"The hotel is a bit far from Helsinki Central Station, but I could walk there without a suitcase. The nearby supermarket was very convenient. Although the building is large, having two elevators and several entrances made getting around very efficient, with no need for long detours. The room amenities were excellent, with a fridge, freezer, dishes, and an electric oven (microwave), plus a dishwasher. The free-to-use washing machine and dryer were also a great bonus. The self-service luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was very convenient and hassle-free. The only minor issue was that the self check-in process had many fields to fill out, making it a bit slow; it would have been better if I could have entered the information beforehand. I would definitely like to stay here again."

"Good location. We walked from Stockholm ferry and we took bolt to Tallinn ferry. Walking distance to centre of town. Early check in not allowed so left suitcases and went for lunch. Big hotel. Long walk to room. Breakfast was good. Green smoothies etc. breakfast room was big so even if crowded, people come and go so no problem."

"It was great that the hotel sauna was free to use from 7 AM to 10 AM. The hotel was also conveniently close to the Viking Line ferry terminal, which was perfect since we were taking their ferry."

"The service was wonderful. The staff were genuinely friendly, not just smiling because they had to. I had an issue with my room, and it was resolved very quickly and with great kindness. The hotel is located close to a market with several restaurants and two supermarkets, one of which is open 24 hours a day. It is also very close to Sea Life and the roller coaster attractions, making it a great choice for families and anyone planning to visit those areas. If your main goal is to visit the city centre, there are several bus routes and a tram stop right in front of the hotel. You can also rent a bike or an e-scooter and enjoy the ride through the park, which is a lovely option in good weather. If the weather is bad, the location is less convenient for getting to the city centre. However, when it isn't raining or extremely cold, the location is excellent and offers a much quieter, greener environment. One feature I really liked was the hotel's fantastic guest kitchen. I didn't use it myself, but it looked ideal for families travelling with children or for anyone planning a longer stay. The hotel also has a gym, a lovely rooftop terrace, and complimentary laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes free of charge. There is also a sauna and a steam room, which are a great bonus after a day of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families with children or for travellers who don't need to be in the city centre all the time and would rather enjoy the surrounding parks and forests while still having easy access to the main attractions."

"With a very cheap price for a hotel very closed to the central station, I can’t say any bad word. I booked a cheapest room with breakfast. It is a not luxury, but a small room which has everything and everything works fine. Beds are so soft and comfy, I slept really well. Breakfast is really good. I can’t believe this is a breakfast from a cheap hotel, much much better than many of pricey hotels I’d stayed."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, just a 5-minute walk away. There's a supermarket and restaurants nearby, and it's super close to the train station with plenty of dining options. Plus, there's a tram and metro stop just a one-minute walk away, or you can catch most trams in front of the train station, making it easy to get anywhere! The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is a Western-style buffet with a good variety of food. The staff are very friendly and welcoming."

"The room accommodated three people with two single beds and an extra bed. The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the Helsinki train station. The only drawback is that the room's facilities are comparable to a two-star hotel or inn in China. The bathroom fixtures work but are very old. You'd need to be 178cm tall and on your tiptoes to look out the window. It reminded me of a song called ”Tears Behind Iron Bars.” This was our last hotel of the trip. Since we only stayed one night, it was the worst value for money of the entire journey. This might be due to Helsinki's high prices, but the front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and check-out. If you usually expect a four-star standard or higher, I'd advise caution with this choice."

"We reached at midnight due to a delay in our flight, and there’s no staff around at all. After finding clues, we found out we had to check in on our own in the machines provided. There could have been better signage to point out this or chat to the travel agencies, especially during hours that there’s no staff around to prevent wasting time. There’s no cleaning given to the rooms on days 1& 2, and cleaning will be done on day 3, so if you stay just for 2 nights? Bummer like ours. However, to our surprise, the trash bin in the toilet was not cleaned, and there’s even blood there! It was a very unpleasant experience for us. It’s one thing not to clean for 2 nights, but at least make sure everything is properly cleaned! We found out on our own also that there’s free storage, but you had to activate it correctly before checking out; otherwise, it would not work. Thankfully, we found out about this on time; otherwise, we would incur charges and hassle to keep our luggage in luggage services elsewhere since we would not be able to keep things inside the room without a card issued by the machine. Again, it’s one thing to do everything automatically, but you must inform customers first on this. Hotel location was great. Not so far from metro and tram station. At midnight, tram was still working from the central station to the hotel side thankfully as metro has closed for the day. I have not tried the metro since tram is more convenient to go to the sightseeing places."
