"This was my first leisure trip to Hefei, and I was so pleased with the hotel I chose. I had two very restful nights at the Grand Hyatt. I was especially surprised by the excellent service, even during a holiday period. After check-in, a dedicated staff member added me on WeChat for one-on-one service, asking daily if I needed any room supplies replenished and letting me know I could contact them anytime for other requests. It's rare to find this kind of service in large hotels in China. The room was also very comfortable, and the facilities were quite new. When we checked in, we mentioned we wanted a quiet room, and they specifically put us on the 51st floor, away from the elevators, offering a beautiful, atmospheric view of the city shrouded in mist."

"It was late, and I didn't want to go home, so I booked this hotel right in the high-speed train station. I initially chose it because of its high ratings, and it definitely lived up to the hype – I wasn't disappointed at all! The facilities are incredibly comprehensive. Once you step inside, you'll find so many pleasant surprises, one after another, that you wouldn't expect. For example, there's a clothes dryer, so you can easily dry your small items overnight. There's also a gym with yoga mats, perfect for working out. In the room, they provide famous steam eye masks, and there are even books by the bedside, which was another delightful surprise. They also have a Xiaomi air purifier, which made me really happy. The showerhead is a hidden, adjustable type, and when you turn it on, the warm water streams down, feeling exactly like standing in the rain – soft and gentle on your skin. Wow, this design is fantastic,老板! I also took a stroll downstairs to the Metro supermarket. The area around it is very pet-friendly, and I saw so many cute dogs, which made me incredibly happy. Staying at this hotel really brightened my entire mood."

"Came to Jiuhua Mountain with my mom to pay respects to the Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha, and we stayed at this hotel for two nights. We had our New Year's Eve dinner here, and they even had someone dedicated to picking us up and dropping us off at the entrance. Every staff member greeted us warmly with ”Happy New Year.” On the first day of the ***** New Year, we prayed, enjoyed the snow, and did some scripture copying – it was a truly fulfilling experience! This hotel is trustworthy and comes highly recommended."

"Getting here from Wuhu High-Speed Railway Station takes just over 10 minutes by taxi, which is very convenient. Lyra, the front desk attendant, proactively added me on WeChat and sent me a small guide for my room and check-in process. Lots of thoughtful details! She upgraded me to a river-view king room, which was so nice of her. At check-in, they even gave me cookies – a true Hilton Garden Inn welcome, indeed! 👏👏"

"Before coming, I compared almost all the hotels and guesthouses on the mountain, and Beihai stood out as having the best value for money. The room size was quite decent, and the concierge service from Xinyi was excellent – she was very knowledgeable about the surrounding attractions and routes. The location is also good; it's about a 10-minute walk to Monkey Watching the Sea, which is currently the closest viewpoint for sunrise. Bright Summit is a bit further, probably a 45-minute to an hour walk for the average person. The closest to the hotel is the Yungu cable car, about a 20-minute walk, making it very convenient for going up and down the mountain. The hotel restaurant's breakfast spread was very generous, and the à la carte dinner dishes were also delicious, especially the bamboo shoots and the old chicken soup – so fragrant! The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. There's also a cat named Yundou, who's plump and adorable and often wanders around the hotel entrance early in the morning. Right outside the hotel, there's also a medical station, a police station, and a coffee shop, which makes the facilities incredibly convenient. While prices on the mountain are high, it's understandable, considering all the food and drinks are carried up by porters. I hope they are compensated fairly for their hard work. Overall, it was a good experience, and the money was well spent."

There are also many diverse Anhui cuisine restaurants nearby, so finding food is effortless. The lobby incorporates elements of Huizhou design, creating a serene and elegant atmosphere without any noise or commotion. The moment you step in, you can feel the quality of a five-star hotel. Check-in was very efficient, and the staff were polite and gentle throughout. A special thanks goes to the Guest Relations Specialist, who communicated with me online about my itinerary in advance and thoughtfully prepared a handwritten welcome card and local souvenirs. The attention to detail was impeccable, and any requests I messaged were quickly responded to. They were gentle, professional, and always put the guest first. The guest room was spacious and airy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows on a high floor offering expansive views, where the city's nightscape could be fully enjoyed in the evening. The cleaning was meticulous; corners and bathroom mirrors were spotless. The mattress was moderately firm, and the soundproofing was excellent – I couldn't hear any traffic from the street during the day, ensuring a particularly peaceful night's rest. The bathroom amenities were comprehensive, and the toiletries were of high quality, making for a supremely comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. The freshly cooked noodles and local beef soup tasted authentic, and there was a full selection of desserts, fruits, and hot dishes, all delicious. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive; the 24-hour gym is well-equipped, and the heated swimming pool has clean water, perfect for relaxing in your free time. From the concierge and front desk to room service, all staff members maintained an appropriate sense of discretion, never overly intrusive, yet always ready to assist when needed. Whether for a business trip or a short getaway, this hotel is highly suitable. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Hefei, and I sincerely recommend it to everyone!"

"Absolutely fantastic, exceeding all expectations! The property's design is beautiful and unique, with a strong modern feel, and it's spotlessly clean. It's incredibly close to the Tangkou Xiaoyao Stream Transfer Station. The owner even personally picked us up from the bus station and helped us arrange a shared ride to Huangshan North Station. The room has a balcony where you can enjoy the evening breeze and see Lotus Peak and Tiandu Peak. Simply wonderful."

I would like to give you some suggestions. 1. Can we not be so serious about breakfast? Just have a smaller portion and be more refined. Looking at the breakfast for one person on the table, I feel confused. 2. Please replace the paper towel box on the sink with paper towels. Rolling paper is not suitable. 3. Wearing room slippers, when walking from the room to the bathroom area, it is easy to slip on the terrazzo floor. I personally tested the slip twice to see if I can take some measures. It will be troublesome if I slip."
