The hotel is conveniently located next to Central Mall which is great as you get access to restaurants and other amenities without having to go too far. Location wise it's somewhere near the city centre so getting around Korat is pretty easy too.

New, clean room, large and spacious room. Stayed in a deluxe room for 3 people comfortably.

The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, food joints, and 7-11 that you can grab foods and drinks. The location is near the city centre, the train station, and the M6 Motorway that you can go to Khao Yai, northern and southern Isan provinces, Cambodia, and Laos. The room allows 3 people to stay in this twin bed room. The amenities are ready for disposal. The service, however, you need to rely on LINE when requesting a wifi and inquiries from; their response is swift, nevertheless.

Average and comfortable. The bathroom should be cleaner, we found hair from previous guests in the sink.

Overall, a Good Stay with One Issue The hotel overall is quite good, but the only downside to our stay was the heater issue in our room. The water temperature was inconsistent—sometimes hot, sometimes cold—which was quite inconvenient, especially given the cold weather during our visit. Fortunately, the hotel management addressed the issue by upgrading one of our rooms to a different one, which made our stay more comfortable. We appreciate their effort to resolve the problem. The breakfast of the hotel is good too.

Nice room overlooking national park with beautiful sunset. We had nice mookata dinner at outdoor seating. Also enjoyed the zoo and pot painting plus bath tub in room.

We enjoyed the scenic grounds with many lovely spots to take pictures. The lobby also has quaint decorations for more photo ops. The rabbit paintings in the hallway telling the story of Peter Rabbit will delight young guests. The room and bathroom was spacious and the view from our Lakeview room was gorgeous, even when raining. The bed was comfortably firm and we had a choice of pillow firmness. Our stay was regrettably short. We would recommend U Khao Yai for anyone seeking a picturesque place to unwind.

We stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were quite clean and big. Our rooms were facing a lake so there were mosquitoes and flying insects which are a good source for lizards. At night the lizards made loud noises which made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, everything else is good. Weather is cooling in the morning. Air is fresh. Breakfast has a good variety of options from Chinese to Western. It may be a good idea to book a private transport here as it is not near to the main attractions. This hotel shared the same compound as Movenpick so we can take the buggy to tour the area and take beautiful pictures.

We booked an apartment with 2 rooms. We need to pay extra for 1 pax as we have 5 people in our group. The apartment was stunning and the view is chef’s kiss. Overall the hospitality is world class and they got so many things to do at the resort itself. Some are free and some u need to pay but it’s not that expensive.

The room was very good. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The atmosphere was quiet and suitable for a weekend getaway with the family. I will definitely come back to stay again when I have a chance.

Hotel is set in a large resort with plenty of amenities including its own vegetable plantation. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options. Our two bedroom suite is large but the furniture and furnishing shows signs of ageing and several surfaces were a little dusty. Easy to call for the golf buggy to get around the resort.

Checking in was smooth. However the room we were assigned has a very strong smell. It's probably either paint or the furniture. Couldn't sleep for whole night despite we opened the window. Blanket also has stain. We complained to trip.com and we were upgraded to suite. Much better but somehow the location we don't feel safe as it's ground floor. Securityno good. Breakfast is lousy. Limited choice and food not nice. We didn't enjoy the stay. They are still using the keys to the door instead of card. Well it will be my first and last time staying with this hotel. Their EV charger also down not working at all. Disappointed. We booked the hotel as they claimed there is ev charger

We had a great time staying in this hotel. The location is good for family who wants to have a peaceful holiday. Many attractions are near at the campsite but if you dont have a car you need to spend a lot renting.I would like also to suggest that make your own itinerary. To wrap it up it was good.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I continue to be impressed. The atmosphere is delightful, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. The breakfast offerings are also quite enjoyable. I love the easy access to the coffee shop in their lobby as I don’t have to go far when I have my matcha cravings. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

Crystal Resort Korat in Nakhon Ratchasima is praised for its excellent location near shopping areas, friendly staff, and good value, with clean and comfortable rooms and amenities like parking. The hotel was an hour from the Buriram Circuit and we asked for help at reception for transportation and they wanted to charge us double what we paid for a trip that was half and it didn't seem right to us. The transport connection from the Hotel to Buriram Circuit is not good and non-existent.

The accommodation is quite close to important historical sites such as Prasat Hin Phimai. Outside there are restaurants quite close by. able to walk And most importantly, the hotel has been well renovated, has comfortable amenities, very cool air conditioning, and most importantly, the rooms are very clean. If I have the opportunity to come back and stay at Pee Mai, I will choose this place as the first place. Thank you.

The whole hotel and rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable and clean, there are coffee, cookies and cakes in the morning, very clean and warm. It's about ten minutes walk from the museum and the stone palace, 7-11 is also very close 👍
