"The hotel's facilities are pretty average, honestly, on par with a basic guesthouse back home. The room is tiny; once you lay out two 28-inch suitcases, there's practically no space left to move around. On the bright side, the location is excellent. Turn left when you leave, and you're right at the northernmost McDonald's, mostly filled with fellow travelers. Next to the supermarket, on the first basement floor, there's a rather large 24-hour hypermarket with a great selection of items, perfect for browsing. Overall, don't set your expectations too high for accommodations in this city. As for hotel options in this small town of Murmansk, this place is definitely top-tier."

"An excellent hotel in the city center. The rooms are small, with options for rooms with private showers and shared bathrooms. We booked a room with a private shower but stayed in the shared one—it was very clean and pleasant. There's a large kitchenette, tea and coffee are available at all times, and you can store your groceries in the shared fridge. I recommend any room type."

"The area right outside the hotel is currently under renovation, so to get to the McDonald's across the street or the plaza in front of Meridian, you have to walk all the way around. They gave me a free room upgrade, which was quite spacious. The TV swivels, so you can watch it from either the sofa or the bed. The bathroom and shower are L-shaped. I didn't get a chance to use the other facilities. I asked the staff to help me connect to the Wi-Fi during check-in."

"The hotel was cozy and clean. The small lobby had complimentary Americano coffee, a microwave, and a small fish tank. Across the street was a very convenient supermarket where I could buy Arctic shrimp. I even bought some Russian cat treats for my cat, Mimi. It was a one-stop shop for milk, yogurt, juice, and bread. The microwave in the lobby was convenient for heating things up. I was incredibly lucky during my National Day holiday trip. On my first night in Murmansk, an Arctic Circle city, I spotted the aurora borealis at a lake at 9 pm! I was so excited! Before checking out, I wanted to buy some minerals. I saw a fridge magnet I liked in the front desk window, and just as I was about to pay, the receptionist said it was a gift for me! I was so happy!"

"Staying here every time, it should be the best hotel in Kirovsk. If you come to Apatit for business trip, it is definitely the first choice. You have your own restaurant, very close to the Apatit Museum and the supermarket."

"The hotel is a three-story building, and quite a few Chinese guests stayed there. There's also an adorable cat. The cheapest room is on the top floor, a sloping roof type, but it doesn't affect rest. Since the hotel doesn't have air conditioning, I recommend that tourists visiting Murmansk in the summer choose rooms on the first or second floor if the temperature is above 25 degrees Celsius (during my trip, it was 28 degrees Celsius in the Arctic Circle, and I didn't sleep well all night). The breakfast was quite good."

"Only stayed for a few hours, but I arrived in the middle of the night and the staff, along with her boyfriend, were incredibly helpful and warm, even with the language barrier. The room was stuffy, so I had to ask the front desk for a fan, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to sleep. It said no breakfast when I booked, but when I asked the staff on-site, they said it was available. There's a small convenience store within 300 meters, which was a nice bonus."

"The room was huge, and check-in was available 24 hours a day. The security guard downstairs even helped with directions and luggage, making the process very smooth. There's a school across the street, a clinic downstairs, and the 106 airport bus stop is less than a 5-minute walk away. The train station is about a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and banks nearby."

"I stayed in a single room and was very happy with my choice. Yes, the decor isn't the most modern, but that doesn't detract from the experience at all. On the contrary, it's immediately clear that the hotel is meticulously maintained: everywhere is clean, well-kept, and the rooms are well-ventilated. I was particularly impressed by the bed, mattress, and pillow – I slept wonderfully. The bed linen was of very good quality, soft and pleasant, which is something you don't find in every hotel these days. The weather was beautiful during my stay, and I appreciated that there were mosquito nets on the windows. I could comfortably air out the room and enjoy the fresh air without any inconvenience. Breakfast was paid for separately. It wasn't a buffet, but the food was tasty, filling, and personally, more than enough for a good start to the day. I'd like to extend special thanks to the staff. This was probably one of the strongest impressions of my stay. All the employees were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely ready to help in any situation. They responded immediately to any questions and always tried to advise and assist, creating a very warm and comfortable atmosphere. For me, this place became an example that comfort isn't just about modern renovations. Cleanliness, a good night's sleep, caring staff, and a cozy atmosphere sometimes mean much more. If I ever find myself in this area again, I'd gladly stay here once more."

"The four of us traveled, just one room, the room is not big, but the public place is very large, you can buy food and cook by yourself, the overall price is very high, all young people live, can chat, carpool to see the aurora, the only thing that is not so good is that the shower water is hot and cold, there is no hot water later. The location is also very good, there is a bus directly to the airport at the door."
