What a wonderful hotel! I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. The hotel is convenient to Supermarket, Family Mart and Kokusai-dōri. Our room was tidy and clean. But the smell in bathroom was bad in the first three days. The free flow of beer is my favorite. Also, they held different kind of workshop everyday. The enthusiasm of staff made me impressed. I gotta try the hot spring at hotel next time.

Staying in this hotel was excellent decision! Room was so spacious and clean with all necessary amenities and free drinks from mini bar 👍 Buffet style breakfast was on point as well with a great variety of food 🤤 The location of the hotel is just perfect and so convenient, it's right in the middle of Kokusai-Dori with lots of convenient stores around, souvenir shops, restaurants and of course a famous Blue Seal ice cream store It is also so close to Ferry port and Airport 👌 The staff is so nice and helpful 🫶 Highly recommend to check this hotel for your next stay👍👍👍

The front desk service is astonishing; courteous, attentive and efficient. The room is big enough for a couple and amenities is more than adequate. It also had a car park and it charges Yen 1,500 a day. The best is her location; 100 meters from Makashi Station ( 8 stops from Naha airport), 200 meters to international street where souvenirs is abundant and all kind of foods, opposite the hotel is a supermarket and lastly, the Makashi Public Market is about 1.7 km away or 20 minutes walk. Will definitely stay here again if I ever were to visit Naha Okinawa again.

Excellent value! It's super convenient to get around, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, and a taxi ride from Naha city center isn't far at all. Getting to the airport only takes about 10-15 minutes by car. The ocean view private onsen room offered an absolutely stunning view! The hot spring water was great too, with a subtle sulfur smell. I also tried the public large bath once, which was also excellent, featuring standing baths, a sauna, and a salt room. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it had a lot of authentic Okinawan specialties. We also had a birthday dinner there, choosing both the Wagyu sukiyaki and Wagyu yakiniku sets, and both were incredibly delicious. They even surprised me with a birthday cake! The room was also spacious. All in all, I was extremely satisfied.

This property is BEAUTIFUL. I loved every part of our stay. The room was so spacious with thoughtful amenities, the public baths and pool area felt very luxurious and clean, and the location is hard to beat in Naha. The staff are all very kind and thoughtful, many spoke English but even those who didn't were extremely patient with my little Japanese. I would like specifically thank Santosh from the front desk staff. We ran into an issue with our baggage getting delivered in time before our departure to our country and if it wasn't for his help we wouldn't have had a hope of ever seeing that luggage again. His compassion and willingness to help us clueless tourists navigate our options and prepare our luggage for delivery will be remembered for a long time. I will recommend this hotel to any of my friends traveling to Naha!

This time in Naha, we found it – the Mercure Okinawa Naha. It's far more than just a place to sleep; it was our most capable and reassuring partner for exploring southern Okinawa. Key Highlight: Convenience Elevated to the Extreme * Seamless Transportation Hub: The hotel's biggest asset is its seamless connection to the Monorail's 'Tsubogawa Station' exit. Whether you're pushing a stroller, dragging large suitcases from the airport (just 4 stops away), or returning tired from Kokusai Dori, you can 'slide' from the station into the hotel lobby in less than a minute. This level of convenience is priceless for families with young children. * One-Stop Living Hub: Just 10 meters downstairs is a FamilyMart convenience store, with a 7-Eleven and a large post office next door. Grabbing breakfast, stocking up on snacks, or mailing postcards – all daily errands are just a few steps away. The hotel even has a self-service car rental terminal on the first floor, allowing you to start your self-drive adventure directly from the hotel lobby without any waiting. In-Depth Experience: The Details That Delighted Us * Breakfast with a Local Flair: The breakfast buffet is an excellent way to start a day in Okinawa. Beyond the standard Western options, what truly surprised us was the variety of local Okinawan dishes, such as Jimami Tofu (peanut tofu), sea grapes, and stir-fried bitter gourd with egg, allowing even children to easily experience local flavors. Some guests even humorously mentioned that the 'morning awamori' (local rice wine) offered at breakfast became their special morning ritual. * Thoughtful Family and Elder-Friendly Design: The hotel provides cribs, and the front desk can assist with arranging taxis and more. For elderly guests, the entire journey from the station to the room is barrier-free, avoiding unnecessary walking fatigue. The overall hotel atmosphere is quiet, and most rooms are well-insulated (it's recommended to avoid lower floors on the post office side) ensuring a good night's rest. Reflections of a Toddler Traveler During this trip, we saw our child's joyful sprint from the monorail platform to the hotel lobby every day, like returning home; and we saw the relieved expressions of our elderly relatives who didn't have to rush through transfers. At Mercure, travel became exceptionally 'smooth.' It acted as a powerful home base for family travel, alleviating all anxieties about transportation, fatigue, and uncertainty. This allowed us to wholeheartedly immerse ourselves in exploring the red tiles of Shurijo Castle, experiencing the bustle of Kokusai Dori, and savoring the sweet treats from street-corner ice cream shops without any worries. This trip reaffirmed that the best family-friendly hotel isn't about having the most lavish facilities, but rather about efficiently supporting your explorations and gently cushioning your fatigue. Mercure Naha is precisely such a smart choice. It convinced us that traveling with young children and elderly relatives can indeed be unhurried, elegant, and effortless.

I had an amazing stay. The hotel was super nicely decorated and newly refurbished with all amenities needed. Great location, with walkable distance but not in the busiest part of Naha city center either. The pricing was extraordinary considering the four stars, and this was definitely one of my best hotel stays even though it only lasted one night.

This was an absolutely flawless experience! Taking a WeChat Uber from the airport was very affordable, and the entire check-in process was incredibly smooth. For this price point, the experience was truly satisfying. The hotel environment is also fantastic; it's no wonder it's on Asia's list of best sea-view hotels. The service is excellent; they're always responsive. Every time I called housekeeping, they arrived within five minutes. The only minor issue is that transportation isn't the most convenient, but this hotel is really for enjoying the facilities and the beautiful views. There's a bus from the hotel's parking lot that goes to the city for dining and to Naha Airport, and Uber rides are quite quick to arrange as well.

The room was quite spacious, and equipped with a full range of amenities, including a smart toilet, a mini-fridge, and a safe. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. Opening the window offered a view of the Pacific Ocean. The breakfast area had a great ambiance, and the breakfast selection was extensive, featuring Western, Chinese, and Japanese options, including fish, meat, vegetables, and local specialties, offering a wide variety to choose from.

I came by myself the first time and really liked it, so I brought my parents back for a second visit. However, the value for money wasn't great this time. Breakfast options were very limited, with only three dishes to choose from. The private beach hasn't changed much, and there aren't many good restaurants nearby, although there is a convenience store downstairs. The room was quite small, and the bathroom design was incredibly impractical – nowhere to put clothes, and it was tiny. For a triple room, we only got 5 hangers.
