The hotel is well placed near a lot of points of interest I would say the pictures of the hotel available on the website are rather flattering, of course this is to be expected, but I think the reality might feel a bit underwhelming if you place too much focus on the pictures I must say I was a bit disappointed, as the hotel was ranked by trip as number 15 most scenic hotels in Chengdu, and I think this is clearly overselling it ! I believe this hotel can definitely give satisfaction to a lot of travelers, it’s probably good value for money if you get it at a good price, but to place it number 15 of scenic hotels in Chengdu is in my opinion wrong, and I will put less trust in trip rankings going forward because of this I believe a good way for the hotel to improve would be to put a little bit more emphasis on cleanliness

The view of the snow-capped mountains right outside the window was absolutely stunning. The front desk staff and driver were incredibly responsible as well. We arrived very late, but they still arranged a pick-up and drop-off for us. Knowing we were heading to Shuangqiao Valley the next day, they even thoughtfully prepared some snacks to help with altitude sickness. So considerate!

Facilities: This is a classic, older luxury hotel. While the facilities aren't brand new, they feel very high-quality. The telephone in the bathroom is a charming detail from its heyday, and the in-room fridge and safe are very practical. Cleanliness: It had been raining recently, and the first room had a slight musty smell. I called the front desk, and they immediately moved me to another room, which was impeccably clean. Service: Both the front desk and room service were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Since it was summer and I was drinking a lot of water, housekeeping would always leave a couple of extra bottles when replenishing the complimentary water. Accessing the guest floors in the hotel elevator requires a key card, which feels very secure. I was initially worried that food delivery wouldn't be able to reach my room, but the hotel's robot delivery service solved that perfectly – efficient and excellent service. Intangible Cultural Heritage Craft Experience Voucher: I used the voucher for a lacquer fan making experience in the hotel lobby on the first floor. It was beautiful and practical!

The hotel's front desk service was excellent, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and for a place on Chunxi Road, the space was surprisingly generous. This time, the front desk even upgraded my room for free since it wasn't busy, which was a really nice touch. Room 016.

Good location with ample of food choices at the back of the hotel. Many halal food options as well. Walking distance to Tianfu Square, Tianfu Subway, ChunXi Road, Kuanzai Alley and People's Park. Rooms are comfortable with automatic bidet in the bathroom. Comfy double bed and staff was friendly in assisting with taobao purchase and refund. Free laundry service provided and they have robots for takeout directly to the room. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Our stay on this trip was absolutely perfect! The hotel's decor is stylish and modern, creating a really cozy atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean, well-arranged, and all the amenities were easy to use. The staff were friendly, responded quickly, and showed great attention to detail. The location is super convenient for getting around, making travel stress-free, and the price was very reasonable too. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. It was a truly delightful experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all travelers.

Stayed in my dream room with a friend! I love the marble decor, it's simple yet luxurious. We came here for the infinity pool, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning! It felt so much like a vacation, and taking a bath was incredibly relaxing. My friend and I didn't want to get out of the pool, the experience was really good. They offer 24-hour butler service and all the amenities are well-equipped. Coffee was even delivered to our door in the morning, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay.

The new hotel had no formaldehyde smell, the rooms were large and beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. The bed wasn't the super soft type, and the pillows—one high and one low—were a thoughtful touch. Most importantly, being on the second floor, it was quiet at night, and I slept very well. The surrounding environment was great, perfect for taking photos, and the service was excellent. It's rare to find such a satisfying hotel.

The location is the star here — just 200m from the Jiuzhaigou entrance and within walking distance of plenty of dining options including McDonald's, KFC, Chagee, and more. You really are paying for the convenience, and it delivers on that front. The room itself is on the smaller side, and the TV remote was oddly frustrating to use. That said, the hotel makes up for it with some nice little perks: complimentary snacks in the room, free ice from the lobby, and self-service laundry also available. May not be the best value for money, but the location is hard to beat. I'd stay here again on my next visit to Jiuzhaigou.

Our butler, Xingxing, was incredibly thoughtful. Before we even arrived, I had a lot of questions, and she answered them all very clearly. I had many packages delivered to the hotel in advance, but some were sent to other locations. Xingxing proactively helped me retrieve them and bring them to the hotel. The hotel was very comfortable, making for a wonderful trip.
