"The hotel is very good room, the room was booked in the balcony, the place away from the square and the markets, but the restaurant on the sea was excellent and delicious, the hotel service was excellent and fast, but there are some things broken in the room, like the curtain, the adapter, and there are no parking lots, and the car is safe. It was rented, it was rendered by someone else."

"It's a Hilton, supposedly, but everything felt off. At the reception, they told us the pool was open until 11 PM. In reality, at 10:15 PM, they didn't want to let us in because the pool closed at 10:40 PM. Why they didn't mention this at the front desk is beyond me. Also, you can't go in without a swim cap – which, of course, you can buy on site. The rooms are small. The view isn't of the sea, but of some kind of favelas. In the restaurant, the menu is via QR code, but no one tells you that you still have to order from a waiter."

"The hotel is a bit old and could use a renovation, but its location is great – very close to everything. The restaurants nearby are delicious, and there are also convenience stores around with everything you might need. Honestly, I'd definitely visit again. The staff's service was also very good."

Брали номер с двуспальной кроватью — кровать оказалась очень большой и просторной, спать было комфортно. Номер без посторонних запахов. Вся мебель в номере новая, большой телевизор со Smart TV. Санузел и сантехника в отличном состоянии. Был кондиционер с режимом обогрева, что оказалось особенно удобно.
В номере также имелись чайный набор, кофе и вода. Чистые полотенца и свежее постельное бельё. Отель оставил очень приятное впечатление — с удовольствием вернёмся снова и будем рекомендовать друзьям."

"We stayed in the hotel suite room. The view was great. I couldn't take a spot of the beautiful black sea. We made our coffee in the evening and our breakfast on the terrace on the balcony. The toilet and bathroom smelled like a 5-star hotel. The room was huge. The meeting staff, especially the Palestinian child humanity tolerance has been so good help. I strongly recommend. The hotel is very close to the center for 4 minutes by car. Only there is no breakfast and breakfast in the hotel, but there are restaurants in front of it. There were places to sell suitable food in a functional street. 2 people had pizza, and we received breakfast from my own at the appropriate price. We were just back in the corner, so we stayed one night but we were very happy. I strongly recommend."

We were extremely pleased with our stay at the Maritimo Hotel. The hotel is four-star, located on the main road, and its proximity to the airport makes it very easy to get around. The open-air restaurant downstairs is a great advantage. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The breakfast room was spacious, and the breakfast selection was quite rich and delicious. In addition to all these positive aspects, the attentiveness and friendly demeanor of Mr. Sina at the reception made our stay even more enjoyable. He is an extremely polite, helpful, and attentive employee. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in terms of cleanliness, comfort, location, and service quality. It has become one of our preferred choices for future stays.

I was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them.
Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent.
Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels.
I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time.
Overall its ok & passable.

The hotel is very conveniently located: opposite the bus station, where we arrived in the evening from Erzurum, so all we had to do was cross the street. When we passed by this hotel at the beginning of our trip, we saw heavy traffic and were worried about the noise in the rooms, but they put us on the 4th floor, and it was quiet there, and I sleep with earplugs. On departure day, we walked about 40 minutes to the airport.
The city center is about 40 minutes' walk away, uphill in some places. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes' walk away.
The room is spacious and brand new, and we were very pleased with it. There's a kettle with tea and coffee, and water. The room wasn't cleaned for three days, but I think they would have cleaned it if they had asked. Breakfast starts at 7:30, and here's where the hotel's downside became apparent: since the hotel is opposite the bus station, where many buses from Batumi arrive, Georgian groups of people are present at breakfast. They behave very noisily, even shouting and singing, and it's extremely disruptive. However, they've disappeared on weekdays; apparently, if they do come, it's on weekends.
On our last day, we arrived for breakfast on time, but found no food or staff. We were about to leave when a kitchen worker, who had overslept, came running, apologizing and promising that everything would be right away. Thankfully, we had time to wait for her.
The reception was very friendly.

Guest UserUnfortunately, there was blatant exploitation of our need for accommodation. We were denied access to the unit we booked under the pretext that we had two adult sons, and therefore had to switch to a two-bedroom apartment that wasn't beachfront. We were forced to pay an additional $450, bringing the total for a 9-night stay to $2100. This was an exorbitant amount, indicative of clear exploitation. To this day, the hotel management refuses to provide us with an invoice for the amounts paid, and we don't know why. We hope you will consider our review and investigate what happened, otherwise, we will regrettably be forced to escalate this matter to the General Authority for Tourism in the Kingdom for clarification, especially since you acted as the intermediary and agent for booking the accommodation. You are responsible for your customer's satisfaction.

The hotel has a good room partly seaside, and the reception staff are friendly and welcoming, close to the city center in Yomra.
But the hotel's location is in a high aisle, and it's hard to stand in the car, and the food hall at the entrance, and the drill is smoking, the odor of smoking.

Overall, my stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The person at the carpark was incredibly helpful and took great care of my car, which was a positive start. However, the receptionist’s lack of a smile, though potentially cultural, left a bit of a cold impression. Check-in was efficient, and Room 206 was clean, but it was disappointing not to have a kettle or iron. On the bright side, the air conditioning worked well. The shower head can be improved, as it wasn’t to my liking. Additionally, the provision of just one large and one small towel was somewhat minimal.
On a positive note, the hotel’s location was convenient, with shops within walking distance. Check-out was straightforward, simply handing over the key to the receptionist. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects, a few improvements in amenities and service attitude could enhance the overall experience at this hotel.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, the facilities were great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect — everything you need is nearby. It’s especially convenient if you’re planning day trips to northern Trabzon areas such as Rize and Uzungöl, or even Batumi, Georgia. You can easily coordinate with local tour companies for pickup right across the street from cevehar Mall, which is just a one-minute walk from the hotel.
The only downside was the breakfast during the last two days of my stay — there was no buffet breakfast, and instead, they served set plates. I believe this was because there were not enough guests in the hotel at that time.
Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel
