"We had an impromptu stay here when we had a flight cancellation. It was reasonably priced, had a really nice breakfast, and free airport shuttle which was really convenient. Room was clean and spacious. Nice that a couple fast food places were in walking distance for a quick bite. Definitely would recommend this hotel for any airport refugees."

"We booked this hotel because it was very convenient. After returning the car at the car rental center, we took the light rail to GCC and arrived at the hotel. The next light rail stop is Atlanta Airport Domestic Departure. I basically ate something at the airport and walked around before returning to the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the service was good. The front desk was very considerate."

"If you are looking for a hotel near the airport, it’s a good place to go. Rooms were clean, staff was not really friendly. If you want to take the bus to the terminal, plan some time, as it stops at several other locations first. Took us 30 minutes to get to the terminal."

But staff didn’t count passengers to airport in early morning which should be peak time. I planned to take 5:30am one but didn’t get in due to bus full. I was told another bus will come in 10-15min. But it only came 6am. Staff explained it took time to get a bigger bus and finally all 6am group got in. Lucky that I still had enough time for domestic flight check-in"

"The location is great! Steps away from the Plant Riverside District and good/bad - the restaurants/bars. One could hear the music pounding into the night. The hotel was also located within walking distance of the City Market and many of the city squares/parks. A hot breakfast was available with the stay. Unfortunately, the hot food was not always readily available (empty trays) and not hot as well. The breakfast tables were not bussed so one had to wipe and clean it down oneself if you wanted a clean table. The rooms were clean and the beds/pillows/linens were comfortable. The hygiene items (shampoo/conditioner/bath gel, soap, & lotion) were in pump bottles so there was plenty to use during our entire stay without having to ask housekeeping/front desk for more supplies. The front desk staff who registered us was very nice and housekeeping was pleasant in their greetings. The breakfast crew staff ... not as friendly or helpful/customer oriented."

"This area is up and coming and I felt pretty safe in the area as a whole. This hotel chain apparently is a new company and I really think they were great. Everyone had excellent personalities were very helpful and very friendly. I wish I took pictures. I will definitely be staying there on the way back next time."

QQinianzhiyangThis type of room booked by Ctrip must avoid the third floor. When I entered, I smelled a so-called cigarette smell and immediately asked to change rooms. The front desk said that many people smoke on this floor 😅... The hotel only has a small train next door to the airport. It is not very convenient if you have a lot of luggage or it rains.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite decent. If you are taking a taxi for an international flight, don't take the hotel's shuttle bus to the domestic passenger terminal. Although you can also check in, then go through security and take a small train to the international departure terminal. However, there are too many people on domestic flights and it is easy to be late. If you take the hotel shuttle bus, at least three hours in advance.

GGuest UserThis trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.
