Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, in a very modern elevator apartment hotel. They offer 24-hour front desk service and free foreign visitor registration. After checking in, you can pick up the stamped registration form (the so-called 'landing visa') at the front desk on the next working day. It's very close to the terminal station of Metro Line 2, with a large supermarket, shopping mall, and restaurants nearby. It's convenient for dining and shopping. The starting station for the 39E express bus to the airport is only two metro stops away, making transportation very convenient. The room is equipped with an electric kettle, induction cooker, and tableware, as well as a 3kg washing machine. Security for entering and exiting the floor corridors is strict, requiring a room card swipe. Very satisfied!

Anonymous UserThis hotel has a fantastic location. I don't understand guests who complain in reviews about the facade being under renovation or the AC not working – this information is provided before booking, available in confirmation emails, and even mentioned in other reviews! Why penalize the hotel's rating for that? The hotel is very clean, with daily housekeeping. The Junior Suite is spacious and comfortable (even has heated floors in the bathroom), though the only downside is no mini-fridge for drinks in the heat. We were allowed to check in early without any issues, and the ladies at the reception were very polite! The breakfasts are delicious and well-presented :) Directly opposite the hotel are the famous 'Pyshki' (donuts), which usually have a short line.
Highly recommended!

The room was spacious and comfortable, elegantly furnished, and the soft bedding ensured a great night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was abundant and authentic. The quiet and clean environment made us feel right at home. It's the ideal place to stay for exploring the city!

Guest UserAn excellent hotel with a convenient location.
The rooms are clean and tidy, and slippers and toiletries are provided. The staff is very polite, and the kitchen is available 24/7 for tea and coffee, and there's a microwave. There's also a washing machine (I used it). The rooms are exactly as shown in the photos.

Guest UserEasy 10/10. Perfect location, impeccably maintained property — worth a visit on its own. Outstanding room quality, attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine friendliness. Spot on.
A small story: I handed in my shoes for shining on the evening of our arrival, as I needed them for a ballet performance at the Mariinsky Theater the next day. Somehow, the hotel misplaced the shoes, and I had to leave for the performance in my sneakers. Natalia from the concierge desk tracked them down, drove to the theater, texted me the moment the first intermission started, and was waiting outside with my polished shoes and a shoehorn — then even returned my sneakers to the room. Truly impressive and completely unexpected! It almost makes you forget the minibar price list (though I still enjoyed the $15 pack of gummy bears). Tipp: try the insta breakfast in the room - another 10/10!

Oksana KulThe hotel is delightful! It's not my first time in St. Petersburg, and I've stayed in many places, but I've never encountered such friendly staff anywhere else! All the employees were super welcoming and left only a positive impression!
The hotel is literally a 3-5 minute walk from St. Isaac's Cathedral. There's also a pier just a minute away where you can take boat tours along the canals. Yusupov Palace is very close by (about a 10-minute walk) (not directly relevant to this review, but I highly recommend visiting it too!). Also, in about 5-7 minutes from the hotel, you'll be on Nevsky Prospekt, where other attractions are located. The hotel's location is truly excellent, right in the city center, yet without the noisy crowds of Nevsky!
Regarding the rooms, we stayed in a double room on the fifth floor, and we absolutely loved it! It had everything we needed! Our stay included breakfast, and when we booked the hotel, we read rave reviews, and all those reviews were true. The breakfast is indeed very impressive! So definitely book with breakfast, you won't regret it!
The hairdryer in our room broke, so we called reception, and literally a minute later, a new one was brought to us. I honestly haven't seen such a quick response anywhere else.
The only minor drawback I can mention is that to get to the elevator, you have to walk down a corridor on the first floor where rooms are located. But that's not even really a drawback, just a characteristic of this particular hotel.
In summary: price, quality, location, staff – everything is top-notch! I highly recommend it! And from now on, I'll only stay here!

Vera2020Oh, how much I loved this apart-hotel! I had a short layover in St. Petersburg on my way home.
So I looked for a hotel close to the airport.
At first, we considered a more basic hotel, but then decided that even for 12 hours, we might as well make them count.
Upon arrival, there was a barrier, and the taxi driver was afraid to enter the premises, thinking he would be charged 300 rubles upon exiting. Don't worry, you can enter without fear; there's no charge for hotel guests.
Check-in was quick, and we were assigned a room on the 22nd floor. Oh my, the view was magnificent! We caught the sunrise in the morning, the sunset in the evening, and the room was filled with sun all day.
Everything was perfectly clean, both in the room and on the floors.
The room was quite spacious, with large wardrobes for clothes and carved shelves on the wall for small items.
There were dishes for cooking, a stove, a kettle, and a microwave. Nearby, there are shops with ready-made meals and groceries for cooking.
The only thing is, if your windows face south, as ours did, it can be noisy from the road. But in summer, you can keep the window closed and use the air conditioning.
The hotel is far from the city center, but a taxi solves that problem.
On the other hand, it's close to the airport, only an 8-minute drive.
When we checked out, it was evening, and a girl was playing the piano in the hotel lobby. I really enjoyed the stunningly beautiful music.
And on arrival, female guests received a tulip flower because it was March 8th. It was incredibly thoughtful to show such attention to guests.
The hotel has a pool and a spa, but we didn't have time to visit them, though I imagine they are just as wonderful.
The hotel has a very light, modern, and vibrant energy. Definitely stay here!
You can even bring pets.

CinnamonMomThis is an absolutely fantastic hotel, the best we've stayed at in Russia! The entrance was a little tricky to find at first, but the location is incredibly convenient. It's right opposite the train station to Moscow and a short walk to the metro. There's also a mini-mart and a bakery nearby.
The rooms are compact and cozy, and a big plus for Thai guests, the bathroom comes with a bidet shower.
The staff are all lovely and provide excellent service; they're cheerful and friendly, which is quite rare to find in Russia. Breakfast is delicious, with a special menu item daily, and there's complimentary 24-hour access to tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water, and cheese.
The only downside is having to carry luggage up one flight of stairs. If you have very large suitcases, it might be a bit challenging, but the staff were very helpful. If I ever return, I would definitely stay here again. It's truly excellent!

Guest UserThis hotel is similar to a budget hotel in China, but the price is significantly higher. This might be due to the proximity of the Scarlet Sails festival. The facilities are quite old. We stayed for five nights, and the housekeeping was decent, although they occasionally missed replenishing amenities. I have to particularly complain about the disposable toothbrushes; the bristles kept falling out, which indicates a quality control issue. The air conditioner is very old-fashioned, and perhaps not used frequently, but it's incredibly noisy. It's impossible to sleep with it on at night.

The hotel is right across from the train station! Super convenient for transportation. It's just a five-minute walk from when you get off the train. No need to worry about getting lost. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of menu options to choose from. The room was spacious.
