"They didn't warn us in advance that we'd have to pay extra on site for an extra bed for a child... Although we specifically booked a room with a sofa, it was so worn out that the staff apparently didn't dare fix it, so they installed an extra bed.
The windows were very dirty... Both inside and out, you couldn't see the city. And everything was just a bit unfriendly... We had a very long drive and were tired, but apparently it's a harsh place... The staff is stern.
The breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, everything was there. Even the seagulls tapping on the window."

"Only stayed for a few hours, but I arrived in the middle of the night and the staff, along with her boyfriend, were incredibly helpful and warm, even with the language barrier. The room was stuffy, so I had to ask the front desk for a fan, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to sleep. It said no breakfast when I booked, but when I asked the staff on-site, they said it was available. There's a small convenience store within 300 meters, which was a nice bonus."

"When we arrived, our cabin wasn't ready and it was completely cold, which was a shame because the location was really cool. Thanks for moving us to another cabin, where the heating was turned on. It took about an hour for it to get somewhat warm, but the cabins are still cold. I don't know how anyone could stay here in really freezing temperatures. Bring warm long johns! We almost constantly had the AC on for heat, but turned it off at night because it was noisy, and we froze terribly by morning. It's important to note that condensation forms on the ceiling and constantly drips on you, which isn't great either. But! The bathroom with the sauna is very nice, and there's an outdoor hot tub. The administrator helped as much as she could, many thanks to her! Excellent breakfasts and dinners."

"Overall, everything was fine. The room was comfortable and fairly clean (minor issues like dust, a film on the bathroom sink, and some worn-out plumbing). The bed linens were very clean and fresh, and they provided an extra blanket upon request. The bath towels and sashes on the robes were worn, but very clean. The in-room safe didn't work, but I didn't have time to investigate, though it might be important to someone.
There's only one table in the room, so there's no room for two to sit and relax.
There's a great souvenir corner by the reception with reasonable prices.
Breakfast was okay, but the selection was limited. There was no porridge made with water.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location is excellent, centrally located, close to everything, and the price was better than the Azimut or Meridian.

"I stayed in a single room and was very happy with my choice. Yes, the decor isn't the most modern, but that doesn't detract from the experience at all. On the contrary, it's immediately clear that the hotel is meticulously maintained: everywhere is clean, well-kept, and the rooms are well-ventilated.
I was particularly impressed by the bed, mattress, and pillow – I slept wonderfully. The bed linen was of very good quality, soft and pleasant, which is something you don't find in every hotel these days.
The weather was beautiful during my stay, and I appreciated that there were mosquito nets on the windows. I could comfortably air out the room and enjoy the fresh air without any inconvenience.
Breakfast was paid for separately. It wasn't a buffet, but the food was tasty, filling, and personally, more than enough for a good start to the day.
I'd like to extend special thanks to the staff. This was probably one of the strongest impressions of my stay. All the employees were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely ready to help in any situation. They responded immediately to any questions and always tried to advise and assist, creating a very warm and comfortable atmosphere.
For me, this place became an example that comfort isn't just about modern renovations. Cleanliness, a good night's sleep, caring staff, and a cozy atmosphere sometimes mean much more. If I ever find myself in this area again, I'd gladly stay here once more."

Lapland Village is a modern tourist complex that offers several types of accommodation, from cozy one- and two-storey wooden cottages to glamping domed eco-tents with panoramic windows located in a picturesque forest. All living quarters in the Lapland village are equipped with furniture and a bathroom, are well heated and have hot water supply. There is a separate barbecue area next to each cottage.
The complex has a domed restaurant with a capacity of up to 60 guests with a spacious outdoor terrace. Also in the Lapland village there are heated gazebos for you, perfect for relaxing with a large company, and guarded parking.
Lapland Village is an ideal place to observe the Northern lights, since the geographical location of the complex allows you to "catch" the aurora seven months a year: from the end of August to the beginning of April. From entertainment, depending on the time of year, snowmobile/ATV safari, snow banana, snowshoe rental, bicycles, scooters are available, and you can also take part in our author's programs on the territory of the complex, as well as go on field trips (Teriberka, whales, Sami village, husky park, hunting for the Northern Lights and others).
"The environment was beautiful, and the cabin was warm. You could see the aurora right outside the door. However, the service was poor, and the facilities were quite old.
1. Check-in was slow and impatient.
2. The door lock was a European-style fixed key lock, making it difficult to open. Our room door had a problem. The room was far from the front desk. Since we didn't have a local phone while traveling, we had to ask our driver to call the front desk to get someone to come. They arrived in ten minutes, and it was very cold.
3. The water heater malfunctioned on the second night, so the shower was cold. Although we called a repairman, he couldn't fix it and said we had used up the water. We had just returned from chasing the aurora and no one had used it, so the water was cold. We made do for one night.
4. The front desk was far from our cabin, and there was no shuttle service. If you take a taxi, remember to ask the driver to wait at the door until check-in is complete and bring you and your luggage to your cabin. Otherwise, dragging your luggage is troublesome, and the road is difficult to walk on. We had a chartered car, so the driver waited a long time because of the front desk's slow pace.
5. The room had enough tableware. There was a microwave but no stove or induction cooker. We brought our own induction cooker and pots to cook hot pot and bought groceries for our two-day stay."

The Standard and Comfort rooms have a private bathroom with a hairdryer and a set of toiletries. The rooms have Economy facilities on the floor.
There is a dining room on the ground floor of the hotel, where breakfast is served in the morning. On the 3rd floor there is a shared kitchen with all necessary kitchen utensils and utensils. On-site facilities include luggage storage, laundry, secure parking, and a tour desk. The reception is open 24 hours a day. A shuttle service is available upon request. Pets are welcome.
"The hotel is a three-story building, and quite a few Chinese guests stayed there. There's also an adorable cat. The cheapest room is on the top floor, a sloping roof type, but it doesn't affect rest. Since the hotel doesn't have air conditioning, I recommend that tourists visiting Murmansk in the summer choose rooms on the first or second floor if the temperature is above 25 degrees Celsius (during my trip, it was 28 degrees Celsius in the Arctic Circle, and I didn't sleep well all night). The breakfast was quite good."
