"The location is excellent, only a 10-minute walk from the bus to the airport, and there are many choices of restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes nearby. The soundproofing is good, I slept well, the room was super clean, the wooden floor was clean even under my bare feet, and the breakfast was rich in choices. "Room cleaner forgot my room one day. The airport service person ignored me when I asked a question. Otherwise, all employees were friendly and helpful. Appreciated the fast check-in. The safe in the room. The comfortable bed. The prompt elevators. The room temp was perfect and the room was quiet with plenty of space for a solo traveler. Internet was excellent. Breakfast looked good but I ate offsite. As I eat a light breakfast and the hotel breakfast buffet was 50 soles."

"Since I'm asked to review, I'll give an honest one. I genuinely don't understand how this hotel got such a high rating. Aside from the excellent location (next to Wong supermarket), I can't see what else warrants it. On the first day, I arrived around 10 am and asked the front desk if I could check in if a room was ready. The front desk staff explicitly said it would be an hour, then half an hour, and in the end, I only managed to check in after three or four hours. When I booked, I specifically requested a quiet room. Can you believe they assigned me the only room located between the elevator and the emergency exit staircase? Once in the room, the noise from the air conditioning unit was unbearable. Maintenance came up and said it would make noise for ten minutes every time it was turned off, or I'd have to keep it on constantly. Later, even when it was off, it would make noise intermittently. I couldn't stand it anymore and requested a room change. This went on until 8 or 9 pm (the platform's concierge was very dedicated and kept assisting with communication with the hotel). After changing rooms, I thought I'd finally get a good night's sleep, but the soundproofing in this new room was even worse. I could hear the shower from the upstairs room right above my head – there was no escaping it. Then, on one of the subsequent days, I left in the morning and returned in the afternoon to find my room hadn't been cleaned. I had to call the front desk multiple times just to get some water bottles delivered, even if they wouldn't clean the room. Throughout all these issues, the platform kept communicating and trying to resolve things with the hotel, but the hotel seemed to refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing. I hope everyone takes this into consideration. Besides the great location, you really don't need to consider staying here for the guest experience."

"We had a pleasant stay at the Ibis Hotel in Lima. The location is very central and convenient, with many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The hotel is well soundproofed, which made the stay quiet and comfortable. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they work fine for two adults. The staff was helpful whenever we needed assistance. One thing to note is that the rooms do not include a kettle or mini-fridge, which may be inconvenient for some travelers. Overall, it’s a good, reliable option for a short stay in Lima, especially if you value location and a quiet room."

The customer service was very helpful. Buffet breakfast was good. Very close to Bus Stop of Airport Bus. Overall, I had a wonderful and enjoyable stay.?"
