The hotel truly delivers a five-star experience, especially when it comes to food. The breakfast buffet offers an excellent variety of fresh and high-quality options, and the dining venues throughout the hotel are equally impressive.
The location is another big advantage. It's easy to reach Sidi Bou Said for a walk through its charming blue-and-white streets, and several shopping malls are just a short drive away, making it convenient for both sightseeing and shopping.
The only downside during our stay was the indoor pool policy, as children were only allowed to use it until midday, which limited the time families could enjoy the facility together.
Overall, the combination of a beautiful beachfront setting, outstanding food, and a relaxing atmosphere makes this hotel an excellent choice. I would happily stay here again on a future visit to Tunisia."

"The old town location is okay, but as soon as you step out, you're bombarded by hawkers for restaurants, and the scenic spots are more than double the price of places outside. The hotel window overlooks an alley with no view, and breakfast isn't worth the price. Communication with the front desk wasn't smooth, and their efficiency wasn't great either. On my last two days, even though I upgraded to a more expensive room type, they still suggested I didn't need to switch rooms... but honestly, my stay was fine, except the pillows were too high."

"I highly recommend this hotel! First off, the male staff at reception was incredibly kind and allowed us to store our luggage. The room itself was very clean, and they cleaned it daily (they also replaced the two towels every day). The shower had a good hot and cold water supply, and they provided shampoo and body soap as amenities. Plus, the lovely woman who cleans the rooms also prepares breakfast, and her hospitality was wonderful every time. The hotel is also close to the city center, so I was very satisfied. My only heads-up is that there are about 5-6 cats at the entrance, so those who aren't fond of cats might want to be aware."

"The hotel is very modern and stylish. However, some rooms are more spacious than others. The breakfast service was nice, however the restaurant gets very busy at night and service can be extremely slow. Hotel staff are extremely kind and helpful, however the hotel doesn't cater very well for visitors with special needs like the disabled or elderly with limited mobility. For example there are no porters or staff to help with luggage."

"Flight was delayed so turned into late arrival, quick ride from the airport and I was at the hotel. Good location, able to walk to the central market, lots of restaurants, roof top views, Beb Bhar, flower market, rugs to see and perfumes to smell.
Liked the firm mattress, good sized room, staff were polite and helpful, did have to venture out to get some water but had lots of little shops that were still open. So much to see and do will need to come back for more than 3 days. Cheers 🥂"

"The hotel is located in a very safe and clean area. They provide a parking in the basement for free. The hotel is very clean and smells good everywhere. The staff are very helpful and support you in calling taxis and carrying luggage. The rooms are well equipped. Bring your own slippers. I booked a triple room for my two daughters and me and they upgraded for free to an executive suite. It was very cozy. The breakfast formula has many options so that you create your meal as you want to. It is close to many sites that you may plan to visit.
We truly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend the hotel."

高高The hotel is set at 3 stars at best, but safety is the first priority. Breakfast is average. The environment and food in Islamic countries cannot be complimented. It only costs 20 dinars from Tunisia airport to this hotel, but the airport rental is too bad and charges 50 dinars You, especially the hotel’s parking taxi drivers, must take pictures and keep them in order to avoid complaints when they are cheated. I have issued a taxi license number for a liar. Don’t take this liar’s car.

YYaoyaoThe hotel is located in the city center, opposite the mosque. The hotel is standard four stars, it looks like it is newly built or newly renovated. The twin room is more spacious, clean and tidy, separated from wet and dry, there is mineral water, bathrobe, but no slippers, there is a quilt, which can cover the big quilt of the twin bed. One of us is more embarrassing. Can sleep in a bathrobe. Breakfast is nothing special, no different from the average hotel. The overall feeling is that the price is low, and the price is more expensive for our trip to Tunisia.

The breakfast was very simple but did the job.
The only thing was mosquitoes (it was Jan!) but that was not their fault.

YYesim SertI had a frustrating experience at the hotel. The staff at the reception pretended to speak English, but when I asked a question I got vague answers. For example, when I asked for tea, they said ”Someone will bring it to your room”, but it never came. There was no phone in my room and the air conditioning didn't work. The first room they gave me didn't have a TV and there was a problem with the tap. They gave me a room with a sea view, but it was too far from the entrance and I still had problems with the air conditioning and the phone. All these problems were only resolved the day before I checked out.
Also, my charger didn't fit into the socket and when I asked about it, I got the same vague answer with no follow up. I even left my phone at the reception to charge, but it never did, which was incredibly frustrating.
As for breakfast, you have to go to a restaurant or balcony area where a lady with an angry expression on her face takes care of you, but you are forced to eat whatever she brings to your table, there is no choice. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and not at all what I expected.

GGuest UserReally friendly staff within the hotel! I did however notice numerous stains in parts of my room especially the tiling / walls of the bathroom.
Entering and Exiting can be a struggle due to being doorbell operated meaning there can be delays in answering the door for late arrivals. At 5AM during early daylight hours I went downstairs to head out and go for a walk to explore Tunis however one of the staff members was asleep on the hotel couch meaning I had accidentally woken him upon seeking to hesd out that morning.
I would consider this hotel again if really necessary.
