Guest UserBoth the suites and premium rooms are fantastic! They all come with kitchens, which is super convenient for making simple Chinese meals when you're craving home cooking. My favorite part is the lobby's self-service bar, with complimentary water, coffee, and milk. It's incredibly handy!

It feels like a hotel in a mall. The contrasting colors are very fashionable. You can't see the sky so it's a bit confusing during the day and night.

H KBreraThis the worst ripoff I ever had, the pictures are deceiving no such thing like a resort and or Hotel, this is more likely a 5th level motel so deceiving so highly priced for the real rooms quality. The phone line was death, I had to walk in to the lobby for service , I will rate this place - 1000 if it was possible , location is great but no quality parking control anybody can drive in and use a suppose to be a private beach for the guests, at check
Put time I asked for some kind of reference # and or statement and I was told to ask trip.com for my check out time and or check out statement after this lack
Of honesty ripoff I was highly concerned to be charge for extra time and or incidentals I never used and when I ask for some kind of evidence and or printout statement they call security to kick me out and if they didn’t was because Inturned my phone camera on

Overall, it's a bit old, the location is great and the transportation is convenient. Before I left, I knew that this hotel was still a bit historical. It was once a Texas hotel and was a hotel that stayed the night before Kennedy's assassination.

The room was very nice and updated. Location was excellent and within walking distance to the Kid Rock concert. It was on the waterway, so it made the walk enjoyable....close to restaurants too. Parking at the guest garage was affordable at $17 for 24 hours. Hotel staff was very friendly.

LIJUNThe breakfast is very simple, there is nothing to eat, just join in. They have an airport shuttle bus to Dallas love field airport, from 6 am to 10 pm. Others are ok, the hotel is quite satisfactory.

Guest UserI've been coming here 6 years now and I think this will be my last visit. Front desk staff (Helen? And Avery) were very sweet and hospitable, however, the hotel appears short staffed on housekeepers. Rooms were not available for many customers waiting in the lobby as they were still being cleaned at 430pm (check in is 3pm) and customers complained loudly. After settling in for the night, I noticed black spots on the bathroom ceiling that appeared to be mold. The toilet took two flushes for a ”#1” and more for a ”#2”. The motor court at the hotel entrance could only comfortably fit 2 cars as there was a police patrol car and community outreach vehicle occupying the remaining space, so cars were either trapped and waiting for others to depart before they could leave or back out awkwardly onto the street. The surrounding area appeared generally dirty and unsafe with lots of homeless roaming around. One was naked about a block west. After returning to my room after a long absence, I noticed my used towels (which were extremely rough textured) were removed but none were replaced. Though both of my beds were slept in, only one was made. The room temp was adjusted down to 63 for some reason. I don't understand why they bothered to enter. Nothing appeared cleaned or replaced. The evening front desk person seemed equally confused and provided BS excuses. But he mentioned they had ran out of towels earlier and I would have to come down for new ones. The parking garage is bizarre and narrow, badly in need of fresh paint, and poorly lit on most floors. The elevators routinely opened on floors where no one was waiting to board and the internal buttons weren't pressed for.

Very happy with this hotel. A convenient location to get to the Moody Center in a short time frame, amongst other spots we planned on going too.
