The bedding was clean and super soft, making it incredibly cozy to lie down and get a great night's sleep. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, all tasting delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I was thoroughly satisfied with the meal. Overall, the environment was spotless, and the service was attentive. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

It was a super comfortable stay, and I specifically wanted to share my genuine feelings with friends planning to visit Zhuhai. The hotel's exterior and location are particularly outstanding. It's right next to the seaside Lovers' Road, with clean and orderly surrounding streets. In just a short walk, you can reach the beach and popular photo spots. During the day, you can enjoy the endless sea views, and in the evening, watch the sunset with the sea breeze – it's incredibly pleasant. Chatting with friends as we walked, all the fatigue from our journey simply melted away. The hotel's overall decor is simple yet tasteful, with a clean and elegant modern design. From the entrance to the lobby, every layout detail made us feel very comfortable. The lobby is spacious and bright, with soft lighting, exquisite soft furnishings, and well-placed greenery, creating a fantastic ambiance. The public lounge area has tidy tables and chairs and a quiet, elegant environment. Waiting for check-in, chatting and relaxing with friends here, it didn't feel boring at all. The entire hotel is well-managed, clean, and tidy. Despite many guests coming and going, it's not noisy, and privacy is well-maintained. After a day of exploring, returning to the hotel means having a quiet and comfortable resting space, which is especially suitable for friends traveling together. From the guest rooms to the public areas, every facility reflects the hotel's dedication to daily upkeep. The attentive and thoughtful service added a lot to this stay. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff, especially Xiao Liang and Xiao Qiu, were always enthusiastic, polite, and genuinely friendly. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were highly efficient, with simple, streamlined procedures that saved us from long queues. The staff also proactively and carefully explained the location and operating hours of various hotel facilities, and based on our travel needs, patiently recommended nearby attractions, local delicacies, and photo spots. Their explanations were detailed and practical. During our stay, whenever we had a temporary request, contacting the staff resulted in quick responses and timely problem-solving; they were efficient and reliable. The service was perfectly balanced – not overly enthusiastic to be intrusive, yet always there when help was needed, which felt very reassuring and heartwarming. The ubiquitous thoughtful details also demonstrated the hotel's sincerity. This trip to Zhuhai with friends was made even more perfect and enjoyable because we chose the right accommodation. The excellent environment, comprehensive and brand-new facilities, and meticulous, thoughtful service were all impeccable. The overall experience and value for money are both very high, making it extremely suitable for friends traveling together or girlfriends' getaways. All of us have added this hotel to our return visit list, and next time we come to Zhuhai, we will still choose Zhuhai Lishang Hotel. This time, for our Chimelong trip, we chose to stay at the Hengqin Bay Hotel, and I'm really glad we did! First off, the hotel is beautiful. We were even given a complimentary upgrade to a family room, which we truly appreciated and were very happy with. The lobby is spacious and elegant, with a subtle, relaxing fragrance. The room had full Wi-Fi signal, complimentary welcome fruit, and overall, the facilities were new and the service was excellent. The hotel's 'flash card' activity was quite innovative and my child loved it. The breakfast buffet service was good, and the variety of food was decent. I highly recommend the Chinese restaurant – the food was very authentic. However, everywhere in the hotel mentioned a dolphin pool activity at 18:30, but it wasn't there and we didn't see any cancellation notice, which was disappointing. Also, the dinner buffet was truly just okay, very average, with limited options and not much flavor; there's definitely room for improvement there. Another minor inconvenience is that food deliveries have to be picked up at the shuttle bus stop, which isn't very convenient, especially when you're alone with a child. Many family-friendly hotels now use robots for food delivery, which this hotel could consider implementing. Overall, it was a good stay, and I'd recommend it!

They deliver complimentary afternoon tea right to your room, and in the evenings, there are cocktails, plus breakfast in the morning. My stay at the Hilton Shanwei was fantastic! The concierge, Rainbow, was incredibly helpful, sharing tips for my visit. I stayed for two nights and was upgraded to an amazing sea-view room, which was incredibly relaxing. I was welcomed with warm, sweet cookies upon arrival – a lovely touch! The hotel's breakfast was a real highlight, featuring local specialties like Chaoshan beef kway teow, rice rolls, and thin pancakes, all delicious. Every morning, the omelet chef even made personalized eggs for me, which brightened my day. The hotel's location is convenient, and the complimentary travel photography session was very professional, resulting in beautiful shots at Black Sand Beach, Wind Sail Chapel, and the beach itself. 💕

I found a new hotel for a business trip, and I just booked the cheapest room. I didn’t expect the front desk to upgrade the sea view room for free. It’s so beautiful. The view in the morning is absolutely amazing. My colleagues said that the hotel I booked this time is not bad. I plan to bring my family next time. This room is on the 27th floor. You can see the coastline. Although there is a building in front of it, it does not affect the sea view. The stay is relatively late, and there is a takeaway to go upstairs. It is convenient. The room is clean and the facilities are complete. If you don’t have mineral water, you can ask again, because you have to go to work. So I came back late and checked out, and the front desk directly helped me delay it to 2 o'clock, which was great.

I booked this room way in advance to see the New Year's Eve fireworks. The customer service lady was really nice and communicative throughout, especially since I was worried about finding parking during peak season. Opening the door to the room was a pleasant surprise – it was huge, and the balcony was enormous, directly facing the sea! I didn't even check the bed or bathroom; I just dropped my bags and headed straight to the beach. I didn't get back until after 2 AM. I turned on the water heater, but it ran cold for ages. I went to check it in the bathroom and realized the temperature was still set to 30 degrees. I turned it up to 60, and it took about half an hour to heat up. After my shower, I finally lay down and discovered a lot of sand on the bedsheets. I was already back late, then the water heater hassle, and now sand on the bed – the exhaustion was unreal, if you know what I mean. I really hope the hotel can improve a few things: why isn't the water heater pre-adjusted, and why weren't guests informed to adjust it themselves? Also, why was there sand on the sheets?

It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Hailing Island.
