The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful. My husband had a sudden flare-up of sciatica from a herniated disc upon arriving in Zhangjiajie, rendering his right leg immobile and making it impossible for him to sleep on the spring mattress. The staff promptly brought three quilts to make a bed on the floor for him. Later, a friend discovered he was missing a pair of trousers only after arriving in Shanghai. After contacting customer service, they quickly located the trousers and shipped them out the very same day. The front desk officers were so helpful and friendly. They helped us to take our big luggages to the 3rd floor where we stayed for a night. It's just a walking distance to the main river and we could enjoy the whole evening strolling around the river without worrying our distance back to the hotel. Although there were lots of pubs, but the location of the hotel is not too close to the main bars area, and we could still sleep peacefully. Totally recommended. PS: it might have a few mosquitoes during the nights so have to close the window.

This hotel can only be reach by foot after admission tickets to Furong Ancient Town is presented at the main gate. Great view of the river not overlooking the main waterfall. Good location. Lovely breakfast included and can have cooked noodles made. Staff were very helpful. Communicate via WeChat

This hotel is right next to Huangxing Square, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. It's just a short walk to the pedestrian street and the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, offering a quiet escape despite being in a lively area. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. It's excellent value for money. Staying here for a trip to Changsha is truly hassle-free, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. There was a good variety of options in breakfast. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Five-star rating | Sheraton Changde Stay Experience Beyond satisfied! The front desk service was warm and efficient, making for a seamless check-in. The room was spacious and tidy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering lake views, and the Sweet Sleeper bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was extensive, and the Changde rice noodles were absolutely amazing. The 24-hour gym and pool facilities were complete, offering a fantastic experience. The location is close to Wanda Plaza, making travel and dining super convenient. I'll definitely come again!

The hotel's location is excellent, especially since we were planning a day trip to Tianmen Mountain and it's right nearby. We drove there, but Tianmen Mountain's parking lots fill up fast and are often inaccessible, so we parked at the hotel. It was a quick 6 yuan taxi ride to the mountain. The front desk lady was super nice and pretty, and even upgraded our room. The room itself was clean and spacious, and the hot, strong shower was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Great value for money! I'll definitely book here again next time.

Honestly, the room was nice but was very noisy with the plane flew over occasionally during midnight. The hotel 3rd floor restaurants were not operating at night so THEY TURNED OFF THE ENTIRE FLOOR LIGHTS. Once you exit the lift, it’s pitch dark… They also turned off the lights for those conference rooms and corridors next to the washing machine areas at my room floor… It was so horrifying. Told the front desk, they said they will turn it on but nope. Nothing was done. While no other users but only our clothes were on self service washing, we returned within 10 mins after the washing timer completed. Shockingly noticed our clothes have started drying on incorrect setting. (We needed cold temp, slow spinning). It was the cleaner who “helped” us. It may be out of good wills but I personally find it inappropriate since no permissions were granted to touch or move our belongings.. The butler lady who contacted me through WeChat were also quite pushy on getting me to buy the tour tickets from her. She will keep reminding me to quickly make decisions on the ticket purchase… Intentions were questionable as my other hotel butler did not keep insisting. Nonetheless, she was still very helpful and responsive. When we arrived, there were no services and the front desk gave me the “you should have known how the hotel works” kind of look and instructed me with 2 lines:“ Breakfast at level 3, washing machine at level 5.”

The resort is a little tricky to get to if you hire DiDi so make sure to utilize their free pickup service from airport or train station. They were very accommodating. We booked the hotel last min and they were able to arrange a driver to pick us up on the same day. Overall the stay was very comfortable and it’s located in a small village just steps away from one of the 5 entrances to the National Forest. We definitely enjoyed the small town feel. It was a nice trip to decompress after the lively, bright lights and bustling streets of Chongqing (which was also great!). The food they serve and free breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay here again when we revisit Zhangjiajie.

The service was incredibly warm and attentive. Our room overlooked the Suoxi River, and the outdoor balcony with a bathtub was perfect for soaking while enjoying the night views – so relaxing! Every day, the lovely staff drew me a map for the next day's sightseeing, and following it made exploring all the beautiful scenery so enjoyable. I was extremely satisfied with this trip. The hotel is also just a 10-minute walk from the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Wulingyuan entrance, along a charming wooden boardwalk beside the stream, making every day's journey a delight.
