"Fantastic location - lots of nearby restaurants and small grocery stores, and a 7 minute walk to Sulaimaniyah metro station. The hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful, though the room was not routinely serviced and only upon request. Despite some of the reviews, I had no issue with the internet connection and used it regularly for browsing and video calls. The main negative aspect is the facilities - the room was very small with no window. There was no prayer mat provided and to be honest hardly enough room to pray in the room anyway (and the hotel's prayer room in the basement was like a very dirty storage room). The bathroom is a wet room, which is fine, but then the hotel should provide a squeegee mop to clear the water. Even all of this can be tolerated for the reasonable room price, but the lack of a desk or even a chair in the room makes it totally unsuitable for business travellers."

"The breakfast has been changed to a standard type, and you can have it in your room or choose to eat at the restaurant. This might be due to fewer guests, but you can definitely order à la carte. It's quite convenient for business trips. There aren't many dining options nearby, but I usually don't eat around the hotel anyway, so I still think it's good."

"Wifi is okay. The hotel service is not sad. There are a lot of equipment in the gym. There is an indoor swimming pool, but it doesn't look clean. I'm not sure if I can swim? It's good when there's a buffet for dinner, but it's so-so when there's no buffet. It's delicious to have milkshakes for breakfast. The hotel rooms are relatively clean, and the scenery of the high-rise buildings is not bad. The geographical location is good, which is in the city center."

"The place looked clean and the staff were friendly. The indoor basement parking was excellent. The room was spacious and had everything you could need: an oven, washing machine, and refrigerator.
There was only one thing that was genuinely bad: the sofa. It's the kind that doesn't really show if it's clean or dirty because of its gray and black color. But as soon as you sit on it, you find hair sticking to you 🤢, which means it's not clean. It's really important for the staff to be reminded to vacuum the sofa after every guest and sanitize it with an alcohol spray."

Centro Waha, the first Centro property to open in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, is located on the famous Al Olaya street. The property is few minutes away from shopping and business district and only 20-minute drive from King Khalid International Airport. Centro Waha has a deli style dining option and the latest in-room technology and personal amenities. It is designed for new generation of business executives who are on a limited budget, but do not want to compromise on style or quality
"It's a good place, suitable for business trips and solo travel. The room is relatively quiet. The only downside is the severe traffic in Riyadh; whenever I leave around 3 or 4 PM, it's nothing but red lights and traffic jams."

"On the day of check-in, we received a message from the hotel manager stating there was 'some problem' with our rooms and we'd be moved to another hotel in their chain (not an apart-hotel, but a different one). It was crucial for us to stay near The Arena Riyadh because we were attending a big event. As a result, we had to take a taxi there instead of a 10-minute walk, despite the manager assuring us the distance was the same. It was a completely dire situation; no one offered any compensation, discounts, or free shuttle to the venue. Our alternative hotel was tired, though clean. The location was in a local residential area, which felt dirty and unsafe. Taxi drivers even advised us not to go out without men. Honestly, think carefully before booking here. The breakfasts were tasty and delivered straight to the room; they were the same every day, but we didn't mind."

GGuest UserAll facilities are very good, the sanitary environment is very comfortable, the view is very good, and the night view is beautiful. There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.

GGuest UserAn outstanding hotel experience.
The hotel is genuinely excellent, with a prime and highly convenient location. The level of service is exceptionally refined and professional, reflecting genuine attention to detail and guest comfort. Everything exceeded expectations, and the overall atmosphere was both welcoming and luxurious.
A place well worth visiting again, without a location.

BBANDAR13I recently stayed at Liora Boutique for one night, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives.
Check-in & Reception:
Unfortunately, my arrival experience was disappointing. I arrived at 4:15 PM, when check-in should have been straightforward. The hotel uses a system where the room access code is sent via SMS, but I did not receive it until after 5:00 PM, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. Although I expressed my concern to the receptionist, the situation was greatly improved by the kindness and professionalism of the staff supervisor, an Egyptian lady, who kindly assisted me in accessing my room while I was waiting for the code. Thank you to her for the excellent customer service.
Another issue was that the receptionist spent most of the time talking on his mobile phone. In my opinion, guests standing at the reception desk should always receive full attention before personal phone conversations. This is a basic principle of customer service.
Room:
The room was clean and well-maintained. While I didn’t feel that the flooring design matched the atmosphere of a boutique hotel, the overall décor was pleasant. I also appreciated the coffee machine, the large TV, the comfortable room size, and the well-designed bathroom.
Location:
The location is one of the hotel’s strengths. It is situated in the northern part of Riyadh and is only about 11 minutes from King Khalid International Airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers.
Overall:
The hotel has good potential thanks to its clean rooms, convenient location, and some thoughtful in-room amenities. However, the check-in process and front desk service need significant improvement to provide guests with the smooth experience they expect.

GGuest UserConvenient Location, Comfortable Stay with a Few Lighting Quirks
I stayed at EWAA Express Khurais in Riyadh and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient—about a 15-minute walk to a shopping area with plenty of food options like Starbucks, KFC, Wendy’s, Al Baik, and a Panda hypermarket.
The hotel is simple but functional. Rooms are clean and spacious, with a large, comfortable bed. Initially, I was assigned a room on the 4th floor, which felt quite dark due to having no outside view. The staff were kind enough to switch me to a room on the 2nd floor, which had a full-height window facing the highway. The difference: the 4th floor room was quieter but darker, while the 2nd floor room was brighter with a view, though some traffic noise was noticeable. I chose the 2nd floor in the end as I prefer natural light.
One unique point is the corridor lighting. The hotel doesn’t use ceiling lights in the hallways, relying instead on small wall-mounted lights. This makes the corridors feel quite dim. It seems to be a design choice across the EWAA hotel group, not just this location. If you're sensitive to low lighting or feel uneasy in darker spaces, this might be something to consider.
Breakfast was decent—not a feast, but enough to fill up. No egg station, but the basics are covered. Also worth noting: the hotel offers bicycles for guests to borrow, which is a nice touch, although I didn’t try it myself.
Overall, a good value stay if you’re looking for a clean, well-located hotel with friendly staff and don’t mind a few quirks in lighting and noise.

TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.

GGuest UserDuring our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.
