The hotel was fantastic, excellent service, a great location & very convenient overall. There were convenience stores just around the corner & both the bus & train stations were only a 5–7 minute walk away. It was easy to find. I would highly recommend staying here!
This might be the best hotel on Senagajima… hmm… the sunset is beautiful, the sea view is beautiful, and watching planes take off and land is also beautiful… but… the hotel's hot spring had a rotten, watery smell, the restroom on the first floor was dirty, there were ants in the room, and it was clear that many facilities hadn't even been wiped down in a long time. The staff were actually quite patient, and English communication was fine, but then there was an unexpected incident: I am very sure my wife and I are mindful of noise levels in public, yet during dinner, simply because I borrowed a phone, an elderly Japanese man at the next table, without any warning, yelled “shut up” like an animal. And the nearby staff member did nothing… If it weren't for considering international relations and being in a foreign country, I really would have wanted to have a vocabulary contest with that animal-like old man… To be honest, this was my first time encountering such an incident in Japan, but the hotel staff’s inaction completely ruined my impression of the place.

With such competitive price for 3 adults / 3 beds in one room I highly recommend you to pick this hotel when you stay in Naha. The hotel provides private car park lot and costs you only ¥1000 per day. The mono rail station is right next to the hotel. There is a big Donki super store one block behind. If you do not wish to take expensive breakfast at the hotel, there is a 24H Yoshinoya at the back street next to the hotel. It is also very close to the fresh market to enjoy sashimi and raw fish, also close to the tourist public market and Kokusai-dori! It is very convenient for us to return our car to the rental before we go back to the airport too! Will definitely book again when we revisit Naha!

This is a great hotel located near Asahibashi Station. If you're staying for multiple nights, they provide housekeeping service starting from the second day. The room's soundproofing is excellent, so it's not noisy at all. It comes with a bathtub, which is wonderful for a relaxing soak after a long day of walking. Since I was staying alone in a double room, I felt the space was quite adequate.
Room is reasonably priced and spacious, with a great view of the ocean and nearby beach. There's also plenty of amenities including a pool and breakfast. Location is a little inconvenient, with limited bus service and being far away from main attractions via driving. Location is not too far from naha, which makes up for the inconvenient location.
This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's super convenient being right next to the pedestrian street, so I never had to worry no matter how late I was out. They offer free alcohol 🍺 from morning till night, and there's delicious ramen available for a late-night snack!

Decently sized room. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It’s a good place to stay if you have rented your own car. Carpark for 1700yen per day. In its lobby there is a Familymart so and a souvenir store so overall it’s a convenient place!
Didn’t get a chance to really explore its amenities as I’m out most of the days, but I would recommend for its price!

I booked this place while looking for accommodation close to the airport on the last day of my Okinawa trip. Please note that it is a different hotel from Hotel Rococo Matsuyama, so be sure to check the address carefully when visiting. I stayed in an executive room, and the room was fairly clean. I especially liked the breakfast, which was Japanese home-style cuisine. It is also close to Kokusai Street, and there are many convenience stores nearby. However, the bathroom was very small, and the bed sheets felt different from those typically used in hotels. Overall, it seems like a decent option if you are looking for a place to stay near the airport.

Advantages:
1. Excellent location: Approximately an 8-minute walk from Omoromachi Station. The Okinawa Prefectural Museum & Art Museum is about 3-4 minutes away, and the duty-free shopping area is also within walking distance. Therefore, if you want to experience Naha city center and enjoy convenient shopping and transportation, this location is a major plus.
2. Free breakfast and basic amenities: Breakfast is a buffet, served from approximately 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM. Rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a bidet-equipped bathroom.
Disadvantages:
1. Rooms are relatively small, and facilities are somewhat outdated.
2. Limited parking and additional charges: While parking is available, it's first-come, first-served, and the price is extra. This is important to note if you are driving, especially if you have a large car or a lot of heavy luggage.
3. Good location but not a true seaside resort: The hotel is located in the city center, close to shopping and transportation hubs, making it suitable for city sightseeing and shopping. However, if you are expecting a ”seaside,” ”sea view,” or ”relaxed resort” atmosphere, it may fall short.
This hotel is located at the end of Kokusai Street, just a 1-minute walk from Makishi Station, which is incredibly convenient. The ground floor of the hotel smells wonderful, making for a very pleasant first impression. The check-in counter is on the second floor; you just take the elevator up. The lobby offers free beverages and coffee. While you can't eat in your room, there's a spacious lounge area in front of the counter where you can dine, with plenty of tables. The rooms are single occupancy and generally quiet at night, though some guests tend to close their doors loudly, which can be noticeable. Each room also has a TV, but with volume restrictions, so you won't hear sound bleeding from other rooms. Overall, I would personally stay here again.

AArnold Z CruzI chose this because of the location which is perfect for my trip as I am taking A Line to Yoron the following day. The facility is clean, thanks to those maintaining it. How can I rate the service when it's just check in and there's even a machine? Check in process is straightforward. Trip.com should adjust their survey.
Cclem.dbnExceptionally surprised by how beautiful the resort was. The entire property was well-maintained, peaceful, and even nicer than expected. The service was truly top-notch — the staff were consistently welcoming, attentive, and professional.
One of the highlights was the complimentary lounge access, which offered free snacks and drinks. It was a really nice touch and made the stay feel even more relaxing. The ocean view from the resort was also stunning and added to the overall experience.
The breakfast, lunch, and dinner options were surprisingly affordable considering the quality and variety. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and well worth it.
The pools were just as impressive — clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would absolutely stay here again.
LLostWithYanThe hotel is in a great location, close to public transportation and convenience stores, and only about a 10-minute walk from Kokusai Dori. The room was clean, and although daily housekeeping wasn’t provided, amenities were replenished throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great hotel, and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Okinawa.
RRufengPros: The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were decent, good for kids. It's not too far from Kokusai Dori, Naminoue Shrine, or the monorail station. Breakfast was okay, and there's a smoking room on the first floor. The hairdryer and toiletries were quite good.
Cons: The Wi-Fi was terrible, constantly disconnecting. There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom. I also distinctly felt that the front desk staff showed more patience when assisting Western and ********* guests compared to guests from mainland China (even when mainland Chinese guests were equally well-behaved). Of course, the front desk still maintained a Japanese standard of service, but the difference was noticeable.
GGuest UserFuku-chan, Nicole and 2 cats, algae balls and boiled beans were gently welcomed, and the number of days of stay passed in no time. It is a very satisfying inn and recommended to everyone.
The interior and exterior are very nice. I feel like 〜 I came to the resort. I used the parking lot for renting a car.
The living room is clean and comfortable. The bed futon was very fluffy and I could sleep well.
The area is very convenient location if you have a car rental. It is very close to Fusaki Beach and you can walk to the beach (passing the main building of Fusaki Beach Resort, especially no procedures).
I had breakfast. The dishes that are particular about each ingredient and seasoning will heal your mind and body.
We have never experienced it, but we can receive healing treatments and Yoga.
It is an inn that I want to visit again.
GGuest UserGood location, it’s a stone’s throw away from the rail station and there are many eateries nearby. Additionally, there is a Family Mart and supermarket below the hotel. Parking charge is reasonably priced at JPY1,500 a day considering it’s at Naha. We had a pleasant stay overall but would be better if the mattress can be harder.
YYan ReevesWe had spent 4 nights at the hotel during the Golden Week which might have influenced the perception of service, but not dramatically.
Among the advantages of the hotel are: nice spacious rooms (ours had a stunning sea view); generally good location with beautiful nature and access to the beaches where you could actually swim (not a given on the island) - at least until the tide goes too low; reasonably good food across the restaurants with rather friendly prices; stylish bar with quality drinks.
Among the disadvantages are: very non-Japanese service (generally not very helpful, with low penetration of English among the staff) and lack of attention to detail that could make the resort actually very nice - again, not very typical case for Japan.
A few pieces of advice to the management:
1. Bring the option of in-room breakfast. If a guest is sick and can’t go down, it’s impossible to order in-room breakfast on the day, while rooms service opens at 11:30. Same frustration goes to the coffee stall downstairs that doesn’t serve coffee during earlier breakfast hours
2. Consider equipping rooms with coffee machines and contemporary electronics - low costs to take, yet massive disadvantage for the 5* status for not having them
3. Pay more attention to room service: we spent 48h without shampoo and shower gel. Our glasses were washed occasionally. New bottles of drinking water arrived only once.
4. Fix the beach! The amenities there look like a poor community beach area, especially those shameful umbrellas. You have reasonable amenities at the pool - why not spreading them to the beach areas to make them feel more like a resort rather than public beaches that no one gave any care?
5. Gym and SPA amenities could use a bit of refreshment. I won’t mention SPA service itself which might be a result of poor luck with the specific technician
6. Empty mini bar equals lost revenue. You could easily cover the modifications above through adding more options for people to enjoy drinks at their balconies.
What makes staying in Japan truly special - genuine care and attention to every detail - was completely missing over our stay at this Hyatt. In fact, we consistently had that feeling “this could actually be really nice” and then something would go terribly wrong with the awkward service. The hotel that looks like 5* on pictures leaves a 3* aftertaste at max. I am only writing this because I felt it didn’t have to - those are easy aspects to fix.
DDuoerbamaI still vividly remember their 30th-anniversary celebration. Other than the outdated facilities, everything else was impeccable, especially the Executive Lounge – it was absolutely perfect! Great views, excellent food, and an even better atmosphere. I really hope the hotel renovates its facilities soon; it would be a shame to waste such a prime location!
GGuest UserThe staff were really nice. Even though there was a language barrier with the lady downstairs, she was very patient and used a translation app to communicate with us. However, the app wasn't very accurate. When we went upstairs to check in, it turned out there was a ********* person at the front desk, which was great. Still, we had to wait quite a while to check in, even though there was no one else at the desk at the time. The room was pretty spacious, and everything else was fine. The location is also quite convenient, and the restaurant downstairs is good. After checking in, it was past 3 PM, so we went downstairs to eat. The server asked if we wanted the restaurant or cafe. When she gave us the menu, we realized we only had about five or six minutes before lunch orders closed, but they still took our order! The set meal and the beef rice bowl were both really delicious. Definitely worth trying if you're staying here.
GGuest UserWe had wonderful time in Okinawa during our stay at Moon Beach Resort. Moon Beach is located in Onna, we found it to be a compromise between airport accessibility (thanks to toll speed highway) and oceanarium trips. Hotel itself isn’t new, but it is very well maintained and I personally think its architecture is timeless. Atriums are gorgeous, sea view and access is great. Food is good and plenty on the display, if I were to pick a favourite, those would be egg benedict for breakfast and crab phalange for lunch. Receptionists are helpful, they showed us a rapid bus schedule for 1 hour access to Naha and back, also ordered us a taxi when we asked. Overall cost of additional activities was satisfactory, we went for snorkelling. Downsides is beach working hours — 9 am to 5 pm. For us northerners UV at 9 am is pretty strong, they should open the beach and give beach towels at least an hour earlier.
