The best is the very central location and near free parking. For a couple of nights very good if you only use it to sleep a few hours a day and take a shower before visiting the storehouses again and then go from pintxos to the Laurel Street or other fantastic gastronomic sites nearby.

The hotel was in a nice location and the restaurant was very good the back patio along the river was a highlight the rooms were small but met my needs I appreciated the front desk help and the morning breakfast’s were excellent. My complaint was that It was impossible to take a shower and not flood my room. There is clearly a known problem that the hotel hasn’t bothered to take care of because I could see the rotted baseboards near the bottom of the outside of the shower from many previous floods. The wood was damaged and peeling away from the wall. They didn’t seem to care when I told them. It wasn’t nice that they didn’t tell me to be careful if this known issue when showering so I didn’t have to step out of the shower and use every towel in the room to mop up all the water.

Unbeatable hotel best one for our entire spain trip. Excellent staff service, best breakfast we had and the location is right at the area for tapas bar hopping at night. Air conditioning wonderful for June. Will recommend

The hotel is very central, they are very friendly. No noise is heard. The room is very good and very clean but the smell that comes out of the bathroom is horrible, smells the whole room, is very annoying. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable.

When I checked in, the counter asked, and the Michelin dinner was delicious. I gave this part a hundred points ~
But the breakfast experience was very poor. I made an appointment for breakfast at 10 o'clock. I waited at the door according to the sign at the entrance of the restaurant. The service staff was only one person. She was very busy. After seeing us, she told us to wait a moment, so we waited for 15 minutes. We were tired and sat down. She asked me, “Are you waiting for me?” and in the 15 minutes we waited, two other customers walked straight into the meal, and the service staff served them first, because until 10:30, there was still nothing on my table, and I took the knife and fork and menu myself. I started my breakfast at 45 (I only ordered three simple boiled eggs), and when the meal was delivered, all the guests were finished and left, not understanding why it was so snub.

Hotel just in Haro entrance but not more than 10min walking from the center and areas of restaurants and bars. Free parking in front or around the hotel, being a housing area is white area so save you the blue area as it passes in the center that is an important added value if you are in car. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and it was very good to get a good breakfast. Haro is nice for 1 or 2 nights that if you spend something more and visit a shop worth it

MikeSZThe hotel is very central, near all the bars and restaurants, Calle Laurel too but it was quiet at night. It has its own underground car park as well. The staff are really kind and helpful. There's a Cafe right next to the hotel with excellent coffee and pastries. The food in the bars and restaurants in the city center is very good.

Apollo-CynthiaThe hotel is very good, the front desk speaks good English, so you don't have to worry about language problems. If you want to go to Bilbao, they can help you check the bus timetable in the counter system and then go to the bus station to buy tickets directly, which is more convenient. Otherwise, if you go directly to the Logrono train station (opposite the bus station), the ticket seller can hardly speak English. I bought the train tickets to Haro and Madrid at the train station by gesturing and writing. Of course, you can also buy directly from the machine, but the ticket machines in small places are often not working well.
The hotel is very conveniently located, about 1,000 meters from the Logrono train station and only 500 meters from the Laurel Street snack bar. I missed breakfast on the day I left because I caught an early train, and the hotel was very considerate to help pack breakfast for me to take on the road.
