The location of this hotel is very good, in the city center. Unfortunately, there are no scenic spots here😔, but the facilities of the hotel are very poor. The water in the bathroom of the first room was very slow. After complaining, we were changed to the second room. The room was larger, but There is no heating. It turned out that the switch of the machine was controlled by the reception. The staff forgot to turn it on😅, and the heater in the bathroom could not be turned on. It was only 3 degrees that day, and it was the same after changing 3 rooms😤

The hotel is about three kilometers from the city center, with free parking and a great breakfast buffet. There are many people staying. After breakfast, I saw that the line had already stretched to the middle of the hotel lobby.
There are complete fitness and swimming facilities, and there is a bicycle lane on the road outside the hotel for jogging🏃, which is quite good.
The room is large and comfortable.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good, and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

The staff and room were amazing. My only issue is there were children running up and down the halls for hours and when I called the front desk about it I was basically told yes there are a lot of children in the hotel. They did send up someone to deal with it but it didn’t last longer than 30 minutes. A bit disappointing as this was a four star hotel.

We had the hottest Irish day in 3 years which was fantastic but it overheated the room and took until late evening to cool off as there is no aircon. Room service was excellent but there seemed to be too few staff in the restaurant to keep the breakfast supplies constantly full. Food was great. Overall a great place to stay.

Following the navigation, we found the guesthouse right away. Just like previous guests' reviews, we really liked the environment, the room, and everything was excellent. The hostess was very welcoming, the breakfast was fantastic, and the dining environment was very comfortable and relaxing.
