"A five-star hotel I'd highly recommend, the overall experience was impeccable. The location is excellent, right by the Songhua River. The lobby is grand and elegant, and the common areas are quiet and peaceful with great soundproofing. The river view is expansive, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure getaways. The guest rooms are well-equipped and modern, with soft and comfortable bedding. Amenities like the bathroom, air conditioning, and minibar all worked perfectly. The recreational facilities are also excellent. Housekeeping was meticulous; desktops, floors, and even bathroom corners were spotless, and the linens were clean and odor-free, showing great attention to detail. All staff members provided professional and attentive service. The concierge promptly helped with luggage, check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient, and room service was timely. Special thanks to Dafu Feihong for his courteous and polite demeanor, truly making us feel at home. I will definitely choose the World Trade Winsor when I visit Jilin again."

"It's hard to believe this is a five-star hotel. First, upon arrival, we were told that the room we booked didn't include hot springs, and we'd have to pay an extra 198 per person. However, the online booking price was only 2 yuan more. Be sure to check the dropdown list carefully when booking, or you'll be ripped off at the front desk. Second, the hotel environment was frankly disappointing. I've never seen such a shabby and noisy lobby; it was like a marketplace, and I couldn't even hear the front desk staff. The room was so small it was hard to turn around, and everything felt outdated. Plus, the location is extremely remote; only two restaurants showed up on food delivery apps… Finally, since we had no choice but to eat at the hotel, the restaurant prices were exorbitant, clearly designed to fleece customers, with no other options available. The breakfast selection was also very limited and lacked any local specialties. It was crowded, and the service couldn't keep up; I waited 20 minutes in line for noodles. All in all, I do not recommend this hotel!"

"We checked in quite late, and there was a long queue. Just as my patience was running out, a very enthusiastic woman came over and directed us to another counter for check-in. She was concise and efficient. She clearly stated that there were no bed rails (I had noted in advance that we were traveling with a baby) but had arranged a king-size bed, which was actually two twin beds pushed together. This was very thoughtful and practical. This enthusiastic young woman deserves high praise (I don't usually leave reviews, but her defining characteristic was that she was a lovely, well-built girl; I didn't catch her name, so I can only describe her this way for the hotel to commend or reward her). She also arranged a late check-out for us, which was truly fantastic! Hygiene: Overall, it was very clean and tidy, though there were a tiny few water stains. This is understandable, and you wouldn't notice them without a magnifying glass. Facilities: We mainly slept and took our child out for meals, so we didn't get to experience facilities like the gym, though the front desk did mention them during check-in. Environment: The hotel is right outside the subway station, and across the street is MixC Mall, which is incredibly convenient. However, there was some trash outside the entrance that didn't quite match the hotel's ambiance, and the parking area outside didn't look very neat, lacking the grandeur expected of a five-star hotel entrance. Nevertheless, the view from our room was absolutely stunning."

"Facilities: It's an old hotel with outdated facilities. They even used grout to patch gaps in the elevator, which looked really bad. The toilet paper holder in the room was loose and wobbly. Hygiene: The hygiene was maintained quite well. Service: The welcome snacks and drinks included with the booking weren't delivered to the room. I had to call and ask for them two or three hours later, which was a minus. Food: The Chinese food was disappointing. The daily soup was bland and watery – can you believe a 68-yuan soup only had one piece of pork rib? Just one, that's pretty wild. Breakfast was decent, nothing special, nothing bad."

"I had originally planned to stay at the Mehood Lestie, which just opened across the street this year. However, when we arrived, there was a power outage! The hotel lobby is on the 6th floor, so the elevators weren't working, and no one answered the front desk phone. So, despite all the glowing online reviews, I immediately cut my losses and switched hotels, which is how I serendipitously ended up at Atour. As always, Atour's quality and management are excellent. They have a laundry room, gym, and even a late-night congee service. My only complaint this time is that the Deluxe Twin Room I stayed in was exceptionally small, so small that it instantly reminded me of hotel rooms in Japan. If I have the chance to stay here again, I won't book a Deluxe room; I'll only book an Executive room (P.S. The room in the picture is an Executive room)."

"Choosing Atour Hotel Changbaishan North Slope Erdaobaihe Collection Center for our trip to the Changbai Mountain North Slope was an excellent decision. Its location is a major plus. The hotel is very close to the North Slope collection center, just a few minutes' drive away, so there's no rush to get to the mountain early in the morning. Wetland parks and deer parks are within walking distance, making leisure and dining incredibly convenient. It's also very close to the town's food street and market, making getting around hassle-free. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing us to rest well after a tiring hike. The smart facilities were complete, the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, hot water was stable, and the humidifier helped with the dry climate of Changbai Mountain. The front desk service was warm and attentive, patiently explaining hiking注意事项 (precautions) and routes. The lobby thoughtfully provided fruit tea, and the self-service laundry and drying facilities were complete, making it easy to wash clothes during our trip. Breakfast offered a rich variety of nutritious options, ensuring we were full and energized for the mountain. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, with complete amenities and great value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Changbai Mountain North Slope, and I would choose to stay here again on my next trip! Five-star recommendation!"

"Extremely satisfied. This is the second best hotel I've stayed at in Vienna (the other best is in Yunnan, mainly due to its superior facilities). The entire experience, from the accommodations and bedding to the cleanliness, and especially the attitude of all the staff, was superb. The only drawback was the slightly small size, particularly the bathroom, which felt a bit cramped. I must especially commend the breakfast; it was the best I've ever had at any Vienna hotel, bar none. The variety, quality, management, and staff attitude were impeccable. The hotel's location is also excellent, with parking available, making it convenient for those with cars."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across the river from the famous Floating Market and adjacent to People's Park. The lobby is grand, and you need to swipe your room card to access the guest floors. The breakfast restaurant on the 24th floor offers a wide variety of options, with fresh sushi and omelets made to order. They even have original and red date/longan flavored soy milk. Enjoying breakfast while admiring the cityscape of Yanji feels fantastic! 👍 The hotel owner is Korean, so there are many Korean tour groups – about six large groups during my stay. The room amenities are well thought out: the curtains automatically close when you leave and the power turns off, which helps maintain the room temperature. The toilet only flushes *after* you stand up. Why do I specifically mention this? Because on my road trips along the 331 highway in Northeast China last year and this year, some hotels had toilets that flushed when you sat down and again when you stood up, which felt unhygienic and wasteful. This hotel's equipment is properly adjusted from the start. The faucets are also extended; if you've done renovations, you'd know these extended spouts are specially chosen. The benefit is that when washing hands or clothes, the spout is centered in the sink, so you don't have to bend over awkwardly. The mattress is also comfortable; I didn't check the brand, but a mattress that feels this good would cost around 10,000 RMB for home use. The tatami mat is particularly noteworthy – perfectly fine for one person to sleep on. The entire room is simply and comfortably decorated. My two-day stay was pleasant and relaxing. When I checked out, the hotel manager even gave me a small gift. If the hotel wants to improve further, I think the quality of your bath products could be upgraded. The black packaging looks a bit low-end, and I preferred to use my own products because yours weren't appealing. Exiting the hotel, turn left and walk uphill for about 5 minutes, and you'll reach the North Gate of People's Park. The hotel's first-floor restaurant, Ban Dao Xue Niu (Peninsula Snow Beef), is worth trying, and you get a 10% discount with your room card."
