"The stay was generally satisfactory. Check in and check out processes were smooth, and the staff were polite and professional. WiFi connection was stable for most of the stay. Breakfast offered a limited but adequate selection. "This was a convenient location to visit my mother in a nursing home. Felt very secure and comfortable. There are many hotels nearby and this was the first I tried, but I'll be going back again and again. I liked the public areas and found them very welcoming. I didn't need them much this visit but I do feel like I could just sit out there if I didn't want to be alone. I also really liked the pool. It was very clean though I wish there was a bit more seating and space around the outside."

The parking lot is large and there is no charge for parking. Breakfast is formal Western style, with a wide variety and a lot of money. The surrounding area of the hotel is very lively and shopping is very convenient. And the hotel has convenient transportation. Next time you go to Lansing, you must still live here.

The room was a good size and appeared to have been recently renovated.
However, it seemed to have suffered some water damage to the wall, which gave off an unpleasant odor.
The room was fully equipped with everything you could need, including a refrigerator, microwave, safe, ironing board, coffee maker, and toiletries. Even bottled water was available for an extra charge.
We hadn't booked any meals, but there are two restaurants on site.

We stayed here Friday and Saturday night. We booked a romantic stay cation about 30 mins from our house. The room was smaller than we expected but the beds were pretty comfortable. The worst part about the room was the thermostat. I felt that it was not easy to control. We had the heat on and it would still turn on the ac. Our room did not hold in heat very well. The best part about the hotel room was the bathroom. The shower was huge with a seat. There were two mirrors with lights and Bluetooth you could pair to your phone to play music. We did not try it but we both thought that it was a cool feature. Unlike most hotels, the fitness center had cables and fancy workout bikes. The sauna was very relaxing. We did not go in the pool or hot tub because I did have to work for a couple hours on Saturday and we got in late on Friday. We relaxed in our hotel room after a gym and sauna session. After 4 PM on Friday and Saturday, it is hard to find parking that is close to the door. We had to park in the back far away from the entrance. My boyfriend was very annoyed by this and rated the hotel a two star because of it lol. I hope to try the pool and hot tub next time we go to this hotel. I also would like to try a pool view room maybe those are nicer. We will have to try the restaurant/bar next time too. Maybe if we come a weekday the parking situation will be better. Overall it was a pretty nice stay. I hope they update their thermostats to something nicer sooner than later.

The hotel was alright but when it comes to checking in and out is another thing it was a hassle paid for the hotel online with my CashApp card and when I had arrived and they asked for a security deposit fee and I had asked them if they accepted CashApp being how they took it the first time they told me no they didn’t accept it and that I would have to either have cash or a bank card that isn’t CashApp, Venmo, Chime, PayPal etc rude as can be and not only to mention they had kicked me out my room until I had paid a security deposit fee for my pet and later that night I had paid the pet fee and the staff was nothing but disrespectful but the day of check out I woke up late and apologized to the housekeepers and they were nothing but rude and told me that I had 5 minutes to get out or else there were going to be police there and I had a lot of stuff in my room being how I stayed a few days there but and 5 minutes wasn’t going to be good enough for me so I had asked if I can get a little bit more time and after I had got everything out they were nothing but nice as can be asking if help was needed and I told them that I didn’t need any help from them got everything into my car and walked back in so I can get my security deposit fee back and I was denied my security deposit fee and I want and I am going to be calling the head honcho and reporting that and everything else.
This is not the first time either that this has happened to me

This year we celebrated our 41st wedding anniversary, but didn’t want to spend a fortune on a cute little hotel in a city close by , where we could unwind and we could also do a bit of after Christmas shopping . We found this cute cozy little city called Traverse City in Michigan. It was a short ride ( 3 hours) and arrived at this hotel situated on the beautiful Little traverse Bay . I can only imagine how nice this city is in the summer , I hear it’s called the Cherry Capital of Michigan . The hotel was as perfect as the city. And It had all the amenities that we needed for our perfect little get away . The room was just the right size for the 2 of us. With a comfy king bed and a queen bed , with crisp clean sheets with equally nice employees to round out our stay. We were told about a nice restaurant where we could enjoy a great steak with great ambiance . BOONES Long Lake Inn . ,after which we retired to our room back at the hotel . Sadly we weren’t able to enjoy the hot tub or pool as we were just too tired from enjoying the day and evening out. We did enjoy the free breakfast that was delivered to our door. All in a I have to give it a 5 star experience.hoping to return again soon .
