I arrived at late check-in time on 2/11 Sunday and Mildua Inlander's staff was after office hour so I contacted to staff for room check-in by phone call, Staff are so helpful to help me to collect the room key and required admin work. However, due to the resort's layout and my room location(my room is ROOM 90), the circulation of the hotel is not poor, poor room ordering(it is not by 101 for on 1/F like typical hotel, it is using 1-50 for G/F, 51-100 for level 1; if 101-110 for block 1, 121-129 for block 2, 131-139 for block 3, 141-150 for block 4 would be better), no coherent corridor at the end, not much signage and map/easy to miss, no Lift or easy ramp for level 1. so, it is hard to find my room and poor experience before entry the room.
Room is good for me. One thing is: can consider to have openable window after the mosquito net on the balcony sliding door if I don't want to turn on the air-conditioner.
We stayed there one night as we have booked the hot air balloon flight. Thus, didnt have much opportunity to use any facility except the restaurant. We had dinner there and food and wine were great. However, we noticed that some staff werent paying much attention to asian guests. While serving the food up to western guest, the staff was introducing the food in details but not to us. Furthermore, it took a long while to get our desserts.
I have stayed at several motels, this is my favorite. Although the boss and the couple are not Chinese, they are very warm and kind. Look at the horses we are interested in, and take the initiative to take the carrots and let us feed them. It was a simple motel, but the room was clean and stayed for two days. In the morning, I saw the boss picking up sheets. We took a child to sleep, okay, no extra bed and no money. Free parking at the hotel, there is a supermarket nearby, very convenient, it is recommended. There is a bug in the room. In the evening, let the husband kill the bug and you can sleep peacefully. Overall, I don’t want to hide it.
Well, I think this hotel has lots of potential as rooms are big, just opposite of the tram and has parking - not free though. Kind of close to CBD bu tram. However, the pool was extremely dirty. We were very excited to use the pool, but there were lots of pigeon discharge. How sad.. I hope they will fix these problems.

Confusing parking ticket machine swallowed my credit card but staff got it back quickly, Very close to Melbourne airport. Room was clean but the facilities were miserly.
No extra pillows, no face cloths and only 2 towels, shampoo dispenser in shower was empty .Temperature in room had only a small range. Bed had comforter with 3 sheets, Either too hot or cold. Could give you more coffee satchels. No microwave. The staff were very helpful. For the money they charge they could be a little bit more generous. TV was confusing and no wi fi in room. Did not eat at Hotel.
We arrived late but we managed to pick up the keys. Thank you so much.
The toilet in the room is very cold during the June period. The heater in the room doesn't cover that space. The water could also be a little warmer during winter. We had turned the tap to the max and found the water lukewarm.
Booked 2 rooms with my parents here and really loved it. The hotel is near several restaurants, shops and a shopping mall (Dandenong Square). We rented a car and found the hotel to be a very well located base to explore the wider Mt. Dandenong region and various attractions like the Puffing Billy Railway, Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery, Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park and Olinda Village. The breakfast was the standard English Breakfast - baked beans, tomatoes, scrambled eggs, mushrooms and bacon, with bread and various spreads. The staff were very friendly too, a good place to stay!
The place is very nice and may stay again in future.
My room F1 has queen size bed along with a single next to it and 2nd room with single beds.
Parking is right in front of door drive in of the highway and exit via the rear.
Beds don’t have have electric blankets and you don’t need them the Donna keeps you warm.
Stayed for 1 night in Autum. It was a little pricey for my budget. The location was good, it was across the road from the beach but would need a car or bike to the main shopping area & restaurants on the esplanade.
The 2-bedroom apartment was nice & spacious with a full kitchen, fridge, microwave & laundry facilities. Ensuite & main bathroom. Our room had a large balcony however our view was not great but didnt spoil the stay. The only issues where the couches are old & not very comfy. The resort facilities were nice with a large outdoor pool that was warm for a non-heated pool, outdoor large spa that was always busy. Spent most of the time in the heated indoor lap pool. There was a games room, tennis court, gym & bbq area. The staff were also obliging in letting us use the facilities before check in was ready. The only issue was Winkipops breakfast cafe, service was not professional, the food was average with lack of presentation, they ran out of some of the ingredients of the meal order & instead of consulting me they just added other ingredients that was not wanted & the price did not reflect the meal or service thus I would not recommend eating there. Overall, highly recommend the resort.
Thanks to the host lady for taking time to help us when we arrive at the time of the office closure.
Bread and cooking as a welcome gift, super sympa.

GGuest UserThe room was pretty clean, and soundproofing was decent. Hygiene was good too. My only gripe is that the service needs improvement; the front desk wasn't very flexible. It's really close to the airport, which is great for early morning flights, and breakfast was good.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, the room is spacious, and very clean. The breakfast selection is extensive, though you might encounter long queues if there's a large conference group. The staff are very friendly towards children. Overall, this was the best hotel of our trip!

EeMGee_Good location. Just in front of the tram stop Russel Street on Bourke. There's a Thai & Japanese Restaurant downstairs as well. Front desk is extremely helpful & jolly. Bed is just right. Room is clean. There's a hair dryer, iron, safe, but no toothbrush, I didn't ask, but maybe it's upon request. The good thing about Citadines on Bourke is they have a full kitchen with plates & silverware. We didn't use it, but having a microwave is definitely a plus. They didn't clean daily, but maybe you can ask. But it wasn't an issue for us. We didn't need it anyway. Overall it was a good place to stay in Melbourne, we feel it's very central and near good places to be at.

TTaogekanshijieIbis Melbourne Central has an amazing location! It's super close to Melbourne Central and just a short walk to Chinatown, making transport and dining options top-notch. The environment is clean and tidy, offering excellent value for money. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, but for this price in the CBD, it's totally worth it. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThis is an older five-star hotel with decent service. Its location is similar to Tsim Sha Tsui East in Hong Kong – quiet, with many famous shops, bars, and Western restaurants nearby. However, you'll notice a lot of tourists around when you step outside.
The breakfast is pretty good and acceptable, offering standard fare like bread, eggs, coffee, cheese, ham, and fruit – all the daily essentials.
The main drawback is that the hotel is too close to the two adjacent buildings. There are very few rooms with a view; most rooms get little to no sunlight throughout the day and require the curtains to be drawn almost constantly.
The bathroom is particularly bad. The shower screen only covers half the area, so water inevitably splashes all over the floor, making it a mess. This means you often have to use bath towels to dry the floor, leading to constantly wet carpets and very dirty towels in the long run.

AAnonymous UserAn absolutely terrible experience, the service is practically non-existent. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
At 8 AM, I discovered the hairdryer in my room was broken. With wet hair, I couldn't leave. I immediately called the front desk, and they said they'd ”arrange for a new one to be sent right away.” After waiting 20 minutes with no one showing up, I called again at 8:20 AM. The front desk once more said they'd ”follow up.” By 8:30 AM, on my third call, it was still just ”Okay, okay.” I couldn't wait any longer and had to go down to the front desk with my hair still soaking wet.
Upon arriving at the front desk, it seemed like only one person was working in the entire hotel. This staff member was simultaneously checking out guests and rushing to the storage room to find a hairdryer for me. Throughout the entire process, there was no one to assist, no one to coordinate, and no one offered an apology. That whole morning, apart from the front desk being this 'isolated island,' I felt no presence from any other department.
It wasn't until 9 AM that I finally got a hairdryer. This wasted a whole hour of my time, just waiting around, when I could have left much earlier.
During my four-day stay, the only staff I ever saw were at the front desk and in the breakfast restaurant. As for other departments? They were nowhere to be seen. If a hotel can't even guarantee basic room service, what's the point of staying? I do not recommend it.

RRovelynWe had a fantastic two-night stay at Lancemore Crossley St. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. The room was modern, comfortable, and super clean. We loved the attention to detail, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxed yet chic. Highly recommend if you're looking for a stylish and convenient spot in Melbourne!

GGuest UserDefinitely not the best hostel I've been too but not the worst either. However I wouldn't recommend as a female guest. First, they take a photo of you upon check in. I don't know if this is customary in Australia but if it was up to me I wouldnt be willing to provide it (it is stated on trip.com upon booking though, I guess I just missed it). Second... I'm not making any claims here but inside the female bathrooms, there are tiny holes on the walls and doors. They could totally be harmless, but as someone living in Korea where those holes in public bathrooms mean something harmful to women... I wouldn't risk staying at such a place ever again now that I know.
Now for the facility review...
There was 1 working bathroom with 2 toilets & 2 shower booths on my floor, but it probably wasnt too crowded, I never had to wait to shower. Hot water came out just fine. Would give a 7/10 for cleanliness... There were 2 hair dryers only 1 of which was working.
The location is very good, walking distance to all CBD landmarks (very near South Cross Station & tram station right outside the door).
Which also means that it gets noisy at night with the noise from the train running. You can either close the window (which I heard is very heavy) and live with the stuffy smell, or leave the window open and live with the noise. Cant do both.
Amenities... what do I say? I got a key to enter the room & the bathroom. The beds werent numbered so you just get your room number and hop on whichever bed that seemed... fresh. A bed with a blanket, pillow, and curtain for privacy. That was all. They did provide free towels when I asked later. Inside the shared bathroom, there was 1 gel provided inside the shower booth, not sure if it was shower gel or shampoo...
I do believe there is plenty room for improvement. Starting from the holes in the shower booths..

GGuest UserThe room comfortably accommodates 6 people with three double beds, and the bedding is very clean. Each floor has a desk with charging points. The WiFi speed is decent. Breakfast includes sandwiches, toast, milk, coffee, cereal, and unlimited drinks. There's also a gas stove, which is great if you like to cook your own meals, like boiling an egg. The living room on the first floor is spacious enough for dozens of people to have meetings or chats. A major plus is its 8-minute walk to Southern Cross Station, located right in the city center on King Street.
**Environment:** Quiet, safe, and convenient.
**Cleanliness:** The bathroom is very clean, gets daily cleaning, and has no unpleasant odors.

Amazing
OOlalamattyThis was a trip with my wife in Melbourne for a few days before we head off to Tassie. We stayed at the loft room (note the loft bedrooms are located on lower floors, ours was on 2nd floor). On the arrival day, while we were off loading our luggages from our car (there were a few bags as we had just gone to a vineyard and had purchased 4 bottles), the 2 guards at the back door entrance, whom have clearly saw us, but didn’t assist with the luggage, nor inform the front desk to assist us. We ended up carrying the multiple luggages (along with the 4 wine bottles) while the guards watched. On the second day, the guards were friendly - they assisted with doors and greeted us. On cleanliness, after first night, our toothpaste was empty but cleaning staff did not replace with a new set, but overall room was clean to basic standard. However, our room had a bit of odd well on second night (first night was fine) not sure what the issue was but it did smell like kitchen cooking smell (we didn’t cook there). Breakfast was of good value and the staff working there were friendly and very responsive, I would probably say that the best experience was our breakfast thought out our stay there.
