"The adaptation was very cold even after trying to repair it as well as washing water heaters, customer service was informed and agreed to get a food compensation, except that it wasn't on the face that the hotel was honoring, it was disappointing and didn't respect the guests, and it was a service. The customers evaded the promise to put some of my bags in the icebox after they got it from me, they brought back my bags and water drips out of it, the supervisor was told all of that, and he got me well received, he offered a drink, and he said the manager would contact me, except that he hadn't contacted me until this moment more. It's 24 hours.
It was disappointing."

"Excellent hotel, less than 200 meters from the Blue Line metro station (all attractions are on this line). It's incredibly clean, and the front desk staff are all very polite, patient, and speak excellent English. They also offer complimentary dates and water. A tip for everyone: book all Saudi hotels through Ctrip. I tried booking a hotel in AlUla (another city) via ***********, and the reservation was canceled without any resolution, forcing me to rebook at double the price."

"The hotel is comfortable and generally good value for money. Room was big and the bedding was very good. The bathroom was a bit old and sometimes had a pipes smell which was unpleasant. The downside is really the location - Al Bat’ha neighborhood is very bad, lots of trash and old buildings, streets are packed with immigrant workers strolling around. Not a very nice place to be in."

(On a side note, a taxi from the airport to the hotel cost about 130 RMB on Uber, but a taxi back from the hotel to the airport was only 30 RMB.) If I had to describe the hotel's environment, it was pretty much like the staff dorms at a Red Sea resort."

"The place looked clean and the staff were friendly. The indoor basement parking was excellent. The room was spacious and had everything you could need: an oven, washing machine, and refrigerator.
There was only one thing that was genuinely bad: the sofa. It's the kind that doesn't really show if it's clean or dirty because of its gray and black color. But as soon as you sit on it, you find hair sticking to you 🤢, which means it's not clean. It's really important for the staff to be reminded to vacuum the sofa after every guest and sanitize it with an alcohol spray."

"I rarely comment, but this time I have to.
Flying from Turkey to Riyadh, the landing was more than 1 am. When I took the car, I encountered a lot of conditions and it was already 4 am to the hotel. The front desk supervisor Azzaz was very enthusiastic to help. After learning that there was a problem with my rental car, he contacted the car rental company to ask about the refund. The next day, Mr. Alainin, the front desk manager, contacted me again to help me contact the car rental company in Elora to ensure that the follow-up trip was no problem.
The room is large, with a living room area, pots and bowls, etc. I even cooked instant noodles. Toiletries are L'Occitane. The hotel also provides valet parking, all free!"

GGuest UserAll facilities are very good, the sanitary environment is very comfortable, the view is very good, and the night view is beautiful. There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.

BBANDAR13I recently stayed at Liora Boutique for one night, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives.
Check-in & Reception:
Unfortunately, my arrival experience was disappointing. I arrived at 4:15 PM, when check-in should have been straightforward. The hotel uses a system where the room access code is sent via SMS, but I did not receive it until after 5:00 PM, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. Although I expressed my concern to the receptionist, the situation was greatly improved by the kindness and professionalism of the staff supervisor, an Egyptian lady, who kindly assisted me in accessing my room while I was waiting for the code. Thank you to her for the excellent customer service.
Another issue was that the receptionist spent most of the time talking on his mobile phone. In my opinion, guests standing at the reception desk should always receive full attention before personal phone conversations. This is a basic principle of customer service.
Room:
The room was clean and well-maintained. While I didn’t feel that the flooring design matched the atmosphere of a boutique hotel, the overall décor was pleasant. I also appreciated the coffee machine, the large TV, the comfortable room size, and the well-designed bathroom.
Location:
The location is one of the hotel’s strengths. It is situated in the northern part of Riyadh and is only about 11 minutes from King Khalid International Airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers.
Overall:
The hotel has good potential thanks to its clean rooms, convenient location, and some thoughtful in-room amenities. However, the check-in process and front desk service need significant improvement to provide guests with the smooth experience they expect.

GGuest UserDuring our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.

SSazVery clean and very big, have all the furnitures same as a complete house. Have 3 bedrooms with 7 beds 🥰🥰🥰 and the kitchen have all the accessories for cooking but inside of that we eat outside 😂😂😂. And also have a very big sitting room with 2 big size TV.

Only one receptionist when we check in and out so it took forever for us to check out
The coffee in the room is chargeable

Gym and massage is male and female separated
Gym isn’t too welcoming many locals walking in and out for hang out or charging
It became weird for me to gym at the gym
We booked this hotel and thought we could walk to the mall across the hotel
But we found no way a pedestrian could access to the mall so you need to call a taxi or uber anyway to get there
