"As a HUAZHU Rewards member, I always prioritize Novotel, and their service attitude is truly exceptional. Due to my flight schedule, I needed a late checkout. I called a few hotels beforehand, and Orange Crystal wasn't accommodating, so I decisively chose Novotel. Their staff was not only friendly but also proactively helped me find solutions. First, they extended my checkout to 2 PM, and then they arranged for me to switch to a hourly room on the same floor. The front desk staff was absolutely excellent. The hotel's location is also outstanding. It's right next to St. Sophia Cathedral, and directly across the street is Daoli Market, making last-minute shopping very convenient. Food deliveries are also super easy to get here. The room was clean and hygienic, and the family room was particularly elegant and spacious. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"This hotel deserves more than a five-star rating! Let's start with the location: it's nestled in a side alley right off Central Street, a mere minute's walk to the main thoroughfare. The Hongzhuan Morning Market is only three minutes away. How convenient is that? Cleanliness: Spotless! We were staying with a young child, so we moved the sofa next to the bed to prevent falls, and there wasn't a speck of dust underneath, which shows how thoroughly they clean. The bedding was dry and pristine, the bathroom had no odors, the drains worked perfectly, and even the nooks and crannies were dust-free. Facilities: Not brand new, but very well-maintained. The coffee machine was a nice and convenient touch. Service: The service was arguably the best part – incredibly heartwarming. They called us the day before our arrival. We got there quite early, and although our room wasn't ready, they kindly stored our luggage. Around 10 AM, they called to let us know the room was cleaned and ready for check-in. The next day, our child had online classes until 1 PM, and they graciously granted us a late check-out. The gentleman at the entrance actively helped with our luggage and greeted us warmly every time we passed. Great service truly lies in these small details, offering friendly assistance within arm's reach. That was really impressive."

"My stay at the Wanda Realm Qiqihar was absolutely fantastic! The butler service was incredibly attentive, and my room was spacious, clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. The hygiene was top-notch, and I even loved the robot delivery service for items. Being right next to Wanda Plaza made getting around super convenient. The pool and gym facilities were excellent, and the breakfast spread was delicious. I felt right at home throughout my entire stay. This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I'm in Qiqihar!"

The room has excellent natural light and an expansive high-level view, while the mini-fridge was very convenient. The staff provided meticulous and thoughtful service, able to adjust the room setup as needed. The hotel is conveniently located above a comprehensive shopping complex, making travel and shopping easy. Overall, the facilities are excellent, balancing fun for children with comfort for adults, making it an outstanding stay for families."
