"This hotel on Shenyang's Middle Street has excellent facilities and amenities. Its location is superb, right on Middle Street, making everything incredibly convenient. There's free parking available directly accessing the upper floors, which is very handy. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The front desk is staffed 20 hours a day. Bottled water is complimentary and unlimited. Invoices are electronic and can be processed via mobile phone at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were very professional, quick, and efficient. The location is truly fantastic, with a prominent entrance. On the 9th or 26th floor (the original text says 9:26, likely a typo for '9楼和26楼' or '9楼/26楼'), there's an observation deck where you can enjoy the night view of Middle Street, complete with telescopes – a really nice touch. Highly recommended, very satisfied, truly excellent, I will definitely come back!"

It's a stunning piece by a New Zealand artist team who recreated a Ming Dynasty painting by Tang Bohu using crystal pillars – a fantastic blend of East and West, exuding such style. It was a truly immersive and delightful experience of Chinese landscape aesthetics. Later that night, I even received a thoughtful delivery of warm chicken soup. My fatigue instantly melted away. As someone who appreciates attention to detail, I absolutely loved it. The service and ambiance were both top-notch. This is definitely my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Shenyang!"

"My overall experience at Shangri-La Dalian was absolutely perfect this time, and I must give a special shout-out to Yina at the front desk! This morning, when I was checking out, the lobby was very busy, but Yina remained calm and professional throughout, never showing any signs of being rushed or perfunctory. She processed the check-out quickly and meticulously reviewed the bill, patiently explaining every charge. She proactively asked if I needed an invoice and carefully confirmed the title and tax ID information, saving me the hassle of double-checking everything myself.
She maintained a gentle smile the entire time, her tone was kind and polite, and her demeanor was just right – not overly enthusiastic to the point of being overwhelming. The hotel's facilities themselves are impeccable; the rooms are spotless, and the location is excellent. However, Yina's thoughtful and attentive service was truly the highlight of this trip. As a high-end hotel, Shangri-La's service quality truly lives up to its reputation, and Yina's professionalism perfectly embodies the feeling of 'home away from home'. "This time, I was traveling with my parents and my child. Since my little one wasn't feeling well, I really needed a great hotel, and this one truly didn't disappoint. The room had two queen beds plus a sofa bed, perfect for our family of five. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful night view outside the window. Everyone in the family praised my choice. My dad stood there, cup of tea in hand, for quite a while, saying, 'Looking at these lights just brightens my mood.' My child was glued to the window, gazing into the distance, and asked if it was a lighthouse. The hotel is only three or four minutes from the bus station, which was great since my parents walk a bit slower – no worries about rushing for our bus. In the mornings, I'd take my child for a stroll in the small park downstairs, and then we'd come back just in time for breakfast. They had hot congee and mini steamed buns, which my parents loved, and my child enjoyed the special kids' area with small cakes and yogurt. When it was time to check out, the front desk staff saw we had a lot of luggage and proactively helped us carry it. Of all the places we've stayed on this trip, this hotel was truly a hit with the whole family."

Special thanks to Alisa, the Guest Relations Manager. We had booked an executive room, and it happened to be our anniversary. Alisa was incredibly thoughtful; she proactively recommended and arranged for us to have a King Business Room instead. The room was on an excellent floor with a wide, open view outside, and the city skyline was absolutely stunning. The view was even better than what we would have had in the executive room. Alisa's service was meticulous and heartwarming, and she was genuinely considerate and attentive, making our anniversary stay feel extra special and ceremonial. The experience was perfect, completely satisfying, and I'm really looking forward to staying here again!"

Our room offered fantastic views; the scenery was expansive when we opened the window. The room itself was immaculately clean, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel's overall decor is in a classic, established style, leaning towards a vintage and stately design. The front desk staff, Zhang Yimeng, was incredibly gentle and handled my check-in very quickly. She patiently explained directions and answered all my questions about the facilities. The room had excellent natural light, the mattress was just right—neither too soft nor too hard—and the soundproofing was effective, ensuring a completely undisturbed night's rest. "Our first night in Dalian was at the Intercontinental, and it truly gave my family and me an unparalleled stay. The front desk, considering we had a child with us, upgraded us to a family room and breakfast, and even gave us a welcome gift. They thoughtfully arranged for the extra bed to be made up for our little one in advance. The room's amenities were excellent, maintaining Intercontinental's consistently high standards.
The breakfast offered a wide variety, including local specialties like sea cucumber congee and Northeastern dishes, all of which were delicious. The staff were numerous, very enthusiastic, and incredibly efficient at clearing plates. From our room window, we could see several historic buildings in Zhongshan Square, indicating a prime location. All in all, I give it a 100% recommendation and will definitely stay here again on my next visit."

Jiangnan's service was excellent, and the room was clean with great attention to detail. Afternoon tea is from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and breakfast is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

AAFANGAFANGThis stay was absolutely perfect! I initially booked for one night just to try it out, but after that first night, I extended my stay for three more.
The hotel's location is excellent, right in Dalian's city center with convenient transportation. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station following the navigation, but it's not directly facing the station square, so the environment is quite pleasant. The hotel is surrounded by a vibrant commercial district and dining options, with many large shopping malls. Tianjin Street is just a few dozen meters away, and the Lantern Festival celebrations there were so lively during the Chinese New Year. Zhongshan Square is less than a 10-minute walk away. On my first night, I couldn't wait to see Zhongshan Square lit up at dusk – it was freezing in winter, so there weren't many people on the large square, but the light show was incredibly beautiful. Russian Street is also within walking distance. For Dongguan Street and Xi'an Street, they're not far from the hotel, and you can easily get there by taking an old tram. In short, it's convenient to get anywhere from here.
Hotel service quality: The main reception is on the 16th floor. The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and very friendly. Check-in was quick, and they even upgraded my room – wonderful! I especially want to thank Mr. Wang Tao; he answered all my questions with great patience. It was quite a coincidence that he was the one who assisted me with both check-in and check-out.
The hotel is bright and clean, very tasteful, and fully equipped with comfortable bedding and excellent hygiene. The dining options are diverse. I particularly recommend their free laundry service. This hotel is definitely worth recommending to friends visiting Dalian.

RriceallI chose this hotel for my Dragon Boat Festival trip to Dalian, and it was absolutely the right choice – very comfortable overall. The lobby is clean and grand, the environment is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The room is spacious, with a well-lit desk and complete office facilities. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a great feature. The cleaning staff were prompt with daily tidying, and replenished amenities were always well-stocked. Maggie and Adam from the concierge provided professional and polite service throughout; they were quick to respond to calls for any needs and handled issues efficiently. The surrounding area has excellent amenities including supermarkets and convenience stores. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. The price is reasonable, making it suitable for both short business trips and quick getaways. The overall experience was impeccable, definitely worthy of a five-star review!

GGuest UserI stayed here for three consecutive nights and was thoroughly impressed! I was pleasantly surprised to discover upon arrival that it's a garden-style hotel, especially considering the very affordable price.
The hotel is nestled in a small mountain valley, offering beautiful scenery and fresh air. It was lovely to take a leisurely stroll around the property after breakfast. All the facilities you'd expect are available, and breakfast can be conveniently had right at the hotel. The rooms have great natural light and ventilation, making me feel very comfortable and secure even as a solo traveler.
The front desk staff provided exceptional service, even proactively upgrading my room. They were so thoughtful, kindly reminding us to dress warmer when they noticed we were lightly dressed.
The guest room was also very clean, and many small details showed the hotel's attentiveness, such as the smart toilet, grab bars, and call buttons in both the toilet and bathroom. This makes it a great choice for families or those traveling with elderly companions. The transportation is also very convenient, with buses right outside the hotel offering direct routes to many attractions. I've visited Dalian many times, and I regret only just discovering this hidden gem now. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on future trips to Dalian and will be recommending it to all my friends and family.
