Lacking points from my personal experience:
1. The carpet floors need to be replaced. I had to change rooms because the first room I got had an unpleasant smell to it (they quickly changed my room after I went to the reception, so it wasn't terrible) and although I didn't notice until the end of my stay, the new room's carpet was frayed at the edges.
2. The night mode of the lights (many switches) completely cuts power to the power outlets. I didn't know and ended up waking up to a phone and power bank with a dying battery and needing to stay in the hotel a couple of hours until they finished charging. Maybe just a warning in the future?
The good parts:
1. The service! People are SO accommodating, pleasant and efficient. Reception staff, waiters, bell boys and basically everyone greets you with a smile and tries to solve any problems with utmost focus and cordiality.
2. Traditional pride. Traditional fashion exhibition at the front was a great touch to my visit. The whole place (restaurants, pools, spa, rooms, etc) add to the experience. I could have stayed in the hotel and felt like I hadn't missed Manila's charm.
3. Excellent location. I realised early on that I could literally see every single thing from my ”1 day tour of Manila” from my hotel room. Nothing says great location like this."

"We always enjoy the breakfast here. The dining area is always clean and the servers are friendly and accommodating. As for the room, the one we booked is spacious enough for four adults. The beds are big and are comfy. We will definitely return, especially if there will be promos from online booking apps."

Guest UserDon’t booking this hotel through the travel agency online especially this travel agency ； it is Super inhumane, once you make a reservation; No matter what uncontrollable events occur to you ; there is no way to cancel tthe booking even the travel agency doesn’t confirm with the hotel yet;
Even when you apply for cancellation, there will be no refund, even if no one check-in . No matter how Ctrip negotiates,with them ; they will not cancel the terms of use of this dominant platform; Although the hotel has a free cancellation policy；
if anything happens, you will not cancel or receive a refund; It is not allowed to modify the name of the occupant or the reservation date. A particularly malicious agent.
Stay away from this travel agency.

Akhil GargI had a fantastic stay at Berjaya Makati. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the business district, with Greenbelt and Glorietta malls just a short walk away for shopping and dining. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was the staff; they were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in request. The pool area is a nice oasis after a long day of meetings. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!”

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. The location is convenient for getting around, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. But the food, specially the bacon, thats not how “Filipino” cooked their bacons.
Ang tigas, may part na sunog pa. I waited for the new batch baka kasi nagkataon lang but same pa din. Almost everyone namimili ng di overcooked kaya ending mga matitigas naiiwan.
The refill of food is also slow, like you need to wait like 5mins to refill a specific meal. Need mo ma pagfollow up ng condiments refill kasi maubos na.

Everything felt fresh, spotless, and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. The service level was equally outstanding. The staff were consistently courteous, attentive, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. From check-in to check-out, the experience was seamless and stress-free. Anonymous UserWe enjoy tge stay, the only problem was we have to wait 2pm for check-in, So we have to roaming around and we get back around 3pm but we have to wait again for the room😅 aside from that everything is good, I like the bed comfy and extra bed is a plus. Good service and the whole staff are friendly and accommodating.

_nonameatallWe decided to book a hotel near BGC for an event, knowing we would be staying out late. I'm so glad we found this place! It’s a very affordable hotel in the area that offers a cozy yet luxurious vibe.
The bed was absolutely comfortable. We booked a standard room, and it was incredibly budget-friendly. The air conditioning worked perfectly and gave us the exact comfort we needed. Plus, the room size is just right for two people.
We stayed on the 6th floor, and guess what? The water pressure in the shower was excellent, making a hot bath so relaxing. The bathroom is also wonderfully designed, letting in plenty of natural light even without turning on the bulbs.
Their Wi-Fi is incredibly fast—highly recommended for anyone looking to stay and work! They also have an indoor restaurant that everyone can enjoy.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

Guest UserThe location is quite good; it's convenient to simply stroll around the business center or get to places of interest. Manila experiences terrible traffic from the afternoon until late at night, so keep that in mind when planning your trips. The staff is very polite and helpful. The pool turned out to be a bit smaller in reality than it appeared in the photos, but overall, everything is solid and good. I've attached photos of the view from our room and at the pool. I recommend the massage offered at the hotel; they have good therapists.
