The hotel is quiet, has a spacious prayer room, is clean, and the receptionists are friendly."

"The hotel was basic. The rooms were basic, the bathroom was very tight. The location was good. The house keeping Team were brilliant they gave you what you wanted. The porters were brilliant and very helpful. The people on reception did not understand English properly and when I was communicating with them they did not understand me, that was awkward. The receptionist did not have good English. The sercurity guards were very helpful they would always help me bring the Wheelchair inside the hotel. The lifts are very good size and they came on time, did not need to wait long. Overall I had a good experience with this hotel I would book again"

"I stayed there in the same year it opened, 2023, and honestly, I was blown away by the hotel's luxury, location, the service of the staff, the overall tranquility, and the wonderful rooms. Even the food was excellent; I consider it the best I've had so far. Even if you don't stay there, I highly recommend trying Patras Restaurant. Since it was my first stay in the hotel in 2023 and I was so impressed, I went back and booked a room for my friend to try it, and I will definitely visit and stay there"

Guest UserHuge thanks and appreciation to the receptionist, Sara! She was a wonderful example of dedicated nationals who go above and beyond to serve the guests of God (referring to pilgrims or visitors to holy sites) with such warmth, cheerfulness, and excellent service. My thanks also go to the buffet staff and our Saudi coffee server, Abdulmajeed, and the rest of the team. Thanks to everyone for a truly unique experience!

BBqissAn unforgettable stay at Raffles Makkah Palace. The Panoramic One-Bedroom Suite with Kaaba View exceeded all expectations. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the Holy Kaaba was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The suite was spacious, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. Service was exceptional, breakfast was excellent, and the direct access to Masjid al-Haram made our Umrah journey incredibly comfortable.
Worth every penny for the view, comfort, and memories. We would definitely stay here again, insyaAllah. ❤️
