Hotels With Breakfast in La Altagracia, Dominican Republic

The hotel itself is very beautiful and cozy, but what disappointed us was the service. Most of the staff were impatient and unhelpful. One of the sports bar staff even cursed at us in Spanish, thinking we didn't understand, and that was only because we hadn't yet chosen the snack we wanted. Another thing that took us by surprise and upset us was the availability of the restaurants, practically ALL closed. The hotel description lists several options, but only the Italian, Dominican, and Japanese restaurants were open, causing overcrowding. We were only able to book dinner at the Italian restaurant, and we returned the next day to the general buffet, which, although large, had few options and variations of food. The cuisine is different, the meat is different, but that's to our taste. I had asked the hotel in advance for a different arrangement or something special because I was on my honeymoon, and they didn't even respond and upon arrival they could give us a honeymoon room but only for the payment of 70 dollars, but anyway, we didn't let that spoil our rest, but among the resort options I've been to, I believe that in terms of service, organization, entertainment and food this was the ”weakest” of all, what really captivates is only the landscape and the location, because the other things are all ok to weak. Oh and if you're looking for entertainment, be aware that the games available at the sports bar are all paid, from 1 to 3 dollars per machine.

It's normal, but it's not worth waiting for anything special. Cleaning and changing towels every day. Breakfast is only 3 options for choice, one of which is always absent. There is your small beach club with a bar at the second hotel on the beach in a pedestrian accessibility. The staff is very slow, as well as everywhere in the country. Before New Year's Eve, they asked the tug to clap the dress, we never brought it. And the room is a large closet and no shoulder hanger. No refrigerator. Big balcony, no chair on the balcony. Everything is somehow unthinkable

We were hosted at the hotel Bakour and our experience was absolutely exceptional. Since we arrived, the staff made us feel like at home. The attention was of high quality, familiar and extremely careful. They were always ready to help us with whatever we needed. The reception was particularly highly high thanks to Kimberly's friendlyness and efficiency, who greeted us every day and kept us informed about the activities of the hotel. Your personalized attention and your willingness to help us at any time were essential for our stay. But what really loved us was the staff's attitude in general. From Manuel, the tours seller who became a friend and made us several gifts without commit, even the bar and buffet boys, such as Jazmín and Joan, who were always attentive and kind. Even Junior, who worked at night, was extremely social and made us feel part of the family. We were very happy to have a nice and comfortable room, and we were very happy to have a nice room. In short, the hotel is worth the 5-stars with a great deal of cressing, staff is very careful and carefully concerned about the guests' experience. My stay was overall great, the room looked good and comfortably accommodated 3 persons with the bed, sofa bed area, the nice kitchen with a big fridge and appliances, and the bathroom was big and looked great. The staff were great and very accommodating, very friendly and helpful in every way. My only complaint would be the lack of insect control. I believe it’s due to the high door that insects can easily crawl under and get inside. Numerous small insects, mosquitoes and even a small lizard at one point were found in the room (compliments to the male front desk worker who came and tried helping to remove the lizard that night). Also cobwebs and dust (minimal) in the ceiling and on the surfaces of high appliances respectively. Seems as though the room I got hadn’t been used in awhile. But overall a wonderful stay.

This hotel is pretty good, especially the infinity pool on the roof, it's so beautiful! You can order your own breakfast, and there is freshly squeezed watermelon juice. The hotel's exclusive beach is on the first floor, and the beach is open at night. The sky bar on the roof is open until 11 o'clock. Overall, it's pretty good. This city is very beautiful.

La posizione della struttura è davvero ottima a una decina di minuti dalla spiaggia a cinque minuti dal centro. Posto accogliente, staff disponibile, camera da letto non molto insonorizzata, una stanza diciamo ”alla buona”, comunque abbiamo avuto un soggiorno di solo due notti piacevole e ci siamo riposati.

Grand Bávaro Princess – All Inclusive was a great experience. The best part, without a doubt, is the beach: wide, soft sand, turquoise water, and a truly beautiful view. Perfect for relaxing, long walks, and spending the whole day by the ocean. The location is excellent and the resort feels comfortable to move around. Overall, the service was very good: friendly staff, quick to help, and always with a good attitude. The facilities are well maintained, with several dining options and plenty of areas to relax. The food was better than expected, especially at the à la carte restaurants—well presented dishes and great taste. Ideal for solo vacationing, couples or families looking for a large all-inclusive resort with an amazing beach and a calm atmosphere. I would definitely come back.

Good Hotel, friendly service. Good quality for money.

This was our family trip to celébrate my daughter anniversary and everything was good, but what we enjoy the most was our daughter and mother day spa. The group in tha spa (Yaridis, Juliana and Olga) were very professional  and they were very aware of making us fill a pleasant and unforgettable vacation and celebration. We went to the spa for services twice during the stay.
