"I was in Jilin for the marathon and booked a hotel nearby. I never expected this hotel to live up to its claim on Ctrip as having the 'most beautiful scenery' – the view was absolutely stunning! And to top it off, they provided a dedicated car service to take us to the starting line, which was incredibly thoughtful. What's more, every staff member, from the young man who helped with our luggage to the front desk attendants, was exceptionally polite. Finally, a special thank you to Assistant Lobby Manager Zhang Feihong, who contacted me in advance to arrange both the private car and my room."

"First time visiting Northeast China, and as a 'southern potato' (a playful term for someone from the south), I brought my little niece along. There's a dedicated shuttle service to and from the hotel, and as soon as we arrived, someone helped us with our luggage. Our hotel butlers, Jackson and Eric, provided excellent service and were incredibly responsive. I estimated our descent time and, fearing we might be late, quickly contacted the butler. He not only helped with our luggage but also arranged a car for us, and even provided warm cookies to tide us over. When we checked in, a lovely lady with a fringe at the front desk was very nice. Luckily, there was an available room, and she upgraded us to one with a bathtub, which made my niece incredibly happy! The hotel layout is very clear, and the rooms are also very clean. The restaurant is conveniently located on the first floor, so after eating, you can just step out to board your car. The hot springs are visible right as you exit the elevator, with both indoor and outdoor options, keeping the kids thoroughly entertained. The concierge who booked our mountain ascent was also fantastic. Having VIP access significantly enhanced our experience, making the climb much faster. We managed to be among the first group, which was great for photos with fewer people around. While waiting for the shuttle to the station, adults can relax in the lobby while children enjoy the play area. Overall, a superb experience!"

"Excellent stay in YanJi From start till check out - the staff were amazing and courteous Special mention to VIP Guest Manager whom goes all the way to ensure every guest is well taken care of. Her hospitality and professionalism truly elevates this 5 star hotel to be the best in YanJi. Breakfast is gracious especially in Local cuisine - please allocate enough time to enjoy the breakfast. It’s one of the best we’ve experienced in Jilin. We will definitely be back to revisit soon. "I checked in late at night, and from the moment I stepped out of the car, a staff member helped me with my luggage all the way to the luggage rack in my room. The room had excellent soundproofing, so I slept well every night. My Northeastern palate was incredibly satisfied with the breakfast. The pool was almost empty in the mornings, and I occasionally had it all to myself. In the evenings, I could have a quiet meal, enjoy a drink, and unwind at the lounge. All the staff were very enthusiastic, and Angela provided thoughtful service."

"Very nice hotel with friendly front desk staff and neat room with super comfy king size bed! Location not in Changchun downtown centre but easy access to anywhere by DiDi car ride. Quite many restaurants around the hotel but quality was just the local-okay ones. Personal favorite was 王記醬骨頭館 which is 15mins away by car, their Shandong food was superb and good price, we love it! Hotel breakfast was great in the varieties and taste! Yet one of the remarks to the hotel is, the shower gel bottle was totally empty when we checked in the room so my recommendation is if the housekeeping quality can be enhanced it would be a perfect hotel for holiday that we enjoyed so much! It was a good value choice indeed 👍"

My experience showed that it offers excellent value for money, in terms of both its facilities and service. **Location: The Absolute Center of the City** The hotel's location is truly prime, right next to People's Square. It's incredibly convenient for taxis or ride-sharing services. Downstairs, you'll find the Zhuozhan Shopping Center and Wanda Plaza, so shopping, dining, and catching a movie are all just steps away. What was even more delightful was discovering that just across the street is the former site of the Bank of China's Changchun headquarters from before liberation. For history buffs and photography enthusiasts, you can easily snap some fantastic photos when passing by in the morning or evening. **Room Experience: Spotless and Cozy** Staying during Chinese New Year, the room was decorated with a lovely festive atmosphere. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and they even offered a choice of pillows, which meant even someone like me, who struggles with sleeping in new beds, had a great night's sleep. Shangri-La's renowned 'hospitality' was fully evident here. From the concierge proactively helping with luggage and guiding me to the front desk, to the warm towels and tea offered by the front desk staff during check-in, every detail exuded warmth. I asked a lobby staff member about local dining recommendations, and she not only described the dining environment and approximate distance in detail but also thoughtfully reminded us of the convenience of getting around: a central hub for exploring attractions. Using the hotel as our base, our itinerary for the past few days was incredibly smooth: a taxi ride to Nanhu Park, Changchun Zoological and Botanical Garden, Ice and Snow World, and Ocean Fantasy Park were all within a reasonable distance. After a day of exploring, returning to the hotel meant easy access to the bustling commercial area downstairs for food and shopping. If you're planning a trip to Changchun, especially in winter when you want both comfort and convenience, the Shangri-La Changchun is an choice you won't regret. It's more than just a place to sleep; it's the perfect base to truly experience the charm of this city. Clean, welcoming, and well-located – I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Changchun."

"This time I came to Changbai Mountain to play, it was really wise to choose Qingstop Hotel! The single-family villa is very comfortable and the privacy is very good. The room was cleaned very cleanly and the details were taken care of very carefully. The most pleasant surprise is the minibar in the room, drinks and beer are all free, too real. Breakfast must be tried, the taste and taste are online, and the food is particularly satisfying. The staff are very kind and have questions to ask them to help. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; despite the hustle and bustle outside, it was perfectly quiet inside. A hot bath washed away the dust from my journey. The mattress was just right, neither too soft nor too firm, and I slept deeply that night. **Culinary Delights: A Taste of Northeast China** You absolutely must try the steaming hot wontons for breakfast. Sitting by the window, watching the morning light slowly illuminate the city, I felt life was particularly beautiful. A good hotel makes you fall in love with a city because of one room. Changchun's spring is beautiful, but the hospitality at InterContinental is truly heartwarming."

The front desk girls even insisted on helping us four elderly folks with our luggage all the way to our rooms. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, and the restaurant's food maintained the consistent high quality we've come to expect from Hilton Garden Inn – rich and diverse. We've chosen this brand multiple times for our travels, and once again, it left a very good impression!"
