"I've been to Sanya at least once a year for the past 6 years, and I've definitely had some less-than-ideal experiences. This was my first time bringing my child, and honestly, I didn't have high hopes for the hotel initially. However, as soon as I opened the room door, all my worries disappeared. The sea view was spectacular and endless, offering a clear sight of boats going out and returning. Downstairs, there are two swimming pools, and my little one absolutely loved playing in the infinity pool. The breakfast selection was excellent. Our butler, BOBO, provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service, promptly and cheerfully assisting with directions to the beach and arranging a late check-out. Plus, there are plenty of dining options conveniently located nearby."

"The room's location is excellent, truly a sea-view room. It's just a 5-minute walk downstairs, across the road, to Sanya Bay beach. The surrounding area is bustling with amenities, very convenient. You can easily find options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The room itself is quite spacious with a great layout. It was very comfortable to stay in. Opening the window, you can see the sea not far away, which instantly brightens your mood.
If you request daily cleaning, the customer service is incredibly responsive and accommodating.
When staying away from home, I believe the host's service is paramount.
What truly made this homestay stand out was the exceptional service attitude of both the customer service and the host. They genuinely answered every question promptly and effectively! And whenever I needed assistance, they were there immediately to resolve any issues, without any perfunctory responses! Absolutely fantastic!!

"I absolutely love the resort vibe of JW Marriott Hotel Sanya Dadonghai Bay! It's designed with a Chinese tropical garden theme, and every corner is a perfect photo op. The room is spacious, and the balcony offers a breathtaking sea view. The in-room hot spring tub is incredibly soothing.
The infinity pool, the garden hot spring tubs, and the private beach just a short walk away are all fantastic – quiet and uncrowded. After a fun day, soaking in the hot springs and enjoying the sea breeze makes for a perfect, relaxing island getaway. I highly recommend it!
I also want to give a special shout-out to our butler, Coco. She helped us with our room type and was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our service requests. Truly thoughtful and deserves a perfect five-star rating."

"The overall experience exceeded expectations! The hotel design is minimalist yet upscale, exuding a wonderful resort-style relaxation. The room was spotlessly clean, and the guest service center was responsive with great service. The evening fire dance and fishing lantern lighting ceremonies were very distinctive, the pool and tropical gardens make for great photo ops anywhere you snap, and it's not far from the beach. "The B&B is right by the sea, which is very convenient. You can see the ocean from the room, and the view is great. We booked a twin room, and the beds were quite wide, perfect for a family trip. The room has hot water for showering, a hairdryer, air conditioning, and a TV, making it quite convenient. Overall, it's economical and offers a good experience."

The hotel's design offers great privacy, enveloped by a tropical garden, providing a tranquil escape from the bustling world. The public pool has beautiful scenery, and with few people around, it's perfect for a relaxing swim. The service details are impeccable; the shuttle operates freely within the resort, making getting around very convenient. They even deliver takeout to your room, which is fantastic! The room was spotless, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, it was a superb experience, definitely worth coming back for again and again.

Qingzi￥This is our third time staying at this hotel! This time we brought our kids, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel features a huge lobby, and it's just a 2-minute walk to the Coconut Dream Corridor. Sanya Bay sunsets truly are the most breathtaking! The front desk thoughtfully arranged a sea-view room for us where we could watch the sunset. Since there aren't many tourists right now, the overall experience was much better than during peak season. My child had a blast swimming in the pool and digging in the sand at the beach—they didn't want to leave! The hotel also offers a great variety of kids' activities, so children can easily spend the whole day here. The room is very spacious; the facilities are a bit dated, but given how many years it's been open, that's expected. Plus, the hair dryers have finally been upgraded to new ones. All in all, this is a family-friendly hotel that offers fantastic value for money and is perfect for traveling with kids.

Guest UserOur stay at InterContinental Hotels SANYA HAITANG BAY RESORT by IHG was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the duty-free shopping complex. The resort grounds feature a very pleasant environment with coconut groves and lawns, and the private beach is quiet, clean, and offers great ocean views. You can even watch the sunrise over the sea in the morning. The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the hardware facilities were well-maintained.
Special thanks to our butler, Zoe! She proactively reached out throughout our stay, responded to any requests very quickly, and patiently helped coordinate and resolve issues. The service was thoughtful and professional, making the whole experience completely hassle-free. The breakfast offered a rich variety of choices, and the pool and public areas are well-equipped. It's an ideal place for a relaxing vacation. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Sanya, highly recommended!

Guest UserFar exceeded expectations! They even provided complimentary fruit and milk on the first day. The ocean-view room offered great value for money with an amazing field of vision—you could see the sea right from the balcony. Sitting outside at night was super breezy and comfortable, and you could hear people singing by the beach. During the National Day holiday, there was even a molten iron fireworks show (Da Tie Hua) which we could watch right from the balcony. The public areas are spacious with great landscaping and tons of coconut trees; it was so relaxing to grab a lounger by the beach in the afternoon and gaze at the sea. While taking a stroll, I passed by the Scarecrow Farm and was surprised to find quite a few cute small animals. There's a night market just a few hundred meters away, making dining out or ordering delivery very convenient. Our butler, Coral, was extremely thoughtful, warm, and attentive. We added each other on WeChat on the first day, and she would proactively check if we needed more bottled water. Her responses were always prompt. Highly satisfied!

Guest UserStaying at this hotel felt like incredible value for money. The check-in process was fantastic, and the front desk staff, Robert, deserves a big thumbs up. He patiently introduced us to the surrounding shopping malls and attractions, as well as the operating hours for the hotel pool, gym, and restaurant. The room was clean and hygienic, and the bedding was especially comfortable for sleeping. The balcony features a huge bathtub, though unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use it due to the weather. Check-out was handled very efficiently by the staff, and they even gave us a small gift upon departure.

The Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay really gave us a big surprise! The rooms were very comfortable, and the resort has plenty of swimming pools with various depths and activities to choose from. Transportation is also very convenient, with frequent shuttle buses running all around Sanya. The best part was the exceptional, attentive service—our butler, Tudou, truly made us feel at home. He anticipated and solved every little issue with great attention to detail. A huge thumbs-up! 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Guest UserAfter reading many reviews, I chose this hotel, and my overall experience was excellent. The front desk staff, other employees, and the concierge were all warm, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive to every request. The hotel is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast spread is rich. It's also convenient to order food delivery. The front desk gave me a high-floor room with a fantastic view; I could see the sea right from the window. On a clear day, I could even catch a stunning sunset from the balcony. Evening strolls by the sea were lovely, with the sea breeze and the sound of the waves being very therapeutic. For my vacation next year, I'll definitely be back to this hotel to relax by the sea.

Guest User⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A perfect stay! Each villa is detached, offering ultimate privacy. The courtyard pool and outdoor hot tub create a wonderful ambiance, and the beach is never crowded. Watching the sunset over the 'orange sea' in the evening was absolutely stunning.
A special thanks to our butler, Xiao Sun! From communicating our needs before check-in to greeting us upon arrival, he was always responsive, attentive, and discreet, never intrusive. Any issues we had were quickly resolved via WeChat, and he thoughtfully reminded us about hotel activities like afternoon tea. He even arranged a room upgrade for us, placing us very close to the beach. Breakfast is served until noon with a wide variety of choices. Overall, the vibe was incredibly relaxed and perfect for a peaceful getaway. I'll definitely choose Banyan Tree Sanya again when I return to Sanya!
