Location: Pretty good (right next to the Zhongshan Road), also quite strategic cause it is close to a mall and subway station (Zhenhai Road). I'm very satisfied with the fact that my room was facing the Zhongshan Road. I felt quite lucky cause I could see the view of Zhongshan Road every morning and night just from my room window. Service: Quite friendly, especially the cleaning and the restaurant staff. They are so kind to me and my father. Although there was a little problem in communication since I can't speak Chinese well, I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Hotel.

I have been here before and I love this hotel. They have a shuttle services from and to the airport for free and the room is clean and spacious👍🏼🤩 The beds are so soft and comfy❤️ I always stay in this hotel for layovers👍🏼 The staff couldn't speak English though but you can add the Hotel's wechat for easier communication. oh and the hallways are well ventilated with newly installed AC

I chose this hotel to spend the weekend with my husband and celebrate my birthday. And I can say that I was not mistaken with my choice: -good location, -very clean room, -pleasant service. I especially liked this stunning view from my room On my birthday, I received a compliment from the hotel, which was also very nice. I recommend it!

I ended up cancelling my booking after arrival and inspection of the rooms. The manager /boss was actually smoking right outside the main door, and the room I was assigned to had the stench of smoke surrounding it. I couldn't even step into the room and requested a room change. I was changed to a room next to the kitchen and adjacent to about 10 washing machines lol. If u can handle smoke and this kind of environment, then definitely go for it. The staff were kind and pleasant , and understood my concerns and I declined to stay there , requested a full refund which was agreed too as well. (mind u I was exhausted after several hours of air travel, and the airline broke my baggage etc, yet I would not dare to rest in this kind of environment). If they improve hygiene and smoke issues this part, it can be a great hotel.

Upon arrival some days they will help you with your luggage some days they won’t show any initiative. service isn’t constant standard. food is average, welcome fruits was pretty decent, below storey 5 rooms smells and is quite populated with mosquitoes. i don’t experience any issue on storey 10

A perfect stay with the best location. Easy travel to nearby metro stations, line 1 and line. Shopping malls are around the hotel, easy access to foods and drinks. The room is clean but with unpleasant smells. Everything is fine except with the room checking-in process which took me more than 30 mins. Please work hard on the hotel guests check in progress!!!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I mistakenly booked a room with no windows. Despite the lack of a window, I had a surprisingly good night's sleep. The room itself was super clean and a good size, so that was a plus. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience much more enjoyable. The price wasn't too bad either, considering the quality of the room and service. One minor downside is that the hotel's location is a bit misleading. It's actually nearby but not directly at the shopping street, need over ten mins walk. Although not a problem, worth to note if you’re looking at the name of the hotel and assuming it’ll be right in the shopping street. All in all, I had a positive experience, and I would consider booking a room here again in the future.

Nice new hotel around 10 minutes drive (20rmb by taxi) from the airport. I just stayed here overnight, but the staff were friendly, room was clean, and I enjoyed the location - you are really in the middle of a local Chinese neighborhood, highly doubt you will see any other foreigners around, but that's cool - part of the fun. Literally hundreds of restaurants within a couple of hundred meters, supermarkets etc. The room itself was well furnished, had all the amenities you would ever need, and most importantly was spotlessly clean. A simple breakfast was included. For the price, you really can't go wrong - I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel descriptions/pictures are quite accurate. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My one very minor complaint would be that waiting for the elevators can take a bit. The service was friendly and all the staff were helpful. The hotel is located in a decent spot where you can find plenty of good food nearby within walking distance. It is also fairly close (a medium walk or a short cab ride) to the train station.

My elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location. When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness. From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish. The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street. A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel. There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel. We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50. I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.

An amazing place to stay. Peaceful environment and good place for foreigners. They have nice beddings, pillows and blankets. The best thing I like the most is the English movies which not all hotels in China have. They have a lovely breakfast with a variety of options. (Please add more western food) ❤️😊 Their sauna impresses me ! Good location! On top of everything, they provide airport drop off for free. 👏 Kudos to the guy who communicate with me in English. Over all, I had a wonderful stay! (They even allowed me to check out until 2pm (fore free!? 🤗

The Staff was super friendly and very helpful. They help with calling taxi and giving out information on various tourist sites. When we had more than 4 hours waiting period for our flight home, they offered us to rest at the 25th floor hotel lounge where we can enjoyed massage chair and complimentary refreshments. We loved out stay there and definitely will go back again. The Breakfast menu was superb. There is also a moderate shopping area for food and clothing next to the Hotel. So We can easily find Lunch and Dinner selection at that shopping Mall or the area around it. Thank you Langham Hotel Xiamen

This place is exquisite! The service, the people and the environment was exceptional. Justin and his colleagues made sure we were taken care of, even booking our spa day for us because we don't speak Chinese. Sometimes things are harder to navigate when you don't speak the language but they made sure we were always taken care of. Thank you all for making Xiamen an amazing experience for us. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Well located with nearby Coffee and Ice streets offering high quality western style cafes, bars and and Pastry shops. Staff at the hotel are attentive and conscientious, however overly zealous about upselling the benefits of the club lounge rooms. Club lounge is small, doesn’t have much to offer by way of snacks. Very limited food options at breakfast. Doesn’t open of offer anything around lunchtime and has limited options for dinner. Ok if you’re a drinker, but range of spirits is small. Didn’t feel I received value for money for the upgrade. My clients and I ended up eating at the main restaurant for breakfast, which was not included in the club price? Also, the views from the club floor rooms were not river views- we overlooked the noisy bar street at the building across the road. Had a problem getting fruit to my room over my 4 day stay, so had to go out and buy Bananas for myself. Another issues was that despite leaving the room available and arranging with reception for housekeeping to clean the room in time for me to have a video conference call without interruptions, they did not and so, i was interrupted during my call and had to repeatedly explain and deal with housekeeping insisting on coming in! The last straw for me was when reception neglected to extend my stay as requested the day before and so I had issues with my card and with checking in again, so I simply booked into another, more welcoming hotel. Overall, the hotel is professional and well managed, but they do seem to have some problems co-ordinating back of house teams.

The hotel's facilities are very new and well maintained, and they are very smooth to use. The lighting design of the room is very warm, creating a homely feeling. The service is even better. From check-in to check-out, the staff are very meticulous in every aspect and will take the initiative to ask if you need help.

IHG never disappoints! Location: right in the heart of downtown Fuzhou, convenience stores and restaurants are all within walking distance. 5 stars! Breakfast: bountiful selections, from Western-style to local food. Things to see: several tourist spots and attractions are nearby, like museums and ”Three Lanes and Seven Alleys”, hop on a bike and you will be there in 15 min. Rooms: Clean, and with a view! Jack Lin and Kris are the very helpful staffs t who helped myself with finding my wallet when it was lost during my transferring the vehicle because i had long journey and the local transportation was somewhat foreign to me in the dark evening. This is incredible to me as a wallet withheld only bills to count a dozen but no ids within, then how should they to reclaim it back is really a credit. In addition the clerks who served at the counter Ms Xu, Zhan, Lin did a lot of helping hands to me are worth to mention in the first place. In addition, what i really want to address is if you are ready an old-school taster can recall still the elegant class of the fine artistic furniture and its amenities of handicrafts this is a suggestion of mine for a coming. A thick carpet paved doorway, a marble finished bathroom, bedroom decorated with carefully designed lighting, of these amenities were those included in all i was served for a night stay. As you can see, from a wallet missing to its return, from a dedication of suite design to the welcoming snacks, and after a long flight journey done i took my newly purchased shoes off and thus i found an immediately medical aids should be required so i asked the possibility for staffs’ service. They can even heal my heel’s hurt. These are all the service they charged no money but really worths travels’ money for the stay. Thus, I appreciated and recommend only to those appreciated the real amenities of classic hotel’s admirers.

The location is really good. The red line of the subway is right under the department store next door. You don’t have to change lines to go to Shangxiahang and Yantai Mountain. They are all on the red line. The room is very clean, the curtains are electric, and the service at the counter is very enthusiastic. I was greeted with a smile and felt very comfortable. The private restaurant on the 18th floor can see the entire three lanes and seven alleys. It has a super big round table and the service is very good. I will choose to stay here again next time.

What an Amazing Resort this is indeed! You need to experience this resort for yourself to understand the professional assistance you get from the staff working at the resort... they even offer you a change of pillows to make your nights sleep better, we definitely made use of this option! The resort is on the beach no need to walk far to reach the beach, also a lot of fun activities to do inside the resort. Will most certainly visit this resort again... They get a full star rating from me 谢谢 to the staff of this resort!

Very pleasant & nice, clean & relatively new hotel suited for travellers who need to commute and transit using the Fuzhou South Rail station. Conveniently located near eateries, restaurants & within 5-10 mins by car to the Rail station. Hotel amenities are quite impressive too

Great location, great views of the river! The facilities are very good and modern! I would recommend this hotel due to its convenience, value and location.

The location is good. It's close to most everything in Fuzhou. The service is hit and miss. We easily checked in and the desk staff were helpful. The concierge was also very helpful. We stayed two nights and didn't get a full room cleaning between nights which is not like a normal Hyatt. (the hotel wasn't crowded at all) The room also wasn't overly comfortable. There are very few outlets, the overhead rainshower was terrible, and the general room layout made it feel cramped. At night, the hallways were loud as well, likely because so many people were placed on the same floor. For the price, I don't think we will stay there again. I would assume there are other better options, likely cheaper.

I came to Fuzhou alone to watch Brother Jie's concert. The hotel I stayed in was really good. There were complete transportation and dining options around it, and it was not far from the South Station. There were many supporting facilities in the hotel, and the breakfast was also delicious. The service of the lady at the front desk No. 007 was very good. Because I came early, she also showed me the room in advance and checked in ('▿ ') Fuzhou is really blessed. ps: Brother Jie's concert was awesome♪(^∇^*)

amazing! We had a non forgotten time in the hotel! How I wish I have more time to spend in the room with the kids and enjoy the warm spring at level 4! The room is spacious and comfortable with toys and kid’s friendly facilities.

For now, in our opinion the best hotel in Shishi, still has one to try out to compare and give this bold statement. Internet flawless, breakfast and dinner on top of the hotel amazing, good food and great views. Staff very friendly and attentive when request were made. The robot bring you food is a nice touch, i know many hotels had, but this one even has a kind of stickers which made the robot funny friendly.

My 3rd stay at this hotel and as usual good service provided. I was upgraded to a continental room upon check in. The only minor issue I faced is tv noise coming from the room next to mine at night time; overall pretty good and would love to visit again.

We stayed at 2207 and also booked a room for my parents at 1519 that had lake view. Overall a great experience. The hotels in smaller cities in China often offer the best value and higher quality and larger rooms. Location is great except that the street in front is very busy and some taxi don’t want to take guests from the hotel because the entrance way costs 5 yuan. You need to explain that for guests the fee can be waived if you register the license plate with the lobby. However this isn’t really common practice so you wouldn’t think of it. Loved the buffet breakfast. Westerners are a rare sight these days (we haven’t seen one). My son who grew up in Canada (but looked Asian) really appreciated the western style breakfast while my family enjoyed Beijing flavored breakfast dishes. Wanda mall is next door so super convenient for dining and shopping! Top value if you come visit Quanzhou.

Excellent service, it was a great stay. The employees assist with our taobao collections earnestly and answers to enquiries clearly. A few points to improve, We went as a family, would have been better if they had playgrounds for kids, could have provided a swimming cap (not aware of necessary) and the Aircon can be colder.

A new hotel that I can really recommend. All facilities you expect will function satisfactorily. The friendly welcome, quick check-in and a short introduction where you can find or use something immediately gives you a relaxed feeling and puts you at ease. Nice clean and spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the mountains. The rooms and public areas have a fast stable wifi connecting. The lobby has a nice sitting area and a separate quiet area for afternoon tea or small snacks. wait staff are very service minded and pay attention to personal details. A very varied breakfast buffet with high-quality food, even gourmets will appreciate this breakfast. We had a pleasant conversation with manager Wang, he was genuinely interested. We look forward to your next visit.

The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by lively places, and convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained. Such a spacious lobby seems to be rare in new hotels nowadays. The room facilities are relatively complete, with electric curtains, direct drinking water, and hot water almost available immediately. The breakfast is good, with many varieties and tastes good.

Always happy to return to the Pullman Shishi. The service is excellent and the location is perfect. And a great view from the 25th floor
