"The service at Baiyun Hotel far exceeded my expectations. Before heading to Huangshan, I mentally prepared myself for the limited resources on the mountain, expecting just a clean and hygienic place for one night. However, the hotel provided a dedicated butler for each room. The welcoming ginger tea brought warmth to our bodies and minds after the rain, and the welcome fruit and snacks replenished our energy after a day of hiking. We really enjoyed the dinner buffet, which featured local Huangshan specialties. Thanks to the butler's timely WeChat notification, we were pleasantly surprised to witness a spectacular sunset on a rainy day! You can see it right from the platform just outside the hotel entrance! Before checking out the next day, the butler even prepared coffee and bottled water for us in advance – so thoughtful! My stay at Baiyun Hotel this time was absolutely wonderful!"

"Very nice hotel in Wuhu. I stayed for one night. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. The open floor plan is interesting and enjoyed the heated floors in the bathroom area. The bed was comfortable and large enough for me (6’5”). Breakfast had a large variety to select from, and enjoyed the Chinese dishes the most. The hotel is located right next to the river, and I enjoyed walking on the boardwalk. Great place to stay."

"The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to descend into the West Sea Grand Canyon and ascend Bright Summit. It's a truly central spot. Facilities: I feel this is the best-equipped hotel on the mountain, with an elevator and air conditioning. The rooms are also very new and even have a drying rack for clothes. Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: The surrounding environment is fantastic. Personally, I think it's better than Paiyun Hotel and Shilin Hotel, on par with Bright Summit and Yupinglou. The interior design is also very tasteful. Service: Excellent! There's a butler service, and the front desk proactively upgraded our room type. They also offer guided sunrise and sunset viewings in the mornings and evenings!"

"Before coming, I compared almost all the hotels and guesthouses on the mountain, and Beihai stood out as having the best value for money. The room size was quite decent, and the concierge service from Xinyi was excellent – she was very knowledgeable about the surrounding attractions and routes. The location is also good; it's about a 10-minute walk to Monkey Watching the Sea, which is currently the closest viewpoint for sunrise. Bright Summit is a bit further, probably a 45-minute to an hour walk for the average person. The closest to the hotel is the Yungu cable car, about a 20-minute walk, making it very convenient for going up and down the mountain. The hotel restaurant's breakfast spread was very generous, and the à la carte dinner dishes were also delicious, especially the bamboo shoots and the old chicken soup – so fragrant! The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. There's also a cat named Yundou, who's plump and adorable and often wanders around the hotel entrance early in the morning. Right outside the hotel, there's also a medical station, a police station, and a coffee shop, which makes the facilities incredibly convenient. While prices on the mountain are high, it's understandable, considering all the food and drinks are carried up by porters. I hope they are compensated fairly for their hard work. Overall, it was a good experience, and the money was well spent."

"This older hotel still offers great service. Our butler, Danny, reserved a river-view room on a non-smoking floor for us in advance. After check-in, he also arranged for a welcome fruit platter to be sent to our room. The staff proactively asked about our breakfast preferences, and their attitude was excellent!"

"My top choice for trips from Hefei South Station! The self check-in with facial recognition means no queues and it's super easy to use, which is a lifesaver when you're rushing for a high-speed train – no time wasted. The room is fully smart, equipped with Xiao Ai (a smart assistant), so I could control the lights, curtains, and air conditioning just by calling out from bed. It's incredibly convenient and frees up your hands. The amenities are comprehensive, with all sorts of extra supplies available, showing great attention to detail. The hotel even thoughtfully prepared fresh welcome fruits, which was a lovely touch as soon as I entered the room. The cleanliness was impeccable, the bedding soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm transiting through Hefei!"

"Hands down, this is the best five-star hotel in Hefei! Especially the food quality, it's top-notch! 1. **Service**: They contacted me via WeChat a day in advance to confirm my needs. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged, and my room was upgraded. I also received welcome fruits and drinks. From the moment I stepped out of the car to the lobby and then to the front desk, multiple staff members proactively offered to help with my luggage. Every staff member I encountered, from the entrance to my room, greeted me with a smile. When checking out, the doorman actively assisted with my luggage. 2. **Facilities**: The room facilities were all standard and complete, including an air purifier. The AC had low noise, and hot water was instant (within 3 seconds). I didn't find any damaged facilities or noticeable hygiene issues. The toiletries were InterContinental's standard, and they were decent. The toilet paper and tissue paper were comfortable to use. The toothbrush quality was acceptable, but the brush head was small and a bit hard on the gums; I suggest the hotel consider changing them. 3. **Dining (see pictures)**: The variety and taste of the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel – truly excellent value for money! The breakfast quality was also remarkably high, rarely seen even in standard five-star hotels; it was simply stunning. 4. **Location**: It's in the government district, with all amenities nearby and convenient transportation. It's also right next to Swan Lake, offering excellent views. I rarely bother to write reviews, but this time, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and had to give it a thumbs-up! I hope to visit again."

"I have been to Jiuhuashan for five or six years. I found a treasure hotel this year. I felt the warm service of the front desk lady as soon as I entered the door. The style is also the only one in Jiuhuashan. The room also has a small terrace and arranged for me Jiuhua Street pick-up service. The bartender is also very handsome. It is convenient to go down if you want to drink anything. Afternoon tea is also given to fruit plates and small mousse. Overall, I am very satisfied. I will choose this one when I come to Jiuhuashan next year."

"The connecting rooms are perfect for a family of four. Hygiene: The hotel is clean. Facilities: There's a children's play area next to the breakfast area. Service: The service was excellent. We woke up late and thought we'd missed breakfast, but the hotel staff specially arranged for us to dine at the executive lounge upstairs. The welcome fruit was also a nice touch. When it rained in Hefei, the hotel provided umbrellas for us to use temporarily. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming!"

"Finally, we were able to experience the Grand Hyatt Hefei during this spring break, and it was a wonderful 2-night staycation! The Regency Deluxe Twin room was perfect - very clean, spacious, well appointed and with great city views. We enjoyed the onsen style bath in the room; the pool, steam and sauna facilities were all good. Room service was great, satisfying the midnight cravings of my family. Breakfast had an awesome spread - a balanced variety of local and western dishes. Dinner and drinks at the Club Lounge were pretty good, even for vegetarians. Drink selection was curated very well even if a bit limited. It was a great place to hang out after dinner and drinks, especially after we convinced our family friends to check in and join us the next nigh. Also, shoutout to the great service from the lovely club lounge staff! Special thanks to Lily, our WeChat contact, who went above expectations in being proactive and supported all our needs. We brought up something for improvement that aligns with current industry practice and she happily resolved it during our stay. Great customer service for sure!"
