The environment is great, and the staff are mostly young, professional, and have a good service attitude. However, I felt the communication about the package services could be better. I booked the room, and my friend arrived first, but it seemed she wasn't aware of the photography, drinks, and entertainment included in the package. When I arrived, I was only told that the entertainment needed to be booked in advance and couldn't be done online, which was quite inconvenient. Another minor issue was that the tissues in the hotel were very thin, which wasn't a great experience. Although the hotel is a bit secluded, you can still order takeout, and it even gets delivered right to your door. I recommend 'Jindi'. The breakfast stands out from other buffet breakfasts, but the overall taste was just average; there's room for improvement.

The soundproofing was also generally good; unlike other hotels where you can hear the toilet flush next door, there were no such noise issues, which I appreciated. However, there's one small point of criticism, which might be a necessary design choice for the hotel. We found two locked doors in our room with handles, seemingly connecting to the adjacent room. At night, while sleeping, we heard someone twisting the doorknob and knocking from the room next door, which disturbed us. It's quite bizarre, and honestly, this door created a flaw in the soundproofing. It was a frustrating and unacceptable discovery after checking into a Four Seasons hotel. Is this design mandatory? Is it for safety? It's hard to understand. Nevertheless, I'm still willing to give it a 5-star rating; everything else was impeccable.

The environment is stunning and offers ultimate privacy, with the clear blue sea and golden sand just a stone's throw away. The infinity pool is perfect for photos! The service was attentive and thoughtful, with personalized touches and prompt room service making every moment incredibly pleasant. A small incident occurred when a fire broke out early in the morning at the Vanke Tianqin Villa project across the way. My father, who was exercising on our sea-view balcony, happened to spot it and promptly called the fire department, which helped prevent significant damage.

Stepping into the lobby, the familiar scent was still there, but visually, it was completely new, modern, and incredibly well-designed. The high-ceilinged atrium, with its arcades and lush greenery, created an 'aerial garden' that perfectly captured the essence of Lingnan without feeling old-fashioned – the aesthetics are truly on point. This stay, Hotel Manager Alice specially prepared a welcome gift, complete with fresh fruit, desserts, and red wine. Sipping a drink while gazing at the magnificent view outside the window, I really appreciated feeling so valued. If you've ever been put off by the older Shangri-La hotels in other cities, you should definitely give this one in Nanshan, Shenzhen, a try. It retains Shangri-La's core of excellent service, but the hardware and design are absolutely next level. For business travelers or anyone looking for a relaxing weekend getaway, the experience here is truly flawless.

Came here for a concert, so I booked this hotel. **Location:** The hotel is perfectly situated right next to the iconic ”Spring Bamboo Shoot” tower in Shenzhen Bay. It's incredibly convenient with great amenities nearby, just across a main road from the ”Spring Cocoon” Shenzhen Bay Sports Center, and behind it is Talent Park. **Ambiance:** The hotel lobby, hallways, and room decor have a touch of retro charm, which I found to be very stylish. I booked a city view room this time, and opening the window offered a beautiful night view of the ”Spring Bamboo Shoot” and the surrounding modern architecture – absolutely stunning! **Facilities:** The room facilities are comprehensive, and I really liked the layout. The sleeping area and the washroom area can be completely separated by closing a door. Each functional zone within the washroom area is also separated and quite spacious, which is fantastic. **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness was excellent; the bathroom had no unpleasant odors. **Service:** It was my first time seeing an open-plan front desk, which was quite unique! The staff were very attentive. Someone personally escorted us to our room, explained the room facilities, and even enthusiastically told us we could take all the snacks and drinks from the mini-bar! 🤭👍 **Breakfast:** Additionally, the hotel offers a semi-buffet breakfast. It's clear the hotel genuinely respects its employees, and in turn, the employees naturally extend this respect to the guests. Secondly, the overall ambiance of the hotel is both luxurious and comfortable. From the moment you step in, you can feel the consistent gravitas, elegance, and order that St. Regis is known for. The service process is professional yet not rigid, making you feel very much at ease. Especially worth mentioning – the hotel's signature scent is absolutely divine! It's not a harsh commercial fragrance, but a very refined, warm, and memorable aroma that instantly makes you relax upon entering the hotel. You even find yourself wanting to ask, 'What brand is this fragrance?' Thirdly, and what truly moved me: the incredibly humane handling of situations. Due to our own circumstances, we weren't able to check out on time, and I was mentally prepared for the standard procedure. However, the hotel didn't mechanically enforce the rules; instead, they were incredibly friendly and considerate, extending our check-out time based on the guests' actual situation. There was no difficulty in the entire communication process; they completely thought from the guest's perspective. This feeling of being understood and respected really adds value. To sum it up: This is not just a hotel that relies on its hardware; it's a hotel that has achieved top-tier standards in its management philosophy, employee well-being, service warmth, and detailed guest experience. The room was incredibly spacious. The hotel even surprised me with a cake for my birthday, which was a lovely touch. The yellow bathrobe was exceptionally comfortable. I loved it so much that I immediately bought a new one from the butler after checking out! I was initially told there would be a charge for extra beds, and I requested two. To my pleasant surprise, the hotel waived the extra bed fees when I checked out. It was a wonderful and unexpected gesture. Big thanks to the butler team — Kathryn, Maddy, Qian, and Echo — as well as the duty manager, Singer, for their excellent service. The only minor disappointment was that some of the Panorama Suite layouts differed slightly from the pictures on Trip.com, and the specific room type I wanted was fully booked. However, this didn't dampen my overall positive impression of the hotel. If I have the chance, I would definitely choose Raffles again. I hope to get my preferred Panorama Suite layout next time. (The evening buffet at the Starlight restaurant was absolutely delicious, especially the all-you-can-eat oysters – six different kinds! So delightful.)

Staying at the Park Hyatt Guangzhou was a fantastic experience, largely thanks to our butler, Zero. He contacted us a day in advance and paid attention to every detail, making us feel truly valued. His professionalism and warmth made for an excellent stay! There was a minor hiccup with the A/C not heating properly, but it was resolved quickly. He even brought us red bean soup in the evening (next time, I'd suggest including an extra bowl!).

The room was spotless, and the bedding was so soft – I slept incredibly well. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the lightning-fast room service, everything was seamless. They even deliver takeout right to your room, and the breakfast pastries and desserts were delicious. The beef noodles were also quite good!
