It really lives up to its top ranking. The doorman in the lobby was very welcoming and proactively helped with luggage. The breakfast was plentiful, and they communicated with me in advance about my room type and floor preferences before check-in."

"Traveling to Jilin with two kids, we chose the World Trade Markham Hotel, and overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is right by the Songhua River, and opening the window in our high-floor room offered a magnificent river view – the kids were absolutely thrilled looking out. The room was spacious, the bedding comfortable, and they even provided children's slippers, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast had a rich variety of options, including many that the kids enjoyed. The heated swimming pool was the biggest surprise; after a day of sightseeing, taking the kids for a swim helped us relax and shake off the travel fatigue. The location is convenient for getting around and dining. The service was prompt and responsive. Staying here with two kids was stress-free and comfortable, making it perfect for a family trip."

"Staying at Crowne Plaza Changbaishan Hot Spring Hotel offers a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and relaxation! This was my first time in Changbaishan, and choosing a hot spring hotel was an incredibly smart decision 😁 The hotel is right by the North Gate (Old Gate), just a 3-minute walk away, which is super convenient. This gate is exclusively for hotel guests, so there are very few people. You need to book your tickets 7 days in advance via WeChat Mini Program. The hotel front desk will issue a paper voucher, and you can enter at your reserved time. The shuttle bus takes you directly to the transfer center. For the return journey, you'll go to the new North Gate, and the hotel provides a shuttle service there too. All in all, it's extremely convenient! The hotel lobby has direct access to the hot springs, and you can enter as many times as you like during your stay. Soaking in the hot springs after a hike is just incredibly comfortable 😜 The Garden Restaurant on the first floor offers a rich buffet breakfast. For dinner, they have hot pot sets that are great value for money. Coming back from hiking to a warm hot pot is simply delightful! The hotel's back garden has pets for viewing. The alpacas are plump, and the sika deer are very friendly and super cute! Our stay included two activity options: off-road vehicle and cable car sightseeing (at Heping Ski Resort) and adventure溪溯 (at Julong Volcanic Pumice Forest Cold Spring). Both were excellent! You need to book one day in advance, and the hotel provides a paper voucher and arranges transportation. The scenery was stunning, we had a fantastic time, and took many amazing photos 🤗 The hotel assigned us a dedicated butler who was responsible for our entire stay. They communicated with us in advance to arrange high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off, and reminded us of various important details. This made our stay effortless and worry-free, and the overall experience was superb!"

"I stayed here years ago, and my return visit was just as great. Although the hotel is older, it's clear the facilities are regularly maintained and upgraded. "The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across the river from the famous Floating Market and adjacent to People's Park. The lobby is grand, and you need to swipe your room card to access the guest floors. The breakfast restaurant on the 24th floor offers a wide variety of options, with fresh sushi and omelets made to order. They even have original and red date/longan flavored soy milk. Enjoying breakfast while admiring the cityscape of Yanji feels fantastic! 👍 The hotel owner is Korean, so there are many Korean tour groups – about six large groups during my stay. The room amenities are well thought out: the curtains automatically close when you leave and the power turns off, which helps maintain the room temperature. The toilet only flushes *after* you stand up. Why do I specifically mention this? Because on my road trips along the 331 highway in Northeast China last year and this year, some hotels had toilets that flushed when you sat down and again when you stood up, which felt unhygienic and wasteful. This hotel's equipment is properly adjusted from the start. The faucets are also extended; if you've done renovations, you'd know these extended spouts are specially chosen. The benefit is that when washing hands or clothes, the spout is centered in the sink, so you don't have to bend over awkwardly. The mattress is also comfortable; I didn't check the brand, but a mattress that feels this good would cost around 10,000 RMB for home use. The tatami mat is particularly noteworthy – perfectly fine for one person to sleep on. The entire room is simply and comfortably decorated. My two-day stay was pleasant and relaxing. When I checked out, the hotel manager even gave me a small gift. If the hotel wants to improve further, I think the quality of your bath products could be upgraded. The black packaging looks a bit low-end, and I preferred to use my own products because yours weren't appealing. Exiting the hotel, turn left and walk uphill for about 5 minutes, and you'll reach the North Gate of People's Park. The hotel's first-floor restaurant, Ban Dao Xue Niu (Peninsula Snow Beef), is worth trying, and you get a 10% discount with your room card."

"This hotel, which opened 26 years ago, has a very Japanese-style interior. It's owned by the same proprietor as the Doraku Hotel. There's a public hot spring bath, and I specifically asked the staff who said the hot spring water is transported here by vehicle. You can tell the owner's meticulous attention to detail from the in-room amenities and items in the public hot spring area – all top-tier brands. The complimentary amenity kit and toiletries exceeded my expectations. The hotel is designed to mimic a Japanese garden, similar to Kyoto, and there are no elevators inside. If your room is on the second or third floor, you'll need to climb stairs, but the front desk staff will help carry your luggage to your room. Upon checkout, they'll also assist with bringing your luggage down to the parking lot if needed. Overall, it's a hotel that offers a fantastic experience."

"Experienced the newly opened Atour, tell the heart! The biggest advantage of the new store is that all the equipment is brand new, the room is bright and clean, and there is no need to worry about the old facilities. I like Atour's bed the most. I lie down for a day and decompress it. The sound insulation is also online. The front desk partners are gentle and check in is not delayed. The public area bamboo living atmosphere is very good, you can sit for a while in your free time. Self-service laundry is really a boon for long-distance travelers! A new store that pays attention to detail and is full of temperature, recommended to friends who want to come here."

"An absolutely wonderful stay! This is definitely the top choice for the Changbai Mountain North Slope. It's incredibly close to the entrance gate, so you can just walk in without needing to go to the transfer center. The hotel facilities are excellent, and all the staff are exceptionally warm and attentive. Seeing we had two babies, they kindly upgraded us to a family room for free, which the children absolutely loved. Our butler was available 24/7, always ready to answer any questions with patience and thoughtfulness. The hotel's hot springs are also fantastic, with both indoor and outdoor pools at different temperatures offering a great experience. Five stars all around! Highly recommend!"

"Stayed for two nights and the overall experience was consistently good. Upon arrival, knowing we were a family with a child, they upgraded us to a suite with a microwave and washing machine, which was very convenient. Special thanks to Xinxin, who was always enthusiastic in answering our questions, handled things reliably, and provided genuine and natural service without stiff formalities. We felt very much at ease. The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Changchun Film Studio and next to 'This Is Mountain' cultural complex. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town."
