"My overall experience at the World Trade Marriott Hotel was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting for business or leisure! The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The lobby is elegantly decorated, and the moment you step in, you're greeted by a clean, upscale environment with a soft, pleasant fragrance that instantly melts away travel fatigue. A special shout-out to Ms. Jiang at the front desk – her service was truly thoughtful and professional. I arrived with a lot of luggage, and she processed my check-in quickly and efficiently, all while maintaining a warm smile. There was no unnecessary waiting. When she learned it was my first time in the area, she proactively and thoroughly explained nearby attractions and dining options. She even thoughtfully asked about my room preferences and helped arrange a room with a better view, patiently answering all my questions. Her gentle and patient demeanor, along with her attention to detail, made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. The room hygiene was impeccable; every corner was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress and pillows provided maximum comfort. The room's soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully quiet night's rest. The bathroom featured a wet and dry separation, with stable and ample hot water, and quality toiletries. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, public areas are neat and organized, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Both the hardware facilities and service quality live up to high-end hotel standards. Thanks to Ms. Jiang's thoughtful and attentive service, my trip experience was significantly enhanced. I will definitely choose the World Trade Marriott again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone! "The lady at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and even upgraded our room for free. The breakfast was also very generous; out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip to the Northeast, Yatai Hotel had the best breakfast. Highly recommend."

"Five-star rating! We stayed at Shangri-La Changchun with our whole family, including seniors and children. The service throughout our stay was exceptionally warm and attentive. I must specifically commend several staff members! 1. The poolside staff were incredibly thoughtful. In the early morning, there was already a dedicated attendant on duty. When my elderly family members were swimming, a staff member proactively offered dry towels. They were gentle and friendly, showing great care for the seniors, which was a heartwarming detail. 2. The experience with two front desk staff members was excellent: one was Tang Yue, and the other was Feng Yanyu. Both ladies were enthusiastic and patient throughout, meticulously guiding us on nearby attractions, taxi routes, and tips for visiting the morning market. I especially thank Ms. Feng Yanyu, who proactively added me on WeChat, telling me I could contact her anytime for any assistance. Her thoughtful and thorough service made us feel exceptionally secure while traveling away from home. Special thanks to her! 3. The concierge staff at the hotel entrance were professional and enthusiastic. They proactively helped us with our luggage upon arrival and hailed taxis and opened doors for us when we went out. Their service was perfectly measured, showcasing the professional standard of a five-star hotel. The hotel's location is superb, right next to a commercial area, making it very convenient for going out and dining. From the pool to the front desk and the doormen, every employee was gentle and courteous, with attention to detail evident everywhere. It's perfectly suited for stays with seniors and children. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Changchun. Highly recommended!"

"The location, transport, and environment are excellent. Across the street is MixC Mall, and the subway station is right outside. It's also not far from Changchun Railway Station. The view from the 43rd floor is great, and the sofa by the window is very comfortable. Breakfast was good. However, the service could be more proactive. I had a small hiccup during check-in, experiencing a power outage in my room for the first time, which required a room change. The issue was handled and resolved relatively quickly, and when I mentioned the tissues in the room were scarce, they were promptly refilled. I hope they can improve their attention to service details. Overall, I would still recommend this place."

"This hotel is located in the heart of the city, on Hongqi Street. It's right next to the famous shopping mall 'Zhe You Shan' and across from the Changchun Film Studio Museum. With the #54 tram stopping right outside, getting around is super convenient, perfect for sightseeing and shopping. The surrounding area has great transport links, and taxis are easily available. The front desk staff, especially the lovely 'A. Ice' (that's her WeChat name!), was incredibly warm and professional. Check-in was efficient, and they were quick to resolve any issues, making me feel right at home. The room itself was spacious and the mini-bar was complimentary. The views from the room were expansive, and the air conditioning was adjustable, which made for a really pleasant stay overall. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in Changchun."

"This hotel is pretty good. It's very convenient, being close to the train station, and for the price, it's quite a good deal. From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the high-quality environment and professional service. The room is very spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and all the facilities are well-equipped. The staff are polite and enthusiastic, and they respond to requests very promptly. Overall, the stay was excellent, I genuinely recommend it!"

"Very satisfied, it is the second best of all the hotels in Vienna (the other is the best in Yunnan, mainly winning the hardware facilities). Whether it is the experience of staying or the hardware facilities, bedding, health, especially the attitude of all the staff is very good. The only downside is that the area is slightly smaller, especially the bathroom, which feels a little crowded. Especially the main thing to praise is breakfast, it is the best I have been to the Vienna series of hotels, no one. This stay at the InterContinental Changchun High-tech Zone truly made me feel well taken care of. **Arrival: A Warm Welcome** The outdoor temperature was above zero (Celsius, implying a warmer-than-expected winter day), and as soon as I entered the lobby, I was enveloped by a warm, pine-scented aroma. The lady at the front desk saw I was holding a coffee and immediately offered me a wet wipe and a portable cup sleeve. This small detail instantly made a great impression on me. **In the Room: Embracing the View** Pulling back the curtains, I looked out at the High-tech Zone's evening streets, with traffic flowing like golden ribbons. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; despite the hustle and bustle outside, it was perfectly quiet inside. A hot bath washed away the dust from my journey. The mattress was just right, neither too soft nor too firm, and I slept deeply that night. **Culinary Delights: A Taste of Northeast China** You absolutely must try the steaming hot wontons for breakfast. Sitting by the window, watching the morning light slowly illuminate the city, I felt life was particularly beautiful. A good hotel makes you fall in love with a city because of one room. Changchun's spring is beautiful, but the hospitality at InterContinental is truly heartwarming."

"Comfortable hotel that is close to Jilin Railway Station - about 6 mins drive away. Great for a nights stay especially if you’re headed out to take the train the next day! We had to catch an early train so we asked for the hotel to pack breakfast - which contained - a packet of milk, a preserved packaged egg, bread (I liked this), some packaged sausage. They also provided bottled water and were fine when we requested for more."
