Our room was lovely. They kindly upgraded us for free because we had a child, and the new room was wonderfully large and spacious. The hotel itself, from the rooms to the lobby, was very distinctive and charming. The Western restaurant on the second floor served delicious food, and it was very convenient for dining. The hotel is located right on Zhongsu Jin Street, so you can hit the shops right downstairs. It's just too convenient! Definitely a 5-star rating!

I've always wanted to stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Hohhot, and this time I finally had the chance. I moved here from another five-star hotel. Comparing the two, the Shangri-La definitely comes out on top; I'm very satisfied with both the room maintenance and cleanliness. The Executive Lounge is truly exceptional. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich, and you can enjoy unlimited lamb shumai, which I had to rush to get at the previous hotel. The Shangri-La Hohhot is genuinely excellent! It'll be my first choice next time too.

The breakfast was incredibly generous and delicious. The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get around and go shopping. The room was clean and tidy, with soft, comfortable bedding. The natural light and ventilation were excellent. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the toiletries were provided. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in/check-out was efficient. The cleaning staff were also very considerate. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, the environment is quiet, and my stay was excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The location is great, there is a bus stop at the door, and the transportation is very convenient. I give it a five-star rating for this. The breakfast variety is so rich, very 🉑The most loyal returning customer, not only me, but the whole family is very satisfied, it is worth recommending! My stay at Shangri-La Baotou far exceeded my expectations! Even before checking in, I received a call from the hotel arranging the room according to my preferences. Upon arrival, the concierge proactively helped with luggage, and the front desk staff were warm and meticulous, introducing the hotel's restaurants and fitness center. The room was clean and hygienic! I've had their shaomai before and it was good, but this time I was particularly impressed by the new mutton buns at breakfast – absolutely amazing! My family really enjoyed the freshly fried dough sticks. Overall, the entire check-in process was excellent, and the hotel's location is superb! It's only about a 15-minute drive from the highway exit! Finally, a special shout-out to Avila Wang.

I stayed for four nights and experienced both the Family Room with twin beds and a view, and the Tent-themed Family Room. While both had the same square footage, the Family Room felt a bit cramped in its layout. The twin room was the most comfortable, with a great view of the bridge and the Yimin River, absolutely stunning after the snow. The Tent-themed Family Room had a slide, which kept the kids entertained in the room. The service was outstanding, truly exceptional. One thing I particularly want to commend is the hotel's TV setup. You can directly log into iQIYI and Aurora Cloud TV, unlike some hotels where you only get Aurora TV for a fee, and even screen mirroring costs money, or there's nothing good to watch. They even provided extra small chairs for the beds, which was a nice touch. Originally, for two nights of our trip, we had planned to try a different hotel and booked at Hanting, but we ended up canceling that and staying at Arivon Manor again.

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was a breeze, and housekeeping was very prompt. All the facilities were in great working order. Definitely great value for money, and I'll absolutely choose this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!

A hotel worth staying at. The room had a window and was quite spacious. It's not far from the subway station, and there's a bus stop right outside the entrance! The front desk service was absolutely excellent – friendly, warm, generous, and always ready to help. It was a huge plus that they could store our luggage for us.

The hotel boasts an excellent location in Xincheng, Hohhot, being very close to the General's Office and the subway station. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and hygienic, and the staff are incredibly nice. I especially loved the revolving breakfast restaurant on the 25th floor. The views were expansive, and the breakfast spread was comprehensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, including milk tea, lamb offal soup, and shaomai. Overall, our stay was very comfortable. For the past few years, we've consistently booked Hilton Garden Inn hotels whenever we travel. We've become huge fans of the brand, and I genuinely give them a five-star rating!

The room is clean and tidy. The bedding is comfortable. The water supply is large and it is very comfortable to wash. Parking is convenient at the door. The service is super super super good. I upgraded the room type for free. After checking out, they also took the initiative to give bottled water and slippers for use on the road. This environment, this price, and this service are really worth it. I hope the price will not increase.
