"Great stay overall. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my visit. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, dining, and transport options. Only issue is AC control is quite obsolete it took me sometime to figure how to use it plus it took time to cool the entire room down but in general I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others."

"Right in the center of Eindhoven. Easy parking; see the photo for the price at one of the garages, although it is paid. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side, but there is a lot of choice."

"This hotel is very close to the central station and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You'll find coffee and tea, a mini-fridge, and pillows of different thicknesses and consistencies. There's also a swimming pool, though I didn't use it this time. I did have dinner there, and the food was very good and plentiful."

"We had to sleep all night with the light on, which was triggered by a sensor, because the sensor wasn't working. We reported this to Schotends. The counter employee was eating. And the only response was that the man from technical service would be informed and offered a word of apology. But they didn't take any action to accommodate us. A bit of a shame."

"The hotel has just opened and is in a beautiful location by the lake, not far from the highway. However, the rooms are well soundproofed, so we weren't bothered by any noise. We booked a lake-view suite. We arrived a bit late, around 5 PM, but were told our room wasn't ready yet. To their credit, they politely offered us a drink while we waited. The room is very large, but the bathroom is quite small and lacks a bathtub, which is a pity for a suite. Furthermore, apart from shampoo and shower gel, there were no extra complimentary toiletries usually found in a suite. There is no telephone in the room to contact the front desk or room service; you have to use your own phone. The room is new, but the cleaning wasn't thoroughly done before handing it over to guests. Our room floor was still dirty with construction dust, and our socks and feet turned black. Additionally, the glass windows had a lot of wallpaper glue stains on them. The high ceiling and walls give the room a very pleasant feel, but the furniture layout wasn't well thought out. There are three sets of coffee tables, but only one chair. There were two of us in the room wanting to sit by the window and enjoy the beautiful lake view, but there was only one chair. Breakfast offers a wide selection, but the serving pots are made of cast iron. While the design is nice, they are far too heavy to lift every time you want to get something and have to lift the lids. It's inconvenient and impractical, especially very difficult for people with less strength. Considering everything we experienced, we feel the room is overpriced for what you get. We have stayed in various hotel suites many times, and this is by far the worst in terms of service. Hopefully, this new hotel will improve its approach in the future and provide better service."

"This is my second time staying here. The house was renovated and upgraded at the beginning of this year, and the environment is much better than before. The hotel breakfast is also very rich. It is next to the church, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that there are too many pillows on the bed, which makes the bed very crowded."

"Good hotel. The check in is quick. The hotel was so full. I got the room very far from reception. Good part is that they build Good connection, can walk from inside. Room is good, spacious and luxurious."
