"Our two-day trip to Huangshan was made perfect by our stay at Xihai Hotel! It was a wonderful surprise when the front desk staff kindly upgraded our room for free – we felt so lucky.
Since the temperature difference between day and night on the mountain is significant, the hotel thoughtfully provides windproof jackets. This meant we didn't have to lug heavy coats just to watch the sunrise, a detail that was incredibly thoughtful. In the evenings, the hotel offered a rich variety of activities, including an open-air movie and exciting intangible cultural heritage performances. The shows were interactive, and our child had an absolute blast.
The hotel's location is uniquely advantageous, with several great spots for watching the sunrise nearby, so there's no need for long treks. On our first visit to Huangshan, we were treated to a stunning and breathtaking sunrise, which truly completed our entire journey.
The staff were warm and attentive, and the hotel itself is high-class, making our stay comfortable and unforgettable. I highly recommend it for families visiting Huangshan; it left us wanting more and reluctant to leave!"

"The room was excellent, very comfortable, clean, and tidy. Both breakfast and the buffet dinner were delicious with a great variety of options (felt comparable to a five-star hotel). Even though it's located in a scenic area, the value for money was outstanding. What made it even better was the hotel's superb location – it was only about a 10-minute walk to Aoyuzui to watch the sunset and to Guangmingding for the sunrise. Despite the rainy, misty weather during our stay, we were fortunate enough to still catch both the sunset and sunrise. The hotel service was also great; in the evenings, there were professional performers (hotel staff) who put on a very professional show with audience interaction, even though the venue was small. In the mornings, they thoughtfully provided down jackets for watching the sunrise to prevent us from getting cold. It was a very heartwarming trip, and I'll definitely bring my family back if I get the chance! 👍"

There is a conflict between the children's breakfast fare when checking in on the day and the actual payment on the second day. The staff explained that it was the difference between booking on the day and booking in advance. The fruit in the restaurant is on the edge. The fruit on the first and second days is exactly the same, but the watermelon on the second day is sour (could it be left over from the previous day?). Also, during the meal, I saw an elementary school student picking up food with his bare hands in the snack area and putting it back, repeatedly. This is not good... This is a bit... The taste is salty, suitable for friends with heavy tastes. Overall, the experience is average. Thanks to the concierge yuanyuan in the lobby on the first floor today (the badge is too small to see what is written, only the pronunciation of the introduction)"

"This time I took my family and baby to Xipo·Huating Lake. It was really a super perfect holiday experience! The environment of the homestay is simply beautiful, the window is the charming lake and mountain, the air is fresh, people instantly forget the hustle and bustle of the city. What touched me most was the service of the housekeeper Xiaopan. He took the initiative to contact us from before check-in. Not only did he help with luggage, but also took care of the special needs of the baby very carefully. The whole process was warm and caring, which made us feel warm. The rooms are warm and comfortable, and the breakfast is very rich and delicious. Thank you very much for Xiao Pan's care, so that our whole family had a relaxing holiday. Xiaoliyaoshoudao90jinFirst of all, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to the ticket gate, and across the street from the core temple complex of Jiuhua Mountain. The temples are just steps away, making worshipping Buddha incredibly convenient! There's a direct bus to Huatai right outside the hotel, and the shuttle bus stop is just a minute or two's walk uphill, making it perfect for families with children and elderly members—no walking required.
I must commend the hotel front desk staff on the morning of May 4th. When I checked out that morning, I left my jacket with my car keys in my room. I had already boarded the shuttle bus to Huatai, so I immediately called the front desk. The staff promptly went to my room, found my jacket and car keys, and placed them on the next shuttle bus to Huatai. I'm so grateful!!!

Guest UserThe vibe here is truly special! The owners put so much heart into running this place. The rooms are spotless, and the moment you step in, you just feel completely relaxed. In the evenings, they invite everyone to the lobby for tea and conversation, serving delicious tea snacks and fresh fruit. For two days straight, they gave complimentary special drinks to the kids and homemade millet wine to the adults. It felt just like visiting a friend's house, and the kids absolutely loved it. All the food was fantastic – purely handmade and organic. The water they served was mountain spring water, and the air was so fresh. On our last day, we joined the owner for a sunrise trip to the tea mountain. The sea of clouds was breathtaking, and it was wonderfully cool. I highly recommend this guesthouse for its warm hospitality. I'll definitely be back with my girlfriends next time. Wishing the owners all the best with their business, and a big thank you to all the staff for two days of thoughtful care! ^_^

This is my second time staying at this hotel, purely because of its location. For its spot, the amenities still offer great value for money. However, this time I booked a king room and was given one facing the street. My much-anticipated holiday, a relaxing mountain escape in southern Anhui, was ruined by a night of noise. I understand that the Yellow Mountain entrance/exit sees a lot of traffic, but the reality is I didn't sleep a wink. I'd suggest upgrading the windows on the street-facing side to high-standard, soundproof ones – it would make a real difference. The breakfast selection also seemed a bit limited. Overall though, it's still consistently good and remains one of the top-tier options in this town. These are my honest thoughts, hope they're helpful.

Very satisfied! They even upgraded our room! Everything was perfect, except for the air conditioning being too warm. The service was excellent – very friendly and attentive.
The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Huaihai Pedestrian Street. There are several Kawa Coffee shops and Zhanji Taosu within a few steps. It's really easy to get around.
Next door to the hotel is Intime Department Store, which had a promotion: 200 off for every 1000 spent. I couldn't resist and ended up buying L'Occitane, Diptyque perfume, and a bunch of other stuff. Left with a haul!

When I selected this hotel online, I saw reviews saying the environment was good but the facilities were old. After moving in, I found the service and sanitation were up to my expectations. It was very comfortable. The scenery in the garden was pleasant. There was a car available for transportation at any time. The housekeeper, Ms. Lei Lei, was always online and helped with issues with storing Chinese medicine and sending a car to the visitor center. The stay was excellent. I'll definitely stay here on my next trip to Jiuhua Mountain.

Guest UserCame to Jiuhua Mountain with my mom to pay respects to the Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha, and we stayed at this hotel for two nights. We had our New Year's Eve dinner here, and they even had someone dedicated to picking us up and dropping us off at the entrance. Every staff member greeted us warmly with ”Happy New Year.” On the first day of the ***** New Year, we prayed, enjoyed the snow, and did some scripture copying – it was a truly fulfilling experience! This hotel is trustworthy and comes highly recommended.

Chizhou Pingtian Peninsula Hotel is a paradise for holiday! It is located in an excellent position on the south bank of Pingtian Lake, and the landscape painting surrounded by the lake on three sides is so beautiful that it makes people intoxicated. The hotel service is above five-star level, and every detail makes people feel warm. The catering is even more surprising. The breakfast noodles are freshly cooked with fragrant toppings, the Chinese restaurant has outstanding lake food, and the bamboo forest afternoon tea with guzheng is even more poetic. Cycling around the lake, walking on the water road, parent-child boat rides and other projects make the vacation full of fun. Even the children are reluctant to say goodbye when leaving the hotel!

The hotel environment is really good, but the transportation is really inconvenient. It takes 15 minutes to drive up from the bottom, and the winding mountain road of more than ten kilometers is quite thrilling. The hotel is just above Fengle Lake, with a very wide view and a panoramic view of the lake. However, the hotel should be a bit old, and the furniture is still a little old. Because it is in the mountains, there are sometimes some small insects such as spiders in the room, but don't worry too much. The service of the hotel is average, and it is quite satisfactory. There are some drinks provided on the first day of check-in, which is still good. The breakfast is actually very average, there are not many dishes, a little more than the express hotel, but there are still noodles and wontons.

The room was super satisfied, clean and tidy and very comfortable. The manager and aunt in the store are very kind and friendly, and the cat is also very cute and gentle and will take the initiative to come and post. You can eat in the store. The aunt is very skilled and the food is delicious. The breakfast is not particularly varied but it is very delicious. The aunt can also help cook noodles and small wontons. The overall environment of the store is very good, the garden is very beautiful, and there is its own small vegetable garden. It is also very comfortable to walk in the hotel when you don't want to go out. In short, it is a very satisfying stay experience, and family and friends will highly recommend it.
