"Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war gut und für jeden was dabei. Kommen wir zur Sauberkeit: Es gab keine Zimmerreinigung Dienstags und Freitags, nach dem Duschen stand das Bad jedesmal unter Wasser , da die Dusche sehr tief gebaut wurde, wir haben versucht mit Handtüchern die Situation zu retten, das Waschbecken wurde nicht einmal gereinigt nur der Boden im Bad wurde feucht gewischt . Die Zimmerpflegerin hat die nicht einmal die Bettwäsche gewechselt. trotz sichtbare Flecken, der Kopfkissen wurde einfach gedreht. Der Klimaanlage war eine Katastrophe ,es funktionierte nicht und nachts hatten wir Temperaturen von 28 Grad, man konnte kaum schlafen."

"The location is perfect, it is 3 minutes from the beach, the breakfast is spectacular, the dinner is not worth it. We had a problem with the room assignment, since as they told us they assign you the room (renovated or not) depending on who you book with, I booked with trip and it is seen that if you do not reserve with booking you will not get the good rooms. We spoke when we arrived with a man, quite rude and unfriendly, we told him the problem of not having reserved that room, after discussing with him, he told us that the next day we should speak with a man who was going to be at the reception, the lady was super nice, pleasant and decisive. As did everyone at the reception."

"My stay at The Loft House Ibiza was amazing! As I arrived early in the day, I couldn't check in right away, but I was welcomed with a delicious cocktail by the pool. I was able to relax there while my luggage was safely stored. I found a beautiful and very spacious apartment, with a nice balcony offering a partial sea view and a stunning sunrise! Everything looked brand new, as the hotel had just opened. The beds were wonderfully large and firm, located in a comfortable bedroom with air conditioning and effective blackout curtains. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom was lovely, with soft towels and plenty of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The living room also had a fantastic (sleeper) sofa and was very comfortable, also equipped with air conditioning. The entire apartment exuded a sense of calm and was tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and knew me by name, which immediately made me feel at home. The service was very personalized, and everyone greeted me. The personal welcome note certainly contributed to this. There were also fruit and bottled water in the room. A special mention goes to Barbara: I've never met a receptionist who was so energetic, friendly, cheerful, authentic, helpful, and proactive. Truly a huge asset to the hotel! Thank you for everything, Barbara! The accompanying bar, Fenomenal, serves a fantastic breakfast, which I enjoyed every morning. You also get a discount on other menu items. The tacos are highly recommended! Additionally, the hotel is very centrally located, right in the heart of the lively center. For example, the Punta Arabi hippie market is just a few minutes' walk away. Across from and next to the hotel are several establishments that are open until late at night. This was very convenient, but I experienced no noise issues. It was also great that the hotel has private parking spaces, as parking in Es Canar itself is not easy. It was with a heavy heart that I had to leave this wonderful place, but I will definitely be back! A beautiful new permanent address in Ibiza! Truly recommended, with excellent value for money! ❤️"

"Didn’t go for the food package so would have been nice to have some sort of tea and coffee making facilities and possibly a small fridge already in the room. I did notice a poster at reception for a fridge with €40. Not sure if this is a deposit or a charge. Location is good with access to both EMT and TIB busses, EMT is cash only and TIB allows you to tap on and off with a regular bank card. Prepare for your bathroom to become a slippy wet room, as the cleaners never replace wet towels or floor mats. The shower quickly overflows. Also to fit on the toilet the right way you’d have to be 4”2 so you have to sit on it sideways as the wall is right in front of it."

"Very nice hotel, attentive and very smiling staff. The rooms are large with a kitchenette and quality bedding. An improvement is desirable in terms of the quality and taste of the food offered."

"Room was very clean and hotel central to restaurants. Parking only available on the street or municipal lots nearby. Breakfast was adequate with scrambled eggs, beans, veggies, yogurt. Bathroom was very small and you had no room to move around. I’d think of this as 2 star vs 3 star hotel as it did feel very basic."
