"My overall experience at the World Trade Marriott Hotel was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting for business or leisure! The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The lobby is elegantly decorated, and the moment you step in, you're greeted by a clean, upscale environment with a soft, pleasant fragrance that instantly melts away travel fatigue. A special shout-out to Ms. Jiang at the front desk – her service was truly thoughtful and professional. I arrived with a lot of luggage, and she processed my check-in quickly and efficiently, all while maintaining a warm smile. There was no unnecessary waiting. When she learned it was my first time in the area, she proactively and thoroughly explained nearby attractions and dining options. She even thoughtfully asked about my room preferences and helped arrange a room with a better view, patiently answering all my questions. Her gentle and patient demeanor, along with her attention to detail, made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. The room hygiene was impeccable; every corner was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress and pillows provided maximum comfort. The room's soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully quiet night's rest. The bathroom featured a wet and dry separation, with stable and ample hot water, and quality toiletries. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, public areas are neat and organized, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Both the hardware facilities and service quality live up to high-end hotel standards. Thanks to Ms. Jiang's thoughtful and attentive service, my trip experience was significantly enhanced. I will definitely choose the World Trade Marriott again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone! "Very nice hotel with friendly front desk staff and neat room with super comfy king size bed! Location not in Changchun downtown centre but easy access to anywhere by DiDi car ride. Quite many restaurants around the hotel but quality was just the local-okay ones. Personal favorite was 王記醬骨頭館 which is 15mins away by car, their Shandong food was superb and good price, we love it! Hotel breakfast was great in the varieties and taste! Yet one of the remarks to the hotel is, the shower gel bottle was totally empty when we checked in the room so my recommendation is if the housekeeping quality can be enhanced it would be a perfect hotel for holiday that we enjoyed so much! It was a good value choice indeed 👍"

"Five-star rating! We stayed at Shangri-La Changchun with our whole family, including seniors and children. The service throughout our stay was exceptionally warm and attentive. I must specifically commend several staff members! 1. The poolside staff were incredibly thoughtful. In the early morning, there was already a dedicated attendant on duty. When my elderly family members were swimming, a staff member proactively offered dry towels. They were gentle and friendly, showing great care for the seniors, which was a heartwarming detail. 2. The experience with two front desk staff members was excellent: one was Tang Yue, and the other was Feng Yanyu. Both ladies were enthusiastic and patient throughout, meticulously guiding us on nearby attractions, taxi routes, and tips for visiting the morning market. I especially thank Ms. Feng Yanyu, who proactively added me on WeChat, telling me I could contact her anytime for any assistance. Her thoughtful and thorough service made us feel exceptionally secure while traveling away from home. Special thanks to her! 3. The concierge staff at the hotel entrance were professional and enthusiastic. They proactively helped us with our luggage upon arrival and hailed taxis and opened doors for us when we went out. Their service was perfectly measured, showcasing the professional standard of a five-star hotel. The hotel's location is superb, right next to a commercial area, making it very convenient for going out and dining. From the pool to the front desk and the doormen, every employee was gentle and courteous, with attention to detail evident everywhere. It's perfectly suited for stays with seniors and children. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Changchun. Highly recommended!"

"The location, transport, and environment are excellent. Across the street is MixC Mall, and the subway station is right outside. It's also not far from Changchun Railway Station. The view from the 43rd floor is great, and the sofa by the window is very comfortable. Breakfast was good. However, the service could be more proactive. I had a small hiccup during check-in, experiencing a power outage in my room for the first time, which required a room change. The issue was handled and resolved relatively quickly, and when I mentioned the tissues in the room were scarce, they were promptly refilled. I hope they can improve their attention to service details. Overall, I would still recommend this place."

"The hotel overall exceeded my expectations. First off, the location is superb, right next to the 'Zhe You Shan' shopping complex and Changchun Film Studio Museum, literally just downstairs. Manager Bobo and the young lady at the front desk were both incredibly warm and attentive. They added an extra bed to the suite's living room free of charge, and the air conditioning issue was resolved very quickly. We even received a gift box of Zongzi and a fridge magnet. The suite itself was spacious with plenty of amenities. The afternoon tea and happy hour included in the executive benefits were also quite good. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"Our trip to Changbai Mountain led us to choose the DoubleTree by Hilton, and I was genuinely impressed by the service – definitely a five-star experience! Today, the Heavenly Lake was incredibly crowded. With all the waiting in lines and sightseeing, it was already past 7 PM by the time we left the scenic area. I was worried about missing the shuttle and the hassle of traveling in the dark, so I decided to contact our butler, Jackson Eric. To my surprise, he immediately helped us arrange transportation. The entire process was handled seamlessly; we were able to get directly into a car to return to the hotel as soon as we came down the mountain. It was so convenient and thoughtful, completely easing all our worries. As for the hotel itself, the facilities are top-notch. It's very close to the North Slope entrance, which saved us a lot of travel time. From our room, we had a view of the entire pine forest – so quiet and soothing. Coming back in the evening to soak in the hot springs, the fatigue from a day of hiking instantly melted away. The breakfast selection was extensive, even offering local Korean ethnic specialties. Our stay was incredibly comfortable. I truly feel that the service here isn't just about following procedures; they genuinely solve problems from the guest's perspective. From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the high-quality environment and professional service. "Comfortable hotel that is close to Jilin Railway Station - about 6 mins drive away. Great for a nights stay especially if you’re headed out to take the train the next day! We had to catch an early train so we asked for the hotel to pack breakfast - which contained - a packet of milk, a preserved packaged egg, bread (I liked this), some packaged sausage. They also provided bottled water and were fine when we requested for more."
