The Zhemchuzhina Hotel is an example of loyalty to the professional standards of the Slavyanka hotel chain. The hotel is located in the historical and administrative center of the city of Vladivostok in close proximity to the railway and sea stations. There is a cafe on the territory of the hotel, and you can also use additional services such as luggage storage, ironing room. The on-site cafe is open until 21.00. In the lobby of the hotel there is a LOBBY BAR (opening hours 00.00).

"We've stayed at this hotel multiple times. The location is convenient, but the carpets are definitely due for a change, especially in the rooms. The rooms are a bit on the small side. The towel warmer is cold, so you can't dry socks or anything else on it. On the 6th floor, you have to let the water run for a while to get hot water. Overall, it's a 3-star hotel, which is fair. We keep choosing it because of its location."

Hotels in Vladivostok
Lotte Hotel Vladivostok is the first premium-class hotel in Vladivostok, combining international service standards with the warmth of Eastern hospitality. Ideally located in the business and cultural heart of the city, it offers a perfect setting for both business trips and relaxing stays. The hotel's restaurants offer refined dining experiences. Haekeumkang serves authentic Korean cuisine for those who appreciate traditional flavours. Rendezvous Lobby Bar provides a cosy atmosphere for meetings, tea or coffee, and delightful pastries. For business events, the hotel features four conference halls suited to any occasion from small meetings to international forums. The Diamond hall (481 m) is equipped with modern lighting and audiovisual systems, making it an ideal venue for large-scale events, including conferences, weddings, and gala dinners. The Emerald, Ruby, and Opal halls offer a more intimate setting for seminars, banquets, and family celebrations. The hotels Fitness Centre includes a fully equipped gym with cardio and strength-training machines, an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, and a relaxation area everything you need to stay active and unwind. Additional guest services include a business centre, laundry service, personal safes, concierge services, currency exchange, a beauty salon, a flower kiosk, and a souvenir shop.

"Pros: The breakfasts are really great — a variety of fruits, meats, fish. There are fresh juices, good coffee. The quality is above average. The mattresses and bed are comfortable. The room on the 10th floor had a heater — it helped dry clothes after walking in the humid climate of Vladivostok. Cons: The main discomfort was moving. Every time, when extending the stay, you had to vacate the room and move to another, even if the same category was booked. This took time and created inconvenience — things were packed in a hurry, some remained damp. The hotel positions itself as a 4-star, but in fact — a solid 3+. The rooms have not been renovated for about 15 years. The doors and walls are tired. I was also surprised that when booking through a Chinese website, they provide a higher room category, although in the Russian system it is considered the same. This creates a feeling of double standards. Bottom line: If you book in advance at the reduced price (~3000₽), this is an acceptable option. At full price, it's rather overpriced. The staff is polite, but the system for handling extensions needs to be revised. ⸻"

This is a 19th century building where history meets modernity, and the atmosphere of a sea fortress city is combined with comfort and style. Our aparthotel occupies a unique townhouse-style building that has preserved the spirit of the tsarist times.

"It took about two hours to get the access codes for the room and the hotel. During this time, I was denied the Wi-Fi password (they said it would come with the other codes). Meanwhile, attempts to reach staff on the only number provided in the contacts for 20 or 30 minutes were unsuccessful (no one answered). Without a reception desk, there was simply no way to contact the hotel in this situation, and I couldn't figure out where the staff member physically was during that time. The only available person I could find was a barista in a mini-coffee shop, who couldn't help me at all and just suggested I keep calling the number. The staff member never called back themselves, meaning missed calls aren't checked (or are ignored). They finally picked up on the 4th attempt. After that, the code issue was resolved instantly. According to the staff member, the delay was caused by a system freeze. This means if they had monitored the whole process during check-in, this situation wouldn't have happened. On the plus side, physical access to the room was granted immediately with the staff's own code. Thanks for that, I didn't have to sit in the lobby for two hours."

Novotel Vladivostok is the first hotel of the chain in Primorsky Krai. The hotel is located in a modern 18-storey building in the business part of the city. Just a 40-minute drive from Vladivostok International Airport or 15 minutes from the railway station, and within walking distance of the main attractions of the city. The hotel is ideal for both business and personal trips with the family.

"This hotel boasts excellent design. The nearly 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic views. We caught a beautiful sunset over the city streets on our first day, and it was lovely to sit by the window and watch. We chose the triple suite, and the hotel thoughtfully made up the sofa bed. The room was spacious with plenty of comfortable seating, plus a massage rocking chair perfect for relaxing after a journey. I also really liked the cafe on the first floor; the prices were reasonable, and both the seafood and cakes were delicious. It's a popular spot where local students go to study and have coffee."

Conveniences include separate sitting areas, and housekeeping is provided daily.

"We were in Vladivostok on our way to China and decided to stay right in the city center... Overall, we didn't regret it; the location is indeed top-notch, on the local Arbat. But there are some nuances... Pros: location, good breakfast, friendly staff, kettle/tea/sugar in the room (no coffee/water, water cooler on the floor), everything necessary in the shower, generally clean everywhere. Cons: We were given a room with two beds, although we requested one double bed. There's a window, but it faces a wall so closely you can touch it. The room is very stuffy, and on the window, which is practically non-existent anyway, there's a sign saying not to open it. A room without a window should not be sold as a standard! The air conditioners are semi-functional and VERY dirty (the diffuser didn't work, I reached up to adjust the slat, looked inside, and it was all black with mold... they really need to service the air conditioners). The slippers in the room and shower are reusable plastic; I highly doubt they are disinfected, and you could easily catch a fungus... The refrigerator in the room is very loud."

"Hello. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the city center. This isn't our first stay here. The hotel is old, even after renovation. We booked a room with a bay view, and I've attached photos. It's literally a 5-minute walk to the train and sea stations on Aleutskaya Street, and about a 10-minute leisurely stroll to the Government Square, which is Svetlana Street. We booked the room through Trip.ru. Even with some discounts, it was still expensive – 5150 rubles per night. The room itself is spacious, equipped with a wardrobe, nightstand, TV with remote, a double bed, a coffee table with two armchairs, two bedside tables, a dressing table with a mirror, an electric kettle, two tea sets with spoons, and a refrigerator. The bathroom has a toilet, a bathtub with a shower, a sink, a mirror, a hairdryer, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, and multi-use soap and shower gel dispensers built into the wall. There's no shampoo or conditioner, but there is toilet paper. However, there are no tissues in the room. Disposable slippers are provided upon check-in. A big downside is that cleaning isn't done daily, and consequently, toiletries aren't replenished – we weren't aware of this. To get your room cleaned, you need to hang a sign (it's in the wardrobe). We did. Overall, for such a high price, daily cleaning and replenishment of sanitary and hygiene supplies should definitely be standard."

"I recommend it! The location is central. While there aren't many shops directly nearby, that's pretty typical for city centers. It's clean, and everything still feels new. There's a restaurant, but we didn't get a chance to try it. The apartment was warm and had everything we needed, including dishes and wine glasses. I do have a suggestion for management: please add a frying pan and dish soap to the rooms. We cooked but had nothing to wash the dishes with. Maybe some guests leave dirty dishes behind, but we certainly didn't! If you book in advance, the price is very reasonable. Thank you, we had a great rest here between our flights home."

A beautiful new hotel right in the heart of Vladivostok. Impeccable service, the room is perfectly equipped, and you'll find a sweet treat waiting for you upon check-in. There's a washing machine, even laundry detergent and conditioner, which is a big plus for me. The housekeeper brings a cookie, a small gesture, but a nice one. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The hotel has a very pleasant aroma, like expensive perfume. Definitely worth the money. My husband and I visited the steak restaurant on the 14th floor and were very satisfied. I recommend it for those who value comfort, attention, and care.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. There's a 24-hour supermarket right next door, and it's super close to attractions like the church and popular restaurants. The staff (the 'xiaojiejie' as we say in Chinese, a friendly term for young women) were incredibly warm and helpful, even escorting me to my room at check-in. The self-service coffee and tea were excellent, and having afternoon tea on the rooftop was incredibly chill (see pictures). The only downsides were the slightly small room size and some noise from the main road, but they thoughtfully provided high-quality earplugs (which I even took home!).

1. Cleaner than I thought, no mosquitoes, the house is fragrant. 2. The front desk English is good and the communication is smooth. 3. It is basically within 3km from the main attractions such as Victory Square and Orthodox Church, which is convenient to find. 4. The navigation positioning will be on the back of this hotel (Figure 1 red dot), you have to climb a narrow staircase, turn left, it is not easy to find. As shown in Figure 1, you can let the master open 30 meters to the intersection and turn right, then go straight for 20 meters and turn right, about 20 meters to the main entrance of the hotel. 5. The photo on Trip.com is too old in color. I don't know if it is a new decoration or a light problem. The century looks at the update. Overall, the price is good, the comfort is not bad.

The first night, I booked a room directly at the front desk for 4000 rubles without breakfast. The room was a bit small but still around 40 square meters, which is considered quite large in Vladivostok. Compared to the nearby Novotel, which costs about 1000 RMB per night, it's really incomparable. The next day, I used points on Ctrip to extend my stay for another night for only 350 RMB, also without breakfast. They upgraded me to a large sea-view suite, room 406, which was 60 square meters. There's a bus stop right outside, making it very convenient for getting around. Definitely worth recommending!

Good location, very close to the Million and central streets, where there is an opportunity to walk, eat or buy something - many are open until late in the evening. The embankment at the stadium is also literally in a couple of minutes walk, and to the other part of the city or on the Russian taxi takes without problems. In terms of silence - it may be plus this room, it is corner, the neighbors were not heard at all. The music from the cars standing on the other side of the move was more upset at night. The room has a fan and a minimum-equipped kitchen corner - a teapot, a microwave, a couple of cups, and a table. Take into account, there are no more dishes and devices except tea spoons too, if you take food with you, ask the devices. There is a function of order and delivery of food, in the room a small menu and order will bring to time, hang the package on the door handle. It is convenient that electronic locks - you don't have to wear a key or a card - you will have a digital code from the room. In general, the room is beautifully decorated and the photo in general is consistent and everything is perfect if you come literally to sleep and eat in the city. But there were a couple of negative moments. 1. Cleanness. Bad cleaning before settlement - right on the couch alien long black hair, puff at the door all in some spots like the couch itself. Bed linen and towels are clean, no complaints. 2. High humidity in the room. The sunset is a little tired or again poorly cleaned - between the tiles of the seams have already changed the color, possibly the mushroom, and somewhere the pot was flowing under the toilet. Plus weak ventilation - in the s/u very quickly becomes moist, and given the moist climate of Vladivostok, the open window does not always help. 3. Coma. Perhaps they were flying out of the window when ventilating, but it is better in the summer to buy something in advance - a spiral, or a fumigator if they interfere with you.

The room is next to the flower shop, Very beautiful, because the roof is high, the space is very large. The bathroom is particularly comfortable to use. The bathrobes and slippers are very comfortable. There is a small refrigerator and oven. But I don't know and I didn't ask how many rooms, Maybe one, maybe somewhere else. Not a hotel with many rooms in the traditional sense. We booked in advance and stayed for 3 days. They can stay at 2 pm, If you arrive early and you can't find anyone, You can add the administrator's WeChat or whatsapp on the door. They came back to pick you up, about 100 meters away, There is their cafe to wait. If you need to clean, you can inform WeChat in advance. Otherwise they wouldn't come in and clean it without telling you, I love this . The overall feeling is very good 👍🏻
