"The room was great, I booked a suite facing the road with a view of the Hai River. It was lovely to stroll along the river in the evenings and mornings. It's less than a kilometer from the Tianjin Eye, which was very pleasant at night. The breakfast was quite good, meeting my needs with bread, sliced baguette, milk, cereal, and fresh vegetables. The lobby was neat and clean, and the mini-bar was excellent. The service was fantastic; I ate alone, as my companion wasn't feeling well and didn't come down for breakfast. A short-haired staff member from the breakfast restaurant brought a generous meal up to my room – much appreciated! They also have a gym, yoga room, and laundry room, which cover all basic needs. Even with a room rate of just over 300 yuan, these amenities are really impressive. Overall, I was very satisfied. It's close to all the main attractions in Tianjin, and there are some good restaurants downstairs. Behind the hotel, in the residential area, you can find all sorts of eateries. Tianjin cuisine is pretty straightforward, sharing many dishes with Beijing and Hebei (no offense to locals, just my personal observation). The only downsides: it is a bit noisy being close to the road, as many people stroll along the Hai River. Also, there are garbage trucks in the morning; early morning garbage collection is a Tianjin characteristic, so I can't blame the hotel. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend a room facing north, away from the road. The suites seem to be corner rooms facing the road. Additionally, the soundproofing isn't great. I could hear two people chatting in the hallway for an entire night – it's rare for guests to talk loudly in hotels, but I encountered it. Other than that, I was quite satisfied and would definitely stay again."

"We stayed in the Ultraman themed family room. The room was spacious and the location was good. The carpet could have been a bit cleaner. The bedding was comfortable, and we slept well. However, there were quite a few sharp corners in the room. The hotel tried to put on some anti-collision stickers, but some had fallen off, so I recommend reapplying them. This time, we arrived during a rainstorm, and there was no concierge to help with our luggage. I hope this can be improved in the future. The main issue this time was that while my child was eating in the executive lounge, he bumped his head on the table when looking up and down from the sofa, cutting his eyelid and causing it to bleed. I believe there are still safety hazards with the facilities. Although the hotel staff and manager came with iodine and toys to comfort him, I suggest re-inspecting the relevant facilities."

Check-in was efficient and smooth, and she patiently and meticulously answered all my questions throughout the process. Any needs I had during my stay were promptly addressed. She was thoughtful and proactive, offering helpful tips for local attractions and transportation routes, consistently demonstrating a high level of professionalism. The hotel's location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and elegant, offering stunning views of the Hai River. The living environment is comfortable and tranquil, with comprehensive and well-maintained facilities. The St. Regis truly lives up to its reputation as a high-end luxury hotel; the attentive and meticulous service made me feel exceptionally comfortable and well-cared for. Thanks to Aiden's thoughtful service, this trip was incredibly smooth, and the experience was truly exceptional. The value for money is outstanding, and I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Tianjin. A big thank you once more to Aiden for her dedicated service. "The room's location and view were absolutely fantastic, no complaints there. However, the service was abysmal. I've never encountered a hotel that calls to rush you out for check-out as early as 10 AM – it was quite annoying. Not a single staff member had a good attitude. Because my flight was later in the evening, I needed to extend my stay by an hour. The front desk staff seemed incompetent; they insisted that I had to move from my booked twin room to a king room that morning, which made no sense to me. Still, I complied. The front desk kept changing their story, which I found incredibly frustrating. The service was genuinely poor. Moreover, the luggage storage area was completely unattended, meaning anyone could just walk in and take bags. The hotel desperately needs to improve its staff's professionalism and training."

They're like an ambassador of the city – a good hotel makes you smile with gratitude when you close your eyes and recall your trip. The Banyan Tree Tianjin Haihe is precisely one such hotel. Everyone we met was so warm, truly going above and beyond to surprise and delight us. 1️⃣ **Location:** The hotel is conveniently located near Ancient Culture Street, the Italian Style Area, Wanghailou Church, and Runzeyuan. It’s an easy 10-minute walk or a quick taxi ride (about 10-something RMB). 2️⃣ **View:** The river view rooms offer excellent vistas. At night, the neon lights on both sides of the Haihe River reflect beautifully, and boats glide across the water, creating a stunning scene. A heads-up: not all rooms have balconies with openable doors, so you might want to confirm this when booking. 3️⃣ **Room:** River view rooms start from 60 square meters and include a balcony. The first round of mini-bar drinks is complimentary. There’s a spacious sofa, perfectly comfortable for an extra person to sleep on. For just over 1,000 RMB a night, the value for money is excellent! 4️⃣ **Service:** Every single staff member at the Banyan Tree was polite, friendly, warm, and enthusiastic. When one of the sinks in our room was a bit clogged, they not only promptly fixed it but also sent a fruit platter as an apology. Mineral water was replenished very promptly; seeing that we were a larger group (3 adults and 1 child), they even left seven or eight bottles, making it convenient for the child. We brought a swimming ring but forgot the pump, and surprisingly, the pool area had one, which solved our problem! The hotel offers transfer services: a round trip from Tianjin Station to the hotel costs ¥80, and a one-way trip is ¥50. While slightly more expensive than a private car, the hotel uses large, clean, and comfortable business vans. Since we had a baby with us, the hotel graciously extended our check-out time. 5️⃣ **Facilities:** When traveling with children, besides choosing a five-star hotel, we typically look for rooms over 60 square meters and a kids' club. While the Banyan Tree's kids' club isn't huge and lacks toy cars, the upside is that it was empty! The benefit of traveling during off-peak times meant our child had the entire club to themselves.👏👏👏 The swimming pool area has two heated pools, which are more than enough for kids to play in, and the adult pool water was very clean. Ordering takeout was super easy, with a robot delivering food directly to the room. I must particularly commend the front door staff. Every time we took a taxi, they would open the car door, handle our luggage, fold the stroller – they did everything they could. We left something behind, and they brought it out to us on a luggage trolley, very professional. Although the room decor isn't brand new, overall, it's very clean, with an extra-large bathtub. They even provided multiple charging adapters, mosquito repellent, and corner protectors, showing great attention to detail. 6️⃣ **Features:** The hotel's main theme is Zen. There's a dedicated meditation space. I absolutely loved the hotel's signature fragrance – it smells very high-end, and the scent of the hand lotion lingered for a long time; I even wanted to buy a bottle to take home. ❇️ **Minor point:** If I had to find a fault, it would be that while the artwork in the rooms is Zen-inspired, the dark tones could be adjusted to create a warmer atmosphere. 💕 If you're visiting Tianjin with your little one, I highly recommend the Banyan Tree Tianjin Haihe. It will definitely add an extra layer of joy to your wonderful memories! Grateful for the experience! ❤️"

"The service was decent, pretty much what you'd expect from a Westin. However, the room itself was a letdown. There was dust in many spots that clearly hadn't been cleaned, and to top it off, I even found an insect 🐛, not sure if it was a cockroach or something else… it was alive and crawling on the carpet… They provided two servings of welcome fruit, but it wasn't very fresh. The complimentary gifts were a nice touch, all themed around Tianjin specialties like Shanhaiguan and Haihe milk. The breakfast also featured local delights like Zhangji baozi, miancha, and gabacai, which is really great for tourists as you can experience Tianjin's local flavors without even leaving the hotel."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Tianjin Railway Station, and right next to the Haihe River, Century Clock, and Jiefang Bridge, making getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff in the lobby were very welcoming and attentive. When they found out I was traveling alone, they kindly upgraded me to a room with a king-sized bed and even gave me a complimentary upgrade to a room with a fantastic view and large windows. Their service was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. The room itself was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. The vanity, toilet, and shower were all in separate areas, which was very practical. Sitting on the sofa by the window, I had an unobstructed, panoramic view of the city. Breakfast is served on the top floor, offering a wide variety of dishes with fresh ingredients, and the service there was equally warm. When ordering takeout to the room, a robot delivered it right to my door, which was both convenient and innovative. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Tianjin."

"Manxin Hotel is fantastic! The bedding is super clean and hygienic, and the mattress is really comfortable. Breakfast offers a great variety and isn't cleared until 11 AM. Plus, they even have a late-night snack service! It's just a 2-minute walk from Jiefang Bridge, and only one stop on Line 3 from the train station. It's right across the street diagonally from the subway exit. It's incredibly convenient for enjoying the Haihe River night views."

Check-in and check-out were super efficient, and they patiently provided information about local attractions and transportation, which was very thoughtful and thorough. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to Jiefang Bridge, making travel incredibly convenient. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the overall stay was excellent. It offers great value for money and is definitely worth returning to again and again!"
