As an experienced traveler, I am shocked that this is rated as a 4-star hotel. While the breakfast was good, the housekeeping staff were lovely, and the male bellboy who helped with my luggage provided great service, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. The front desk staff were incredibly indifferent; at check-in, they just handed back my passport without saying a single word of welcome or thank you. Furthermore, the room was in poor condition with broken shelves, a faulty toilet, cold shower water, and the power tripped every single minute, making the overall service and maintenance unacceptable for a hotel of this class.

I stayed at this airport hotel near Sabiha Gökçen for an expensive pric. While the location is convenient and the room was generally clean, there were several operational issues that should be addressed. Upon check-in, the shower pipe in my room was faulty. The staff promptly arranged for a technician, which I appreciate. However, this indicates that rooms may not be thoroughly checked before guest arrival. A simple pre-check process could prevent such inconvenience. There were also no facial tissues provided in either the room or bathroom. This is a very basic amenity that most travelers expect, particularly at this price level. In addition, the hotel does not offer a coin laundry facility. For an airport hotel that likely serves transit guests, this would be a highly practical addition. The staff were responsive when contacted, and I appreciated the availability of slippers in the room. However, improving basic quality control and ensuring essential amenities are consistently provided would significantly enhance the guest experience. I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

Breakfast, staff, hotel… everything was top-notch. I even had some doubts about the location, but we were a 5-minute walk from Tram T1. I highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

The room is tired, but for 2500 rubles it's worth the money. The Wi-Fi doesn't work well. There's no elevator. The staff is good, and most of them speak Russian. The toilet didn't flush well. There's a kettle with water, coffee, and tea. The soundproofing is poor.

We found the price reasonable and the location is good, walking distance to all the local attractions/sites and feels safe. Staff were fine, not exceptional and not terrible. We had a street view room and was no sound proofing. We could hear everything from outside and although we stayed on a Thursday and Friday night we didn't appreciate hearing music playing until 1am from the restaurant and loud voices. Alongside this we heard people going up and down stairs, the room next door (not loud just because walls have poor insulation) We didn't get good sleep either night and didn't like the lack of privacy with sound. It would be great if a solution could be implemented to improve sound reduction and also offering water or tea on arrival, extending Turkish Hospitality that is often spoken about. If you're a deep sleeper or a night person, this would be suitable.

I was happy with our stay at this hotel. I would like to thank Mr. Sinan and the brother who helped us with our luggage. I can't remember his name. They were always smiling. The location is excellent. There is a ferry station on a nearby street that takes you to Emono and the Asian side. The only negative thing is the noise of the nightclub at night. We only heard it one night.

The hotel is small but has an elevator. The staff are friendly. When I asked, they brought an electric kettle and cups to the room (and tea/coffee without me asking). There's no restaurant. It's acceptable for a couple of nights' stay. All the main attractions are within walking distance. There are many snack bars and grocery stores nearby. The transfer service was a pleasant surprise. I recommend it!

We arrived at the hotel at 8 AM, but there were no rooms available for check-in. We finally got into our room at 1:30 PM. The hotel has a convenient location, about a 7-minute walk to the Grand Bazaar and a 3-minute walk to the tram stop. There are cafes and shops all around. However, I didn't like the room; it was very small, only suitable for a one-night stay. The bed sheets also had someone else's hair on them.
