"Choosing voco Chengdu Chunxi Road was absolutely the best decision of my trip! The location is simply perfect: right downstairs, you're on Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, and it's just a five-minute walk to Taikoo Li and IFS. There's an endless array of hot pot, 'chuan chuan' (skewer hot pot), and bubble tea shops nearby – you can eat, drink, and have fun all in one place. Chunxi Road Station for Metro Lines 2/3 is close by, making it super convenient to get to Kuanzhai Alley, Jinli, and the Panda Base. The hotel's design itself is refreshing. voco's signature vibrant colors are blended with elements of Bashu culture; the parrot mascot in the lobby is playful and charming, exuding youth and vitality. The front desk staff were efficient and enthusiastic during check-in. They even proactively shared local dining tips and advice on what to avoid, and even helped us reserve a spot at a popular restaurant – this thoughtful service was a huge plus! The room was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the bustling city. The bedding was InterContinental-standard comfortable, with a choice of soft or firm pillows, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had excellent wet-dry separation, a smart toilet, a rain shower, and high-end toiletries. Even the soft drinks in the minibar were complimentary – quality is evident in every detail. Breakfast is served in the top-floor restaurant with expansive views. There's a rich selection of Chinese and Western options; the freshly made 'xiaomian' (small noodles) and 'dandanmian' (Sichuan noodles) tasted authentic. Paired with freshly brewed coffee, it was a great way to start an energetic day. The gym is well-equipped and open 24 hours, so you don't miss out on your workout even when traveling. From check-in to check-out, every staff member greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome, making us feel the unique warmth and relaxed vibe of Chengdu. The value for money is exceptional among hotels in the Chunxi Road commercial area. It offers the quality assurance of an international brand combined with the personalized warmth of a boutique hotel. Next time I'm in Chengdu, this will definitely be my top choice, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"The B&B boasts an excellent location right within the Changping Valley scenic area. The rooms and the restaurant directly face all four peaks of Siguniang Mountain, with the 'Little Sister Peak' (Yaomei Peak) being particularly prominent. We were incredibly lucky to witness snow-capped mountains, a starry sky, and even a glimpse of the 'Golden Mountain Bathed in Sunlight' (Rizhao Jinshan). The B&B rooms are well-equipped, featuring underfloor heating, oxygen generators, and humidifiers. The underfloor heating was constantly on, ensuring the room was warm the moment we stepped in. The decor was cozy, and each room had a private courtyard, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Although I didn't dare use the bathtub at this altitude, it seemed to be of high quality and very clean. A comprehensive set of good quality disposable toiletries was provided, along with complimentary snacks, beverages, and fruits. The B&B offers three meals a day. Breakfast was rich and varied; both the rice noodles and regular noodles were delicious. The Sichuan fermented tofu with plain congee was particularly excellent. On our second day, when we visited Haizigou where there are no dining options, they even packed us a simple lunch for free. The freshly ground coffee at breakfast was also a nice touch. The ******* hot pot for dinner was quite good and warmed us up. They also offered simple Chinese dishes and pizza. What truly stood out was the service – incredibly thoughtful and responsive. All our requests were met. They provided car pick-up and drop-off to designated locations, saving us the worry of driving on mountain roads ourselves, which was a huge plus for female drivers. They actively helped with luggage, bringing it directly to our room. On the day we checked in, we had first traveled from Jiaju to Shuangqiao Valley, arriving at the B&B quite late. We had pre-ordered dinner, and upon arrival, feeling ravenous, the kind lady at the front desk thoughtfully suggested we eat first and even offered us glucose water to prevent altitude sickness. They were always ready to answer any questions about sightseeing and transportation, offering helpful tips. Upon departure, they gave us small gifts and proactively asked for suggestions for improvement, humbly accepting feedback on the tastes of friends from different regions. Overall, the experience was fantastic."

"After booking in Chengdu, I was a little nervous seeing the few reviews and knowing it only opened this year. But I arrived with the mindset that good or bad, it's an experience, and I was incredibly surprised! First, a big thank you to Brother Cai for the thoughtful pick-up. From the moment we started heading up the mountain to the B&B, I could already feel the beauty of the place. Perched halfway up the mountain, the hotel boasts unique and stunning views. All you see is an expansive sky and a tranquil village surrounded by lush greenery. The tent itself was very clean. The bathroom is a wooden structure connected to the tent, and the toiletries were excellent, clearly showing the owner's attentiveness and high standards for quality of life. Something truly worth mentioning: the food here was incredibly delightful!!!! The black truffle fried rice was absolutely amazing!!! A shout-out to the French chef! The owners are all wonderful, warm, and charming. The hotel also offers mushroom picking, and we took 1988 photos, haha! 😂 Upon check-in, we were greeted with welcome fruits, and the staff, both the older and younger sisters, were also lovely and gentle. Oh, and one more thing: lucky guests might even get picked up by Brother Cai in a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen, ahahaha! I'll definitely be bringing my parents here soon!"

"Yibin Zhuliguan is a guesthouse crafted entirely from bamboo, and it's even won a design gold award. I stayed here a few years ago, and this time I came back with friends for the Yibin marathon and stayed another night. The breakfast was excellent, and they also offer afternoon tea. The price is great too, and it's incredibly photogenic – the aesthetics and service are both absolutely perfect! 💯"
