The hygiene was great. I booked a twin room, and the two beds were pushed very close together. The surrounding transportation is very convenient, with a subway and bus station just a 3-minute walk to the hotel. There are many convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping malls nearby. The environment is also very quiet. It's a shame the room was small. The hotel provides disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and slippers. Cleaning is done every three days.
Clean and comfy room and toilet. Polite and helpful staff as well who helped us with catching the airport shuttle bus. Good location and near Kaihimmakuhari Station, and a short walk away from an AEON mall. There was also a nice Christmas tree and other decorations at the lobby. One thing to note is that they will photocopy your credit card as a form of deposit.
The location is great as it is next to train station and the shopping outlet. The parking experience is terrible. The receptionist has trouble in English explaining the parking cost 4000yen a night. She also didn't tell me the car must also checkout at 11:00am the next day. I got charged again when I pick up my car at 12pm. The room was okay. However, there are insects/bugs in bed. I got bites a couple of times during my sleep. There is also a very annoying robot in the Reception lobby that get in the way when we are busy moving our luggage. There is no concierge or bell boy to help with luggage. Overall staff are friendly, but the overall system of staff management and training and the over service to provide may need some rethinking.
I didnt expect much but this is probably the best place ive booked here in japan. The room was spacious with more complimentaries than usual and a drink to help you sleep, also love the thick slippers. They also leave new towels, water and pjs if you didnt ask for cleaning on the day. Its near aeon mall and they have several choices there to shop and eat, theres a Round1 nearby and the highlight of my trip, the cherry blossom garden!! I came just the right time they were in full bloom, tho it was rainy for few days, it got sunny on my 3rd day, the only thing is i wish they open sooner, opening time was 10am and i had to wait before going somewhere in tokyo.
I only experience train delay once when i was in tokyo going back to hotel one evening, but overall its still a good deal if ur planning to go around tokyo and stay at this hotel, travel doesnt take much rather than staying at overpriced capsule hotels
I stayed at Hotel Francs during JpGU 2026, and it was a very convenient experience. The location near Makuhari Messe was perfect for attending the conference, and it was easy to access the venue every day. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I also enjoyed the nice view from the room, which made the stay even more relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to visitors attending events or conferences in Makuhari.
A bit dated, but the bedding was decent. The shuttle driver was really nice, helping with luggage on and off. It's quite good value for money in Japan, and the morning airport shuttle service was a great convenience. It saved me the hassle of waiting for a taxi, as a cab from the airport to the station would have cost around 160 RMB, which is quite pricey.
The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, which is very convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful, and surprisingly able to speak some Thai, which made communication much easier.
The hotel is a bit old, but it is still well-maintained and clean. One minor issue was that the air conditioner occasionally made a loud noise that sounded like someone snoring 😅.
There is also a FamilyMart nearby, making it easy to buy food and essentials. The hotel is within walking distance of Naritasan, which is a great place to visit if you have some free time before or after your flight.
Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with excellent service.
I stayed in a twin room with my child to support a tennis tournament.
The room was quite small, but it was clean and nice. The complimentary lunch box was delicious. The service was also polite! It's close to the tennis courts in Shirako and the sea, and there are many fashionable shops nearby, and a convenience store is just a short drive away!
I'll use it again.
Decided to attend Tokyo Comic Con last minute and booked this hotel. Hotel prices always skyrocket when there's an event in Makuhari, so there's not much you can do about that. The hotel itself is quite old, the lobby is grand, but the front desk area is small and the service attitude wasn't great. The room size was moderate and it even had a balcony, which is quite rare. Unfortunately, it faced the parking lot, so there was no view. The facilities were a bit dated, and the bedding was very uncomfortable. The floor had new laminate, which was nice, but the downside was the noise. The hotel breakfast area was pleasant and the variety was quite good, but the taste was just average.

This hotel's location is unbeatable, super close to DisneySea, and with a shuttle bus that takes you to Maihama, Disneyland, and DisneySea. The staff were all smiles when they greeted us, which was a lovely first impression. I really appreciated the system where you can pick up amenities as needed. The changing room was wonderfully spacious, but I imagine the air conditioning might struggle in the summer if you have to keep the door closed.

Very Good
YY & GI stayed in a twin room in the West Wing. The decor was quite new, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash had a lovely scent. The best part was the free shuttle bus that runs between JR Narita Station and Aeon Mall, perfect for a day trip to Narita. Even though it rained all day, it didn't dampen my spirits as a tourist.
AAnonymous UserMy family and I chose to stay at this hotel because of its location and free shuttle to DisneySea. The hotel has a dated resort feel but generally well maintained and clean. The room is small but that was expected when I made the booking so I was prepared to accept the tight space. However, the two super single beds were pleasantly comfortable and big and the shower stall, although tight, has a good water pressure. Good shuttle service to DisneySea and Disneyland. Also enjoyed the free snacks and drinks provided by the hotel for its guests and the good range of personal care products and tea bags and coffee which guests can help themselves to.
GGuihuatianjiuniangGreat value for money, the room was a good size. They provide DHC toiletries, and the view from the window is unobstructed, which is a nice bonus. The double-pane windows offer excellent soundproofing; I didn't hear any planes flying overhead, probably because it's not on the take-off or landing flight path. There's a free shuttle bus to both the airport and the shopping mall. We had a flight the next day at noon, so we explored the mall that evening and then took the 9:30 AM shuttle to the airport. It was much more relaxed than staying downtown and having to rush to the airport.
KKenThoThe hotel is very near to Narita AirPort and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. Free parking if you are driving. There’s a public hot spring next to the hotel where hotel guests can enjoy complimentary entrance but only from 1300 to 2100. Room is super spacious but facilities felt old. Good enough for a short stay especially if you need to catch early flight from Narita.
There’s also a small 7-11 convenient store at the hotel lobby.
AAnonymous UserGateway cleaning has been slippingthe hotel is run down
But the staff is great
It has the best breakfast of all the hotels I've been to ..
The bus is not frequent but the drivers r very caring and securing luggage .
The service in the hotel shop is excellent .
Prices r a bit higher but for a tiny shop it has great selections .
Good great bang for ur money .there is also a shuttle to the local train stn , shuttle to the airport
DDantianniziThe hotel provides a shuttle bus service to Disneyland and the subway station, which was really convenient for our trip to Disneyland the next day. The only slight inconvenience is that it's a bit of a walk, about 1.2 kilometers, from the subway station. However, the hotel's location around Tokyo Bay is quite peaceful, and you can even enjoy sea views.
GGuest UserOverall the hotel was good value for money.
Some areas are in need of renovation, which they seem to be working on, while other areas are very nice. The room itself was large and nice and the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand was quite dingy and I was glad I did not have to use it as I just went to the onsen (which costs 700 yen extra). The onsen was great. The on-site 24/7 conbini is convenient as is the free airport shuttle service. I would say that the overall room cleanliness could be improved, the sheets were clean, but some other areas of the room could do with being cleaned more thoroughly.
GGuest UserThe hotel lobby is stunning, and it's incredibly convenient to get to, with a direct bus from Haneda Airport's bus stop number 5. It's actually right next to Bayside Station on the Disney Line. Even if you miss the hotel shuttle, it's just a short walk to the Disney Line. The staff are warm and polite, and the hotel's dinner buffet is excellent value for money with a great variety of dishes. We were late coming back from the park and decided last-minute to have dinner at the hotel, and the buffet was open until 10:30 PM. The rooms are much larger than those in the city, clean, tidy, and comfortable.
ZZqqqqqqzuikeaiI didn't have high expectations staying here for an early morning flight, but I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the room was. It's actually quite spacious. Although the pictures might look a bit plain, the room is really new and spotless, and I slept very well. You can pick up various toiletries in the lobby, which is a nice touch. The only downsides are that the hotel gets very busy. Unlike other hotels where the shuttle buses only have a few people, this one is always full. You need to get there at least 15 minutes early or you might not get a seat. Checking in also involved a bit of a queue, and I didn't try breakfast as it looked like there was a line for that too. Otherwise, everything else was great.
SSharon Tang (Sharon 852)It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.
