the city wall. Didi and Alipay works over the entire city. The hotel is also near to the metro station. I personally didn’t experience the metro ride. The hotel have also a pickup and drop off taxi service to the airport. The price is reasonable compared with didi premium rides.

A clean comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The hotel provides a free (comfortable!) shuttle service to the nearby Xi'an International Airport. (Surprisingly, even though I had a very early flight, there was no problem getting on a shuttle that left the hotel at 04:00!) In advance if my stay, I had a package sent to this hotel via an express service, and they managed that perfectly, even proactively contacting me to inform me when it was delivered! Although it is not right in town, there is a nice informal restaurant quite close, as well as a large convenience store! Due to its lication close to the airport, and not far from the Xianyang train stations, this Is a perfect ”exit” hotel if you are leaving the Xi'an area. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a modern, clean and smart hotel. All facilities are new and there is some sort of smart element integrated in it. Found a book written by the owner of this hotel, 季琦 inside my room. I was so attracted by this book and continued to read it until 2am. Only realised the owner of Mercure Hotel is actually the boss of 如家 and 锦江之星 which I had stayed before when I worked in different city of China. His story of starting a few successful businesses in hospitality industry is truly amazing. Not to forget to mention about the staffs in Mercure Hotel, the customer service girl really treats her guests like a boss, very helpful in helping me resolve my WiFi setting issue. The only inconvenience I found the hotel is quite far from XuanYang city centre, where I can find a lot of nice food there. But it is really convenient for travellers as it is near the airport and the hotel provides free pick up service from and to the airport.

A bit hard to reach from the closest metro station. But the room was very comfortable. Spacious & clean. Breakfast buffet had only limited food options. But there are quite a few restaurants nearby. Can book a free shuttle to the airport. They gave me a complimentary drink (sour plum soup) which was nice!

I stay at this hotel every year when I take my kids home to visit relatives. I have been staying here since before the epidemic, and it has been three years in a row. The reason for choosing this place is that the room is large and the sanitary facilities are good. It is next to Wanda Plaza and Chaoshi Lane. There is also a row of small shops on the opposite side of the street, which provides a one-stop service for eating, drinking and having fun. During the May Day holiday, the room type was upgraded for free. It has almost become my second home in Xianyang. There is also a minibar for free drinks. Bingfeng is so refreshing.

The airport drop-off service is very well arranged. You need to make an appointment. The bus leaves on the hour and arrives at T5 in just over ten minutes, which is very convenient for early flights. The facilities nearby are average, mainly for the purpose of staying there the next day before taking a flight

Selected this hotel as it is close to the new Qin Han branch of Shaanxi History Museum (15 mins drive), and the airport (15 mins drive). Room was big and hotel modern. Really like the hotspring, there are multiple hotsprings to choose from including the carbonic acid and the silky smooth ones. Mixed bathing so bathing suits necessary. Food wise, above average in variety and taste. A comfortable overnight stay.

The room is relatively large, and Xiao Yang's service is also very good. If you need anything, it will be delivered to your door. It is very convenient to the subway and bus. The room you booked also comes with breakfast. Parking is convenient. It is a very satisfying stay. I am very satisfied! I’ll choose the Boyd Hotel next time I come!

I found a hotel temporarily during my transit in Xi'an. I didn't expect the environment, facilities, and service attitude to be so good. The room was clean and tidy, there was no smell, and the surrounding noise was not loud. When I arrived at the airport, it was past 1 a.m. The car that the hotel came to pick me up was still very fast. The driver helped me with the luggage. The attitude of the lady at the front desk was also good. It was very nice. I will choose this hotel when I come to Xi'an in the future. The room is equipped with complete facilities. They also got up early in the morning to take me to the early flight. It was very heartwarming.

The Best Hotel Experience in China! I have traveled to many places, but this hotel was by far the best I’ve stayed at in China! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with such warmth and kindness that I was truly, truly surprised. Their level of hospitality is exceptional—they go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels special. The rooms are immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail is amazing, and everything is perfectly maintained. The service is simply outstanding, always attentive and professional, yet incredibly friendly. The hotel’s location is also ideal, making it easy to explore the city. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this place. It exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to China. I will definitely be coming back!

This hotel is far beyond my expectation. Their kindness started since our first day staying with them. We arrived Huashan 9am in the morning, and we just needed to leave our luggages with them, then find some places to visit, but the owner showed her warm welcome by allowing us to check in our rooms. She was also being sincere for the discounted huashan ticket price which save us alot. She also gave us a ride and dropped us at the entrance of Mt. Huashan. Once we finished the climbing, her car is ready to pick up us back to the hotel. What an impressive service we could ask for. She will always make sure we had a delicious dinner while staying with her by recommending a nice restaurant, not a scam ones. Communication was never be a problem withbthe ownere or any of her cousins as we use google translator to make it work.

After we came out of the high-speed rail station, the boss picked us up and we stayed in this homestay for two nights. The overall environment was very comfortable. The boss and his family were very warm and friendly. The barley tea in the lobby was delicious and warm. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. Moye Homestay is also theirs. We went for a walk after breakfast. The super large viewing platform, the layers of snow on Huashan in the distance, and the curling smoke nearby, enjoyed the visual feast, took a few deep breaths, and felt the breath and beauty of nature! I took a photo of the city gate tower in the village, which was very contemporary! The dishes in this restaurant are also good. We gave ourselves a reward after climbing Huashan. The very distinctive bamboo shoots fried meat, wild vegetables, mutton in clear soup, a plate of peanuts, and some local Xifeng wine, absolutely amazing! The service is impeccable, five-star praise, thumbs up👍🏻

The reservation description said that it opened in 2019, so the setup and maintenance are a bit poor, and the sink and basin drain very slowly. In addition, there are many tour groups, and the hotel is quite noisy. My car was parked in the open-air parking space opposite the hotel gate. I thought it was free, but after leaving the hotel and about to get on the highway, I found a QR code for payment under the wiper. It's not worth going back for 6 yuan, but why did no one take the initiative to inform me of parking matters from check-in to check-out?

Great location and friendly staff. Booking through trip.com made it a simple process. The “room with a view” turned out to be a view of the people queuing up for a group tour all throughout the day just outside... Gotta use the curtains for privacy, and for keeping the heat in. Breakfast is very subpar, however. The only decent restaurant available during my stay (Chinese New Year) was the KFC.

The hotel is newly renovated. The room is well designed and super clean. The breakfast offers many choices including organic vegetables and eggs. The service I like the most is the pickup and drop-off from the train station and from the Mount Hua entrance. You just simply call them to arrange a pick up time but only if you have a Chinese phone number. Only hiccup is the front desk phone number listed on trip.com, is not the actual front desk number. The call will not be received. I had to use the hotel owner’s WeChat for communication for pickup. All staff are very friendly, strongly recommended! I really appreciated their hospitality. The owner’s WeChat is attached if you need to reach him to arrange pick up time directly.

Location only minutes away from the attractions, they have free transport service to and from the hotel to attractions and nearby restaurants which is very convenient. Room is clean. breakfast is ok.

Incredible hotel with exceptional services. Sparking cleaned with great amenities. The hotel is so big that one may get lost within it. Mr. Wang at the front desk was so kind that he offered to drive us around the hotel's ground in the hotel red cable car. The room itself is big. Breakfast had variety Chinese and Western foods. The Hotspring experience was amazing. Hotel location is isolated however, it's 5-6 minutes walkable to the Huashan Tourist Center and few restaurants are 6-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Meihao Yizhi Hotel is located at the foot of Huashan Mountain. This hotel is really great. It belongs to a chain hotel. As soon as you enter the door, the customer service lady warmly comes up to say hello and takes the initiative to help with luggage until you have checked in and sent it to the elevator. Every Every step is very attentive and thoughtful, the room is spacious, clean, and the bedding is comfortable, making people feel at home. There is a free parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, which is close to the scenic spot. The hotel also provides free pick-up and drop-off services. I was in a hurry when I came down from the mountain. I contacted the hotel front desk in advance. The driver helped us take our luggage to the visitor center and picked us up directly to the high-speed rail station. They were always helpful The guests' consideration made this stay experience more perfect, and they will be your first choice next time you come here!
